Previously, I would have given 5 stars based on my 3 prior experiences (2 screen replacements, one charge port replacement). This time, I wanted to see how much it would be to fix my rear facing camera as it just stopped working recenlty. It was a good price, he met me by work, and said it would only take about 10 minutes (like the previous times – great). Everything else about my phone was operational except for the camera. After putting the new camera in and the screen back on, the phone would not turn on at all. He said it might be the screen (he tried my old screen on his phone, and it worked fine, so that was not the problem). He said it might be the battery, but would need to take it back to his store to look at because he didn’t have any charged batteries. Long story short, after going without a phone for two days, I meet him in his shop and he says he found the problem. There is a tiny missing metal piece, which may have been pulled off from taking the screen off too many times (he replaced my screen on this phone 2 times prior and was the only person who had ever opened my phone). I told him I’m just going to take it to Sprint to get a new one and was pissed that my seemingly simple/​cheap $ 40 camera replacement now has turned into $ 150 deductible to get a new one when it was otherwise working before. Oh, after finding this out, he went into the back and put on a cracked screen (since it was going thru insurance anyway) and he kept my good screen (the one I had previously paid $ 80 to have him replace – he took it back for free apparently). I was beyond pissed – I took my old phone and left. He did not apologize or make any attempt to rectify the fact that he left my phone in WORSE condition and I am stuck paying $ 150 to get a new one.. So be prepared for that possibility and be advised that WORK IS NOT guaranteed. I will be going through Apple exclusively from now on.

Out with the old, in with the new! My iPhone 6 screen was literally shattered and in a short 20 minutes I walked away with a perfect fix! Couldn’t be happier! Still pricy, but cheaper than apple without the hassle of having to make an appointment! It sucks when screens crack, but luckily there are guys like Alex who can fix them!

Just got my iphone 5s and ipad mini screen replaced today. Both were cracked. My iphone was fixed within 10 minutes and my ipad was fixed pretty qiuckly after, they both look brand new. I did some research on the cost of these projects and this place was by far the best deal. Definitely would recommend.

Alex was great! Very affordable. Got 2 iphone 6 plus, one 5S and samsung S4 screen fixed. Also got a virus of desk top and now runs faster then ever. Very happy with his work & service. Def go check him out for the best price and service.

We got off to a shaky start with Seattle Wireless. Alex has been very diligent about keeping in touch with me to remedy the issues I illustrated in my previous review. We finally got the phone back to him and he’s fixed it properly now and there seem to be no issues to speak of. Alex also gave us a $ 20 credit to the store to make it up to us. Good save!

I have used Alex with Seattle Wireless twice, both with different iPhones where I have dropped it and cracked the screen. I was recommended to Alex by a friend and really like the service. It was fast and a reasonable price. The first iPhone screen that I replaced lasted for over a year to when I traded it in. When my second screen broke, I did not hesitate to bring it in to Alex. I am happy with his work.

Updating my review from 4 stars to 1 star. Wanna know why? It’s a doozy.
As described in my previous review, my toddler broke our iPad mini screen; so we got it fixed here. The price was good, the service was fast, and the only thing strange was a very slight give to the screen when we tapped it a certain way. No biggie.
Fast forward a few months, and my kid breaks the screen again! Rather than shelling out big bucks to get it fixed again, I decided to do the repair myself. I have repaired several Android phones before, so I thought, «other than the adhesive in the iPad, things should be pretty similar. Afterall, there’s the internet to show me the way.»
As I open up the iPad, I notice that the screws are kind of strange. Screws within the same grouping were of different sizes. Some screws don’t screw in all the way. No biggie. I thought perhaps some of the screws may be a little stripped. As I get to the step to remove the large metal shield that sits between the LCD and the internal components, I notice something really weird: THE METAL PANEL IS MISSING! I see the screw holes exactly where the tutorial says they should be; but the entire metal plate is missing. Given that Seattle Wireless is the ONLY place I’ve ever taken this device to, there’s no other person who could have removed it.
What the hell, Seattle Wireless?!? Where I come from, taking something from somebody without telling them is called stealing.
In addition to the mismatched screw sizes, and the missing protective panel, adhesive is all over the place — meaning that the device was not properly stripped down and cleaned before doing the screen replacement. Makes sense, since Seattle Wireless was able to do the repair in so little time. Getting that glue off is often the most time consuming piece of the replacement work. Guess, it speeds things up if you just don’t do it!
Alex, you seem like a nice guy; and I’m glad you’re able to get people’s devices up and running again; but somebody’s gotta call you out on this BS kind of service. I’m so upset about these discoveries, and cannot recommend anybody use your services.

I had a phone fixed here. The store hasn’t opened yet but the owner came for me because Im in hurry. He is so nice and thoughtful abt every single piece of the phone he fix. Just wanna say that this is a really good and reliable place to bring your unworked phone or any related electronic stuffs to repair. He finished in 10 mins. Thank a lot :)))

Alex answers his phone, first time, was in communication he entire time. Had my parts in stock (only person in Seattle with an iPhone 6+ screen), and I went to his nice shop in Columbia City.
I was out of there 30 minutes later with a new screen and a working phone at a great price.

Prior to arriving I called in for a quote to fix my phone screen before they opened and dude told me to come in right at 11a. I rolled up in this joint with my old iPhone 4S to replace my cracked screen. My phone still worked perfectly fine except the other week it fell off my lap while I was getting out of the car. It bounced around and landed under my feet as I was planting my feet to stand up and I heard a crack. FML. Anyway, homeboy fixed my phone in about 15 minutes. More like 20 because he had all these people come in right when he opened. He must be popular. Anyway, I got my phone fixed for about $ 20 cheaper than other places I called and was on my merry way. I’d be back if I ever need my phone fixed or a replacement battery.

Cracked my iPhone 5s screen and looked up repair places. Alex was very responsive and offered to meet me where I was located in the U district. I ended up going to his shop in South Seattle, which was convenient for me. He was very professional and fixed my screen in 15 minutes. It works great and I would definitely go back again.
