I know it’s in an airport but the quality of the food was surprisingly low. If you have a sensitive stomach I would not recommend anything with cheese, egg, or seeing how they heat either up before your flight. If you have an iron stomach, such as myself, be ready for a pretty pricey bagel sandwich that will leave much to be desired but will get you through a short flight. I would not recommend ordering a soup unless you like soup skin(somehow) even on non-creamy soups… looking at you vegetarian minestrone.

The people posting bad reviews of this place have clearly never eaten at LAX. Compared to the $ 60 I spent on 4 burgers and fries at Ruby’s Dinette at LAX, $ 40 for 3 turkey and swiss bagel sandwiches, 1 chicken cesar salad, 3 bags of chips and a chocolate milk here was a bargain! I never like prewrapped sandwiches, but I didn’t want to hold up the line creating my own so I decided on the prewrapped. They were delicious! The bagels were soft and fresh-tasting, the cheese, lettuce, and tomato were also fresh. So much better to take a meal from here to eat on the plane than to purchase an overpriced tiny meal in a box on the plane. Don’t go if you’re pressed for time, for there will be a line. And if you want coffee with it, get it from Seattle’s Best Coffee which is just a few steps away.

Found myself here again, a last resort and on a time crunch with only 15 minutes to really find anything. The Burger King next door was closed(ofcourse). It was about 10:15 at night when I arrived here. There wasn’t much left to choose from, but there were plenty of salads and they didn’t look so bad. The line stretched quite far and moved so slow. It took a long time for my husband to get his bagel with cream cheese. But anyhow I digress. The ready to go salad is the only good thing I see here so far. Still the same chaos and mess and the line was just getting longer and longer. This place blows.

$ 15 for a bagel, parfait and a chocolate milk. I asked if it was extra for the cream cheese, and a $ 1.25 charge appeared after the person who toasted the bagel said no. The place was dishonest, and as such I can’t imagine giving it higher than 1 star. The«tomazzo» bagel sounds alluring, but it’s a pain bagel with a fancy crust. Next time I’ll wait to pay for food on the actual flight out of Seattle.

Neither great, nor American. The service was a fuster cluck of chaos. The staff was shouting at customers about their orders in something other than English, while confused and hungry people tried to figure out this place. They haphazardly threw the food together and didn’t communicate with the people who take your money. After you’ve paid, they toss it up on the counter and you have to fight the line of captains to be able to reach up awkwardly high and far to hunt down your food without tripping over someone’s lost crying child. I’ll go for a snack at Hudson News next time.

Long lines, high prices, flavorless, poor quality food. If you are trapped in seatac airport near this location, the food may help you feel full and probably will not make you sick, but I would look elsewhere for food if possible. Bagels are poor quality, with the vast majority made from white flour and are fluffy kind of like a slice of bread and lacks the chewiness of a good bagel. The menu is a moving graphic on a TV which make keeping track of what you read where difficult while it moves out of sight in front of people in line.

This location is within the SEATAC airport by the Delta terminals. I would suggest picking another place to grab a bite to eat. With 4 people working, the line was way too long. The staff were extremely slow. My friend grabbed a premade sandwich and I got a premade salad and water. We stood in line for 10 minutes with 2 people ahead of us getting their freshly made orders. Way too long for fast food especially in an airport, and even more so when half the food is already made! Also, the food didn’t taste that great. It was along the lines of hospital cafeteria food. Ugh. Add that it’s overpriced since they know you’re trapped in the airport, and you don’t want to eat here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Ambiance: 1 Parking: 2

That the people who work here have religious objections to drinking coffee is the only explanation for the abomination of what they have produced in my cup. I also received an onion bagel, which was toasted and shmeered as was proper, but it was a sub-par bagel experience. I’ve become used to this level of bagel achievement in Seattle, so I was okay with it. I walked past the usual mobscene at Starbucks for this. Coffee unforgivable horror, bagel standard disappointment. Two stars.

Could we have some folks who understand english? Bagels were good but lines are often long and understanding frustrating.

Dear god. This is the worst food I’ve had in all my trips to SeaTac. My bagel with ham and Swiss cheese had 75% of my daily sodium requirement(not to mention 55% of my fats requirement). Half a bagel later, my tongue was so parched and desperate for hydration that it almost felt numb. Needless to say, I ditched the rest of the stupidly overpriced sandwich and dashed to the nearest water fountain.

Stopped in on the way to the north gates here since the signs indicated that there would be no food nearer to the gates(incorrect FYI). The prices are typical of airports, highly inflated for what you get and that goes doubly so for this place. Two bagels cost us almost 20 dollars. –1 star. On the train over to the gates, to our dismay, we realized that the bagels were not only overpriced bur contained massive amounts of both sodium and saturated fat. –1 star. When we finally sat down to eat each of us barely got through half of our bagels before rushing off to the nearest water source to wet our rapidly shriveling tongues. –2 stars. Bottom line: eat here if you have no other option, but you better have some water nearby.

I had the Jalapeño bagel with egg, ham cheese. I couldn’t taste jalapeño, egg was premade and rubbery. the line was long and SLOW. Not that I was in a hurry but still. If egg was premade, you would expect the line to go much faster. Slow and not fresh is not a good combination. I thought about giving an extra star since it is in an airport but decided against it. Other airports have better food and it’s time Seatac step up their game on food too.

Slow and a little disorganized. I ordered the morning sunrise on swiss everything bagel, which is an upcharge of 0.55 from 6.45. Comes with cheese, egg, choice of breakfast meat, and toasted. Got an OJ and total with tax was just over $ 10. Little spendy for the quality, but I was hungry and it filled my belly. Probably won’t come again.

I knew I was going to be in trouble when nobody could understand the lady behind the counter. Instead of speaking words she just uttered noises and held food items in the air. I ordered an «everything bagel with egg & cheese» and I got an «everything bagel with bacon & cream cheese» I repeated my order to her several times very clearly and she just held items up in the air uttering her noises. I knew the order was wrong and I tried to explain to her egg & cheese… still couldn’t get it right. WTF!!!

Slow slow slow service. Did not toast bagel as requested but didn’t notice until I boarded the airplane. Stuck with a cold hard bagel with no flavor. And of course, overpriced.(Expected at an airport!)

Nothing to add that everyone has added here already other than to reiterate that this… is… airport… food! Confirming that the review only applie to the one over at the N concourse. The food is okay. I can’t stand wasting calories on food I know is more than likely just filler before I get something great so I’m probably missing out by not indulging in something more daring like the tomazzo or something studded with cheese. For some reason I always end up at this concourse in the morning which means I get the sunrise something or other one wheat. The line is usually long for this place but the loud, scary, short-haired older lady with the heavy accent normally cuts through it pretty fast. Their efficiency gained them a star, but I can’t add any more than that unless they made something memorable.

One of the last choices before you turn the corner in Terminal A.(Read: Last resort for food) I had the Seattle breakfast bagel on a Jalapeño bagel. It was all pre-made stuff… egg was pretty rubbery and bacon was not crispy at all. But the saving grace is that they toast your bagel. I’d say it’s probably one of the worst choices in Seatac. Service is pretty rude considering they’re charging $ 8 bucks for a bagel sandwich.

Breakfast… jalapeño breakfast sandwich was ok, didn’t taste any jalapeño, service decent, clean… chief complaint was the coffee… hot water stirred with a brown Crayon I think… This is Seattle people!!! $ 10, a little steep for value, but it is the overpriced SeaTac airport…

Some reviews are best told in brevity… Bagel: the pepperoni pizza bagel… toasted…was heaven. I went back in line and bought another one. It was cheesy, it was meaty, pipping hot goodness. Service: fast, then slow, then non-existent, then grumpy, then friendly. Line: long, but it moves fast. Don’t be discouraged by it’s length. The other bagels looked pretty good too, but I guess I’ll have to try them during my next departure from SEA-TAC.

Watch out on early flights, the ladies work fast and are razor sharp! But they keep the line moving faster than the other joints. I like that they have calorie info, but I think most ignore it. The egg’n’cheese was pretty good for 550-ish kcal. The more hearty tomazzo bagels looked good but I was down for lighter fare.
