You know when a task seems inordinately overwhelming so you just put it off until you can’t anymore? That was gutter cleaning us. My partner found these guys. Within a few hours the whole job on a large 2-​story house was taken care of. They were surprisingly reasonable. It made me want to find more things for them to do just to relive that satisfaction!
I have recommended them to many friends.

Simple Joys did a fantastic job cleaning my roof at a great price. They responded to my request for quote quickly, scheduled the service, showed up on time and did everything they promised. The roof looks great and and the cleanup was spotless. I would recommend them to everyone that needs a roof cleaning.

I found Simple Joys when they were cleaning the roof on a house across the street from me. I desperately needed mine cleaned, my Chimney too, so I called for a quote and they were able to come within the week. Rick arrived on time and got the job done extremely well and quickly! I would definitely use them again and will be referring them to anyone who needs quality, professional roof and chimney cleaning at a reasonable rate — Thanks Rick!

We used Simple Joys once a year for 3 years. They were great. On time and got the job done well (we did gutter cleaning and moss removal). This last year, they changed to a new billing system and would only send a bill via email. I never got the bill. I called back 9 different times and talked to Jeremy (the owner) or the receptionist in the 5 months since the service and they never would send me out a physical bill. They kept saying they sent me a bill via email; but I never did get an email from them. They finally threatened to send it to a collection agency. I NEVER will do business with this company again; it shouldn’t be that hard to give them a payment.

Very nice staff, the lady on the phone was pretty funny. I had 2 chimney’s cleaned and they did a great job, for a reasonable rate. Clean up was not as good as I had hoped though; there were black blotches on the carpet and we’ll have to do some carpet cleaning now… but overall I would probably hire them again and just cover the area before they came. They also came a day early than scheduled, probably by mistake, so I didn’t have time to prepare by covering the carpet.

Simple Joys showed up on time and did a scrape-​and-​zinc treatment and gutter blow on my house and cottage roofs. The employee was professional and had useful suggestions for future avoidance of trouble with one gutter and a part of my roof where tree branches might start rubbing into the roof tiles.
It will take a couple of weeks for the zinc treatment to work on the cottage moss because of the type of moss it is, but I’m confident that all will go normally.
