I brought my iPhone in to David after dropping it with multiple issues including a broken LCD and screen. After realizing that my logic board was also damaged in the initial drop, he took it into Apple to speak with with Genius Bar. David also provided me with a loaner phone while my iPhone was in the shop. Amazing customer service!!!

I stopped by here with my friend who had a concern about her phone, so we stopped in since we were passing. We got prompt, helpful attention, and when it was determined she didn’t NEED to repair her phone’s screen if she was happy to live with the weird flaw, there was no pressure. It was HER who asked about a protective case, and David was very helpful without pushing at all. It was a lovely experience and what I hope for, but don’t always receive, from small, independent merchants. I’d definitely make the trip back here if I had any device issues that I needed help with.

I live on Mercer Island and feel strongly about supporting our local merchants. The service place costs a bit more but Dave’s personalized attention and prompt repair in a professional yet low local shop made it worth the extra dime.

I have used David for a number of repairs. He has always been incredibly helpful. On one occasion he showed me that the problem wasn’t with the phone, it was the charger (which looked fine, so who thinks of that?) – at no charge. He has done a number of iPhone repairs with very reasonable prices, rapid turnaround, and impeccable results. On the last occasion with the iPone, he mentioned that he was considering branching out into computer repairs. I got a DVD stuck in an older Apple laptop, and tried all the remedies recommended without success. I had called Apple and other repair shops, all of whom wanted to replace the DVD drive at considerable cost. I asked him about it, he said he’d look at it, got the DVD out without replacing the drive, and charged me $ 25, a fraction of what I was going to have to pay elsewhere! I would HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone needing iPhone or iPad repairs, and now (hopefully) computer repairs as well.

After being safe for over 2 years, I finally dropped my iPhone 4s and shattered both the front and back screens. Almost found myself headed to Apple, then recalled seeing Sound Vision and Wireless on one of my many walks around the Island. I went in and met David, who is absolutely fabulous! He’s knowledgable, nice, and patient; he calmed me down and assured me that my iPhone would be good as new when he was done. He even kindly switched out my SIM card into an old phone to hold me over for the 24 hour repair time period. The repair is impeccable! Fairly priced too, and will give you an upfront estimate. I highly recommend them!

I just had the screen replaced on my son’s iPad 2. The staff was knowledgeable, kind and fairly priced. I received great service and will continue to use this company. I would highly recommend them!

I brought my iPhone 4 (yes it’s old) into the shop because I was having bad reception. Dave gave me insight into what might be the problem and the steps we could take to figure out the issue. The first step was to try some resets and it helped! At the same time I brought my crushed iPad Retina in to get the glass replaced. A few days later I am back to good. Yes, I will use again!

I cracked the screen on my ipad several months ago. One day I was walking around downtown Mercer Island (which is in sore need of more retail!) and came across this sleek looking store. It is one of the retail stores in the Island Square Apartment, across the street from the North End QFC. Walked in and met Dave, the owner, who was really low key and friendly. Since he didn’t have the needed «part» for my ipad, it took couple of days fix it. (If he had the right part, it appears that he could have fixed it within hours). Well, my ipad came back spic and span new, right in time for my upcoming overseas trip! (There is a 90 day warranty on repairs; I didn’t inquire as to the scope of the warranty). Based on the service list, it appears they also do other other services, such as repairs and color customization for iphones, repairs for game consoles, etc. It’s great to have a place like this on Mercer Island!
