Starbucks

Slow service. They should manage the line better. After receiving my hot tea, the lid kept coming off while I was walking down the street, spilling all over my hands (ouch!). The top of the cup was saturated with liquid and was swollen so the lid wouldn’t stay on. It must have been sitting on something wet before it was served. Not a good experience.

The baristas here are just okay. Each time I’ve gone, I’ve gotten pretty touch-​and-​go service, and they’ve heard wrong. Each time.
First time: asked for a vanilla iced coffee with cream, got a vanilla iced coffee with about an inch and a half of room.
Second time: asked for a grande green iced tea with half the classic, got a venti. Also got attitude for asking to reload my card before we started my order.
They’re lucky this is a five minute walk from work.

Worst Starbucks I go to. It’s the closest to me but the music is intolerable and its always filthy.

Nice little convenient starbucks located right outside the lobby of our hotel! They were fast, polite and made our drinks to order. Lots of seating for lounging and hanging out as well.

I was loyal customers over 10 year’s and I go every Starbucks coffee every location and they are always welcome me and talk to me…
1.) This Starbucks next door Pan Pacific Hotel
2.) The store manager is sucks and rude
3.) The customer service is 0%
4.) She has the worst attitude she lose me to be her
customers.
5.) I don’t understand how she became store manager. with bad customers service

What you can expect from Starbucks.
The staff aren’t over friendly but friendly enough.
It’s bigger than you would expect from the outside.
And it’s a nice place to get work done.
Right next to fedex office and whole foods.

Kathryn was pretty rude. Snapped at me that my cup was a grande when it’s only 14oz and then ignored me and didn’t hand me my drink, she just set it on the counter and continued to complain to her coworker about her schedule. The coffee was also not impressive, even for sbux. Boo!

Pros:
— Cashiers are always friendly and helpful when I have questions about drinks.
— They make the drinks quickly and this place isn’t crowded.
— This is one of the few locations that closes later than the majority starbucks.

There are a million Starbucks locations in Seattle… literally. But, that’s what you get for living where Starbucks was birthed. Anyway, how is it possible that I end up at the least crowded one possible?
Seating: Four really comfy chairs and a nice, spread out seating area overlooking the street.
Service: Apparently my order was «precarious.» A coffee with one pump caramel. Your face is precarious. Kidding! Wait… it’s Saturday morning so I have to look up the definition of precarious. But, usually it is not good to insult a customer’s order… just saying. Definition of precarious: «dependent on chance». It is not nice to use sarcasm to insult a customer’s order either. Yes, I like specifics. Got a prob with that buddy?
Coffee: It’s Starbucks. Whoop de doo. It did the trick.
Moral of the story: It’s a Starbucks.

Good place to go if you go in the middle of the day. If you are an early bird — hit or miss whether the staff shows up on time to open the doors as scheduled. I usually go here before heading the gym. The door says open at 6AM. Probably 3 times now a bunch of us are waiting in the cold well after 6:15AM watching the late Starbucks staff load the food offerings and straighten the papers. Any apology for their being late? Nope.
I understand that people have stuff happen — and now and then you just can’t get to work on time. But it’s becoming a pattern at this Starbucks. So, early morning people — keep this in mind. I’ll be writing Corporate Starbucks about the same problem since I figure they’d like to know why many people end up frustrated and going elsewhere for coffee (at least 5 people did this morning) because the employees running the shop are too lazy to get in on time (and too rude to apologize or at least open the door to start drinks — then load the food and papers after the initial wave).

Always seating and never too busy. Baby approved and staff is always really nice, prompt and accurate. It is hard to mess up black coffee. Hotel attached if you need a baby changing room.

Yes it is a Starbucks, but this location is pretty nice. The merchandise selection is almost immediately in front of the entrance (kind of a strange layout) but other than that, no big issues here. I like that this Starbucks is in a pretty safe area with lots of high end shops around (Whole Foods, Seva, some yoga place, etc) — Some might call 2200 Westlake «yuppie» but hey, it’s clean!
The baristas are nice and they always ask me if I want the beans ground when I pick up my weekly bag of coffee beans.

This is probably my favourite Starbucks in Seattle. It’s far enough away from the tourist traps downtown, yet not in a sketch place, either.
I don’t know what people are talking about with it being busy… it’s rarely ever busy. It’s just that the store doesn’t have many seats. Still, if you can find one, it’s the best environment. They keep the music loudish, so you don’t have to overhear weirdo conversations by the Amazonians or random businessmen from the above hotel.
The baristas have always been absolutely lovely with me. I think I’ve only dealt with one cranky person, and really… who doesn’t have an off day? All of the men that work here are sweeties! :)

The typical Starbucks filled with a crowd of coffee loving Seattle-​ites. This is my first visit to a Seattle Starbucks, and I am impressed with how big it feels even though it’s a small location. They have a nice variety of food and snacks, and they have a nice selection of coffees ‘on tap’.
I was probably the first and last person to order a strawberries and crème frapp, but hey I’m from California so that’s my excuse. Everyone looked confused when I ordered it, but I proudly grabbed it from the barista and was on my way. Since this is walking distance from my work I can’t speak to parking, but it looks like it would be a pain.
Overall this Starbucks didn’t stand out and was like any other of the million locations so I think this is a fair 3-​stars.
PS Everytime I go to Starbucks, the prices go up. Why pay a lot of $$$ for mediocre coffee?!

I never write reviews for places like Starbucks because they’re everywhere and supposed to have the same «standard.» However, being a regular at this location, I’m sick of their awful service. I used to be a partner, so maybe I have higher standards, but this is the WORST location I have EVER been to in the city. They’ve gone through 2 store managers and I feel both have not improved the service of this location.
Here are the things I can no longer tolerate at this location:
1. They never seem to smile or make polite conversation with me or any other customer.
2. During «rushes» they always seem understaffed and unorganized.
3. They never attempt to remember my drink or my name. (I stop by here every other day for the last year!)
4. They seem to botch other people’s warm food orders often.
5. My co-​worker has received over 2 – 3 «we messed up» your next drink is on us coupons.
6. Quality does not seem to be something this location focuses on.
I guess I’ll continue to go to Wheelhouse down the street or go to WF for Allegro. I miss 505, where they strive for CS. =(

Who even knew about this Starbucks? Apparently, everyone! ‘Cause this place gets bizay.
Love the space, love the baristas, and remember the rule: where there’s a Whole Foods, there’s a Starbucks.
Don’t ask me about parking, I walk here.

I understand why you WOULD check Unilocal.i mean yeah its starbucks but some are better than others. I am here very frequently since its right across from school. So I have been in here and never have had bad service. They are so sweet and so nice. I love them.

An otherwise perfect experience, with a very cheerful, smiling barista taking my order that was marred by a 2^nd barista I met with a scowling, bitchy attitude as though she somehow, was personally offended by my request for an extra cup.
That being said, this Starbucks was in a good location, connected to Pan Pacific hotel. I just hope I never cross paths with her again.
