Good old Starbucks.
Nothing terribly exciting here but the coffee is consistently good and the staff are a friendly bunch.
It’s convenient to visit this location because of the parking in the Safeway parking lot. The other Starbucks (and some of my favorite Ballard coffee shops) require paid parking or maneuvering around 1,000s of pedestrians just to get a cup of joe.

This Starbucks is probably the most disappointing to me out of ALL the Starbucks I’ve been too, and I’ve been to a lot.
They’re constantly under staffed and on many occasions I have seen people get out of line because it’s taken way to long. I’ve timed how long I stood in line, 14 minutes just to put my order in. Unacceptable!
On at least two occasions my husband has ordered a caramel frappuccino and they have neglected to make the drink properly by finishing it with whipped cream and caramel. I don’t know if they neglect this step because they’re lazy or because they have a line 6 customers deep waiting to order.
Staff seems to be kind a bit cranky & overworked.
This Starbucks is my last resort for a caffeine fix.

I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life.
My husband and I waited 10 minutes behind 1 other couple only to be told in a nasty voice she was closed.
For 10 minutes this girl told the other couple all about «how she no longer had a fiancé» Just running down the clock… It was 7:32, 2 minutes after closeing and 10 minutes of waiting patiently our turn.
You would think the owner could find a better worker, unless they’re related.
No, Never again, This did Starbucks in for us and everyone who cares to listen !

Whenever a Starbucks is located within a supermarket, I have reservations about the quality of my drinks and this location was no exception.
+ parking: located in a Safeway so the parking lot had ample spots
— hot drinks weren’t very hot (maybe because there was one barista and a 3 – 4 people in line?)
+/​-​punch in your Safeway club number for ONE CENT OFF…
+ receipt printed out a survey, upon completion receive a free tall drink
