Spic ‘n Span Cleaners

I was impressed with their service. We were treated very professionally.
He was true to his timeline, price, and did a great job. The price was set up front. Everything was cleaned exceptionally well and on time. I was charged on pick up, not drop off.
I was particularly impressed with a detailed cable knit sweater that had some denim stains, substantial pilling, and was slightly stretched. My sweater came back practically new, depilled, perfectly white, and unblemished.
The only complaint is that there is no notification call when goods are ready. So be sure to swing by – or call to check – on the estimated completion day.

HORRRIIIBBLLEEE!!! STAY AWAY!!! Charles Kiss Has ruined my very expansive shirt, put holes in it, and refuses to get me something comparable!!! Only thing he offered is to give me credit for cleaning!!! But who wants it from a guy that ruined your clothes in the first place!!! He would not call me back, after he said he would, after I brought the problem to his attention, had to chase him down! HORRIIBBLLEEEEE!!!

You folks all have one. That article of clothing that you love above all others. It’s comfortable, flattering, and absolutely you. You love it; that finely sewed hunk of fabric, and if anything were to happen to it you might just be a little bit broken hearted.
Enter me, my favorite jersey dress, and CW in the kitchen trying to fish out hunks of pressure cooked meat for some Indian food I was going to make. The tongs didnt grasp enough, a size-​able chunk of meat fell, and I was splashed with a goodly amount of stupidly hot oil. At the time i was more concerned with ripping off my dress and soothing my burns than tending to the inevitable stains that were making their home on my dress. When 2 rounds of washing didn’t take them out I was ready to shed a mournful tear and put the dress to rest.
But no! As a last shot we brought it in to Spic ‘n Span. easy process, no frills. not the friendliest of service, but they are efficient. $ 18 upfront was all that was needed to try to fix my damaged goods.
3 days later im back, the stains are 100% gone, and my dress is totally re-​born.
They do great work with pressing shirts, hemming jeans, and even more complicated work like fitting suits. And they are so reasonably priced.
They rescued my favorite dress. without breaking the bank. I got to love these folks.

Polite, efficient person at the counter and they offer same day service. I was informed up front about the reasonable additional charge for same day turnaround. My clothes were perfect. I would definitely use them again.

I’m not up to snuff with the common rate for blankets/​comforters but I think it came out great. The corner could’ve been unwrinkled but silly things. The lady was ok. Usually places this old I’m used to more homey and friendly service. It seemed more hum-​drum and harsh with old B&W photos spaced apart. «Ts ok.

They did a great job on dry-​cleaning slightly stained dress shirts and hemming some tattered jeans.
Very cheap, fair service, and they get me back my clothes when I need them.

I’ve been there twice to have pants hemmed, both times i’ve been specific about the specifications and both times they have hemmed the pants too high. I won’t be going back again.

okay so the finally got the stain out… but it took them 3x’s to get it right, but at least they offered to keep trying. I was okay with that since they are across the street from me. It was just a pain in the butt to keep checking back though.

I dropped off my dry cleaning of 3 shirts at 9:36am. This dry cleaner has the tagline «in by 10:30 dirty, done by 4». My claim tag even said they would be ready by 6pm the same day, and expressed in bold letters «SAME DAY SERVICE». I went to pick up at 6pm, and they said the shirts weren’t ready. They would be ready by noon the next day. I asked for my shirts back, and they said they could be ready by 9am. I asked again for my shirts back, and finally got them.
I’m not pleased with the service.

Spic and Span Cleaners… Dropped 9 shirts off there the other day, got the same day service for about 1.80 a shirt. Not bad, shirts were clean, lightly starched, and on time, plus they didn’t loose any of them. They gave me 30%. I thought I was so special until I walked out of the store to see a huge banner «30% DISCOUNT ON ALL CLEANING», burst my bubble… So riddle me this, why have a discount? Why not just lower you prices and be known as the lowest prices in town?
All in all, good experiences so far with the Spic and Span.
