It seems like with such an expensive remodel that the experience would be better.
We come to the drive through pretty often because it’s convenient and this last time the service was atrocious! The barista taking the orders was very rude. I had never experienced this at a Starbucks. They need to step it up.
Drinks are ok. Lattes don’t have very good foamed milk. Will be coming here less now. The Starbucks in the QFC across the street has better made drinks and friendlier service.

This is one my regular drive-​thru spots. I have an off schedule so I am able to avoid the morning and afternoon rushes. I usually don’t have a problem with the speed of service in the drive thru. They recently had a changeover in barristas but they have all been friendly and nice. But, yes, I agree that when the drive-​thru gets bogged down, it can feel like an eternity.

Every so often I hit the drive thru here on my way home. Nearly every time it reminds me why the majority of the time I wait until I hit Kenmore. Drinks are okay, but seems like no one is happy working here. Baristas act bored, very brisk… Blah.
Could do with a customer service class or two.

Yes, this is Seattle and people love to hate Starbucks. There are better coffee establishments than Starbucks but there’s something comforting about consistency and familiarity.
I pass several Sbux on my way to work and while I could stop at any number of them, this one is my personal favorite. Why? The lines move quickly! Yup, the workers here are fast and efficient and no matter how long the line may seem, it’s incredibly rare I wait more than a few minutes.
Best of all the workers knew my drink after a few visits! It’s always nice to be a regular and to get that warm, fuzzy feeling… because sometimes you wanna go all Cheers and go somewhere where everyone knows your name…

This is «my» local Starbucks, and I have to say all the barista’s here are fantastic, hilarious and thoughtful. Solid service and product.

Large place, but service is not too great. I ordered a Tall Marble Mocha Machittio, but I ended up getting a Tall Vanilla Latte. When I asked to get my drink again and not something I didn’t order, they gave me attitude saying because of my accent they couldn’t understand me. I’m Asian-​American, which means I was born here and have no accent or have a hard time speaking English. Anyways, I ended up getting my drink 10 minutes later.
I shouldn’t have tipped them.

Ok so I am NOT a coffee drinker… at all. So why am I posting a review on a coffee place? Well this particular coffee place is inside a QFC I shop in often and the baristas are super nice. I was in QFC with my 7 year old a couple days ago and one of the friendly baristas saw us waiting in line and brought us over some samples of a gingerbread latte. She was all smiles and sweet to my son so that always deserves a high score from me! We live right around the corner and on THIS side of 15th so we will visit this Starbucks rather than the more crowded version across the street for our non-​coffee treats (I’m partial to the Vanilla Crème!).
