Service and food are not as good as they just opened. The food and service with like 4 stars before.

Please don’t eat here no matter how hungry you are. Everything was just a bit off. Spicy tune roll comes with some sort of Lawrys seasoning rub. Who can mess up a California roll? Icky. The upholstery has seen much better days. If you want to wash your hands the bathrooms are about a mile away.

Seriously, not impressed at all. It’s one of those restaurants that by the time you walk out of it, you’ve forgotten how most of the dishes tasted.

The meal was amazing. Luckily i went there during happy hour which is right before they closed. Chicken gyoza — cooked perfectly… these weren’t store bought. Nice crispy outer texture stuffed with soft pieces of spiced chicken and green onions. Clam miso soup — was better than it sounds. The presentation was one thing. We were expecting small bowls, and clam shells with no meat. We got the opposite. This dish was incredible. Crunchy salmon roll — a steal being on the happy hour menu. Very straightforward and common but packed with a nice balance of flavors and textures. Golden Road Roll — i can’t remember all of the ingredients but this was good!!! The roll comes topped with scallop mango and black roe. Crazy good. Salmon zanmai — three beautiful cuts of three types of salmon. Sockeye, canadian and scottish salmon. Believe it or not you can see and taste the difference if each type of fish. Sake sampler — three samples. The sparkling was 5%abv and was sweet but dry at the end. Regular sake was 15%abv and much more of what i was looking for in a sake but nothing special. The nigori sake was also 15% and was a nice balance of the first two minus the bubbly. Strong, sweet, and clean finish. Our server was very nice and even explained ti us that the soup is made to order. When she brought the bowls to our table. We are so used to getting a bowl poured from a steamer full of broth, it was cool to get something that was made from scratch.

If you love sushi, then stay away from this place. Granted that I ordered delivery from Bitesquad, I’ll give them a slight benefit of the doubt… however, worst sushi ever! I was so excited to hear that I could order half rolls, figured I could try several… I wish I had just picked one and suffered once than suffering 3 times… One roll had mayo dripping out in a runny ooze… another had a terrible smell like the fish had been spoiled… the last one was deep fried and so poorly cooked that I couldn’t even take more than a bite… Sigh.

It’s pricy but it’s super high quality good sushi. But definitely the size of the sushi is bigger. There are not a lot of choices but it I am guessing they are only trying to specialize in what they are good at. My favourite is the shrimp sushi basically a raw shrimp on top of rice. Décor is really ok. The chairs look a bit warn out. It is belt sushi but prices run $ 2.95, $ 3.95, $ 4.95, $ 5.95, 7.95, $ 9.95 and $ 12.95. They also have set menu and as well a regular menu. Very good sushi. Will come back

Honestly, its ok sushi, but pricey I thought for what it is. When I was there they were not great about putting out new pieces, a lot of the same plates went around and around way to long. And all the rolls had way too much mayo or sauces. None of my party seemed impressed. Which I was hoping for more selection, or cheaper prices. Meh.

I’ve been to Ten Sushi several times and it seems the more I go the worse it gets. The staff is very is very nice and welcoming and the ambiance is very sleek, modern and clean. Unfortunately, all that doesn’t make the food good. The last time I was there it was happy hour so my husband and I both got some rolls off the happy hour menu, as well as sushi off the revolving bar. I would say 9 out of the 10 rolls we tried off both the bar and the menu were spruced up California rolls except for the fact that the California roll wasn’t very good on it’s own. The filling was mostly mayo with not a whole lot of flavor. It was really disappointing and we probably won’t be back anytime soon.

One day I was wandering around from the Hampton Inn trying to find some groceries. I was thinking that nothing around me that was decent was open, but as I entered QFC, I noticed an upstairs. I decided to take the path and it took me to a sushi place. While the sushi is not the most amazing, there is reverse happy hours and cheaper sushi pieces from a belt. There was some great Sake also on Happy hour that I enjoyed. The service was spot on and the sushi chefs were very energetic. I love going to sushi places where the chefs are full of energy, which usually means good food!

If you never go to the backside of QFC you might not know this restaurant is there. I’m glad to have found it. This is a nice place with the traditional modern sushi conveyor in the middle of the restaurant. I enjoyed the salmon and tuna selections of sushi and the tempura prawns. The fish was very fresh and we’ll cut. My only thought, not a complaint really is that each piece of sushi could be cut in half. The pieces are so large that they are hard to eat. The rice was also not as fluffy and sticky as I would have liked but very tasty. I’m not sure about the use of Japanese mayo on so many dishes, it’s unnecessary. The service was very good but our waiter didn’t know much about preparation of the offering including teas. That being said, whole team was extremely efficient and helpful. Definitely worth a go…

We went to QFC expecting Genki Sushi, but Ken Sushi was here instead. No complementary green tea… hmmm, is that a big unreasonable expectation?! They’re more pricy then anticipated! 4.95 $ for a California roll. They do have a lunch special $ 12.95 that comes with Miso soup, your choice of a green salad/rice/ocean salad, and 3 items on a specific menu. They have a conveyor belt with sushi and an extensive menu for items not already made.

This was my first time going to a restaurant that serves Sushi on a Conveyor belt. Order your drinks and grab what you want off the conveyor and the prices go by the color of the plate. You can also order off the menu. Our drinks never went empty. And they were always adding different ngiri and sushi to the belt line. Not bad at all. I would come back.

This place is a disaster, and I’m not just talking about the food. We came on a Friday night, and while the sushi bar was full… many tables were empty. It definitely wasn’t a packed house — but you wouldn’t know it by the poor service and people running around like they were chickens with their heads cut off. I felt stressed just watching them run around, and into each other! Not sure why they looked/felt so frazzled when there wasn’t a reason to be. Took awhile to flag down our waitress to get our check too. As for the food — it’s what you would expect from a typical conveyor-belt sushi place. There was nothing memorable about any of the rolls or nigiri we tried. It’s hard to believe that this place has an average 4-star Unilocal rating.

Checked my credit card charges since I’m an awful Unilocal check-iner. Yikes, we’ve been here THIRTY-TWO times in the 2 years they’ve been open. Says something about the restaurant… and us. Don’t let the conveyor-belt concept fool you– this is great sushi. The only downside is the surprisingly bland wasabi, which I believe is reconstituted. Price point is a bit higher, but you otherwise get a lot in return. Cuts of fish are generous. Whoever their sushi purveyor is, they appear to be top notch. There’s a great variety of rolls and nigiri ranging from traditional to fanciful. Service is prompt and attentive. To top it off, they have Tokara supplying their desserts(yes, Unilocal it)!

Great sushi at wonderful pricing. I’ve enjoyed their warm hospitality. They have an unprecedented happy hour menu. I really recommend this place as a casual, affordable place to enjoy fresh sushi. Their creations are quite diverse but I like their makis and specialty rolls. The hostess is very friendly. I’ve often liked their recommendations. I’ve been here a few times now: the service is consistently good, the food delicious and the prices always reasonable.

If you want fancy conveyor-belt sushi, then Ten Sushi is for you. We stopped by on a weeknight, and the place was busy but not full. You can sit at a table, but the fun is sitting at the bar, watching the fish go around, so we sat there instead. You are presented with a few menus for ordering food other than the sushi that is going around, but we opted to go with the conveyor-belt options. I like the fact that next to the dishes, there are signs in both Japanese and English, describing what the dish is, as well as where the fish was sourced from. The dishes are on the pricey side(don’t expect one dollar plates), but you can tell that you are getting quality seafood: Hokkaido scallops, tuna and shrimp from Spain, salmon from Alaska, etc. Most of the plates that we grabbed were 5.95 or 7.95(i.e. a combo sushi plate with one each of surf clam, geoduck and scallop). One thing that we ordered off the menu was an order of copper river salmon and an order of geoduck sushi(7.95 each). Both were good(liked the cooked portion of geoduck on the side), but since the pricing is somewhat fixed, based on the plate pricing, the pieces of salmon were a little too big to eat in a bite. Overall, it was good sushi in a casual setting, especially if you want both the conveyor-belt options along with ordering other dishes. Tip: the entrance is actually on the second floor of the building. Just enter into QFC on the SW corner and walk up the stairs.

I love coming here! Parking is great you park underneath the QFC. There happy hour is everyday from 2pm-6pm. This place has delicious chirashi and is decently priced :) super friendly casual staff.

I’m still a bit shocked about the fact that tonight I paid $ 21 for 3 plates of nigiri and a soda. The portions here were much greater than I usually see at other conveyor belt style sushi restaurants, but still not great enough for me to be ok with spending $ 5 – 6 per plate on 2 pieces of salmon or boiled shrimp. The staff seemed pretty frazzled and weren’t very friendly, with the exception of the lady at the front desk, but they didn’t make or break my experience. If I want to impress someone who has never had sushi in Seattle and don’t care about how much it will cost, I might be back. Otherwise, I’ll stick with my local favorites(who shall remain nameless out of respect for this establishment). Pros: Huge portions, fresh dishes, great selection, modern décor, good music, and free garage parking Cons: Ridiculous prices
