Ok so we go to this Starbucks every week with my small black poodle to pick up coffee and eats. Only today and another time has an employee named Genalee asked me if my dog is a service animal and that dogs aren’t allowed in the store. Now mind you, we come here weekly and no ones ever told me anything about bringing my dog to pick up our speciality coffees and foods. On top of that there’s many other people who bring their dogs in this Starbucks! There’s also no signs anywhere that says anything about dogs not being allowed to come in. So if you’re going to tell one person that, all the employees need to be consistent across the board and tell everyone the same thing and they should post it on the door. Otherwise, if I’m spending tons of money on an experience with a company and not their overly hot coffee, then the experience better allow me to bring my dog in to pick up the things I’m coming in for. Otherwise you will lose valuable customers! The service is also too slow here and you need to get with the program! Many restaurants and stores let dogs come into their establishments.

This Belltown Starbucks has a good amount of space with a decent amount of seating and lots of windows. In my experience, the baristas are always super nice and take the time to make my drink right. I really appreciate that as other Starbucks I’ve encountered seem to just want to move product as fast as possible; drink accuracy be damned. That makes this one of the better Starbucks locations, in my book!

The Starbucks is located in the quieter part of belltown. It can be a good place to pick up coffee if u r walking to amazon /slu which a lot of people do. The staff is incredibly slow, if there are even 3 to 4 in front of u expect to wait. Sometimes in the morning hours, the support staff will be housekeeping vs taking orders to keep the line moving. Hence the 2 stars.

First Starbucks I went to where an employee could say«fucking faggot» and none of his coworkers would bat an eye. This is Starbucks of all places, and Seattle for crying out loud. Really terrible customer service all around, too.

Convenient location if you’re in Belltown to grab the usual drinks and a La Boulange pastry. There are a few long tables and high tops in the back for group meetings, to hang out or get some work done. This location closes early at 5PM which is a disappointment.

Of all the Starbucks I’ve ever been to, this one repeatedly has the worst customer service. I keep returning because of its great location and I always leave in a bad mood because of the attitude of the employees suck. Yuck.

Pretty cozy and I like how they have free wifi and participated in earth day. My friend said they know how to make their coffee here too. My hot chocoloate was good. At least they didn’t mess it up.

Starbucks is Starbucks, that’s pretty much true here as well. Drink quality is solid, as well as service, and if they somehow forget your drink, which happened to me once, they can make it up pretty quick, and might give you a coupon for a free drink on your next trip. There’s plenty of seating to meet people, personally I enjoy bringing a Netbook along and plugging in for an hour while enjoying an Americano. Nothing overwhelmingly special about the place, just convenient with good people working.

As with other Starbucks locations, you should know what you’re getting before you go in. That’s sort of the point. I love this Starbucks because the staff is friendly and they always recognize me. I feel like 3 stars for a Starbucks is good, it means they’re doing their job. These guys get a 4th star because I came in hungover, spilled 20 ounces of hot coffee all over the condiment bar. I felt horrible, they were quick to come out and clean it up(I tried to help, but just kept throwing more drink napkins which quickly became a mess in and of themselves). As expected, they got me(the hapless buffoon) a new cup of coffee; unexpectedly, they did it with a smile and without rolling their eyes. Thanks for not making me feel like a jerk(a la Steve Martin in the eponymous movie)
