This was my first experience in Seattle and YIKES! The same old woman was horribly rude. She wanted to try to demean me for my order, then she started yelling at me, on top of everything else she messed up my VERY simple order. Oh and that was on top the place was a den of homeless people. The winner was the homeless woman who dropped her pants and peed right there. STAYAWAYFROMTHISPLACE, it’s horrible and more than a little dangerous

I go into this location often as I work with a company nearby. Every time I go in the old asian lady(I am unsure of her name as there is never a name tag) is extremely rude. I have also seen her get into altercations with other customers. I saw her scream at someone to get out because they attempted to get a pop refill. I went into today to get lunch and received an important call which I answered and proceeded to talk inside before ordering. I was probably on the phone for 2 minutes before she blasted the music because I was on the phone and made a snarky comment at me. I don’t think I will return to this location. I think Subway needs to rethink this hire as this is not a way to treat customers or just other human beings in general.

Went here last night and the old Asian lady in there was super rude and disrespectful. She told me she didn’t have time to wait for me to make my decisions when I was the only customer there… then when she rang me up the total was 13 $, she laughed and exclaimed«Very Expensive!» as if she was proud of the price she had given me. What a horrible weird place to get a sandwich.

I have no clue how the mid-aged Asian lady is employed here. She is extremely rude and her English is so poor that I can’t even comprehend what shes saying. Keep in mind, I’m Asian as well and I’ve interacted with many FOB’s in the past. FYI: FOB = Fresh off the Boat.

Lady that works here all the time is incredibly rude and tries to overcharge me. «Extra spinach» apparently is an extra dollar on a veggie sandwich here. When listing off the veggies on my sandwich, I usually go one at a time to make sure they don’t default to put lettuce on there, which is a common problem as I’m allergic. Every time I finish the last syllable of the veggie, she says«ANYTHINGELSE??» impatiently. Not exactly the nicest thing in the world.

4 times in the last 30 days I have hurried to make it to this location before 11pm(posted closing time) after I get out of work only to find the lights out and everyone gone home before the posted closing time, also as early as 10:40. Today I walked in the lower door at 10:55 to find everything put away and told that they were closed because it was 11 when clearly it was not.

Love subway /*Hate* the 3rd and Lenora shop — Horrible customer satisfaction. 12/13/2013 Welcome to toppings scrooge central! No cups of water, If you ask for shredded cheese you will be hard pressed to find any on your sandwich when it’s complete. It is clear that the staff is trained to add as little of toppings per sandwich as possible. Service is perfunctory at best. You are *far* better off walking farther to any of the other downtown subways to get a better sandwich experience. This place should be avoided.

The food was ok, but probably below average overall for a subway. The person making the sandwiches seemed nice but I couldn’t understand much of what she said. She’s clearly not an english scholar, to say the least. Within a 10 minute walk there are many different subway options available: I’m not sure why anyone would pick this one above any of the other choices. If you’re feeling lazy or the weather is über-crappy, I suppose this is an option.

This Subway should be ashamed. I was just, very rudely, told to stop talking to the person I was with and be ready to order, because they close in 5 minutes. Apparently our $ 20+ dollars in orders weren’t worth some manners and respect. And I will add, that if the employee had just informed us they were closing, politely, then this review wouldn’t even exist. I don’t expect anyone to stay late; I fully expect customer service. Update: The franchise owner contacted me and assured me that their staff would be re-trained and offered an apology. I added an additional star for the reply.

Visiting this place reminds me why I rarely go to Subway any more. Their sandwiches all taste the same which is to say they all lack any real type of flavor at all. The quality of the ingredients for this chain is on par with any other type of fast food although they give the appearance of «freshness» because they make sandwiches, not deep fried stuff. The place was fairly clean and the staff worked through the line in an efficient manner. I have nothing bad to say about this particular Subway location, but at the same time it is about as generic and bland as the rest of the chain. Pretty much as expected.

I’ve officially been here twice, and both times the service was very good seeing that both times I have been in it was late. they stay open til 11pm weekdays. !!! The place always seems to have a lot of people in it, eating and not just loitering.

I’ve been here several times since it’s pretty close to my friend’s apartment and we eat at Subway pretty often. I don’t give one star reviews often, but this location is AWFUL! The staff is just rude. We visited last night and I ordered a 6″ veggie sub. When it got to the toppings, I asked for extra olives. The woman put on about seven and, as I always do regarding olives at Subway, asked if I could have a few more. She immediately snapped at me, «You have to pay for more. You’re only supposed to get THREE. You already have more than THREETIMES that many!» Excuse me? I ordered a VEGGIESUB and I can’t even have the veggies on the sandwich that I want? I refused to pay more for additional olives, so I just sort of snapped back, «Okay, fine then» and let it go. What could I do? I know that the«three of everything» rule does apply at Subway, but THREEOLIVES? Really? You’ve got to be kidding me. Stuff like that always happens here. And it’s not only the staff that suck. The people that come here to order are always a little strange. 75% of the time I’ve been here there’s always been some problem with a homeless person wanting to use the restroom or someone staying in the restroom and refusing to come out. Odd things like that. It’s just not a good atmosphere for eating a sandwich. I do not recommend this location.
