food: beef tongue and cheeks, pork, and fish tacos. all of them were delicious. the sauces were great too. the chipotle was the best. it’s smoky but not overpowering. i wouldve grabbed more but i was too in the zone of my eating. the guacamole was great too. my favorite was the spicy pork. all the tacos were overfilled. every bite squeezed something out. so good. the beef was decent. ***4/​5
service: food truck experience, but with tables. it looks like a permanent space for them. there are a few picnic tables under a canopy set up right next to it. plenty of parking nearby. it’s right next to mud bay and and across from safeway. i was lost on my way here and found it by accident. google maps cant find you everything. have your eyes open. ***4/​5
value: prices are totally reasonable. if youre hungry, 4 of the tacos will do you just right. everything under 10 bucks. worth it. ***4/​5

Definitely one of my favorite taco places! The price is affordable and the food taste amazing. The taste is authentic and the staff is sweet. I wish this was closer to where I live now, but the drive is worth it. There is a small tent with tables set up on the side for people to eat, which is inconvenient during the winter time, but during summer it’s awesome. It’s right next to Safeway so don’t miss it.
I ordered two carne asado tacos and one shrimp taco. And you MUST get the rice!

Good. not quite the good standard Tacos El Tajin is, but legit tasting tacos.
I wish there’s a bit more flavor (i got a tongue burrito). but otherwise it’s tasty.

I used to recommend everyone go here. Killer food. Until I took an employee to lunch, went back to the office to eat and found a maggot. Staff was shocked but kept taking orders and serving. Will not return or recommend. GROSS!

This is my go-​to place whenever I’m close to Ballard. Delicious food, great portions, and nice people. Can’t beat their prices either. I first heard about these guys when I saw them ranked nationally somewhere among the best food trucks, so my expectations were pretty high. I definitely haven’t been disappointed though.

This is my all time favorite el camión! Their steak burritos are amazingly juicy and the rice comes out perfect! The person who takes the orders is always so nice. Wish they had non bottled water and the verde salsa here though.
