Amazing service! I needed a quick turn around on a project and they got it done with no problems. I realized I had made a mistake with my file and they were able to fix it on even shorter notice, literally saving my day! Not to mention the print quality was top notch. I definitely recommend them!

Murtaza and the Print Fusion team did an amazing job start to finish on my portfolio. They worked with me from a pretty early stage and made great recommendations as I finished my project. They delivered the product for a fair price, exactly when they told me they would have it done. I won’t look anywhere else for my printing needs.

Print Fusion is deserving of every accolade and 5 star review they have received. This review would award them 100 stars if it were possible.
I called Print Fusion at 1:10 yesterday with my hair on fire about a small, time sensitive job that refused to print on my own color laser printer. This was not a job for Kinko’s or Staples. Because the shop closed at 2 I had very little hope. The first surprise was that they answered the phone. The second surprise was Robert saying to drop by and he would see what he could do.
I arrived at 1:22 with a flash drive and a box of odd-​sized heavy rag card stock. He pulled up my job on his Mac, looked at the paper, scratched his head and said, «well, shall we give it a try?» After a bit of fiddling on his part and nail biting down to the second knuckle on my part I walked out at 1:58 with 75 perfectly printed double-​sided invitations. The color was superb and not one card was wasted — results I would never achieve on my own even if the stars were in perfect alignment.
It is worth mentioning that Robert is NOT the owner of Print Fusion but he is a long time employee. I say this because when was the last time an employee offered to be helpful with less than 45 minutes on the clock? Heck, what employee even bothers to pick up the phone with an hour left until closing? This is the absolute pinnacle of customer service. Robert is quiet and methodical and standing in his presence your shoulders will drop about 10 inches as you realize you are working with a total pro. He is a plate spinner extraordinaire because by my estimation he was running at least 10 other jobs when I arrived. Still, he made me feel that my job was vitally important. He is a rock star.

I went there to print some business cards yesterday. MaryAnne was super friendly and helpful to assist me fixing issues before printing. Wonderful and helpful communication!
The cards were ready in a short time and exactly how I wanted. I am very satisfied and will definitely return for future projects!

These guys are great! Really can’t beat the customer service here, it is top-​notch, not to mention the quality of prints and the materials they use — They really go above and beyond, even stayed open 30 mins past closing time to finish a project I desperately needed done. I told them that it could wait till tomorrow if need be and they volunteered to stay late anyways. Awesome crew here!

Print Fusion is the absolute best printing resource in Seattle! I had 2 very unusual projects for which I needed full-​sized artwork scanned and reduced to very small pictures (25%). Murtaza did beautiful work, on time, and the cost was quite reasonable for my budget. He was also friendly and courteous and took great care of my art work. The others on his staff (I went in multiple times) were also very courteous and helpful. I highly recommend Print Fusion for any project you might have – you will be in good hands.

I run a large Car show in Seattle. There is always an endless stream of flyers, ballots, window placards, signs, poster boards etc etc that must be printed. Some of this I know in advance and some of it is last minute, most of it is fairly complex. I found Print Fusion two years ago after having endless frustrations with FedEx/​Kinkos. Wow! Friendly, fast, knowledgeable, very reasonably priced and flat out NICE to deal with. No matter what I send their way, Murtaza, MaryAnne, Bob and crew handle it with ease and style and grace. I would like to say that they deal with problems well, but there never has been even the slightest problem, so I will have to guess that they are. I have come to trust this wonderful shop tremendously. They are everything that the big boys aren’t: Professional, Courteous, friendly, extremely competent, effective, efficient and extremely reliable — a true joy to do business with.

We had our wedding invitations and programs printed here. They rushed some items for us (free of charge) and Maryanne was AWESOME! Everything was done to 100% satisfaction and we will come back here for anything we need in the future. Glad to have a neighborhood printshop right down the street with such good customer service! I am a very hard customer to please, but these guys did an amazing job! They took the time, and had patience with me. I had no way of showing them how I imagined my business cards looking, but they took my description and made then better than I had imagined on their first shot. I’d say I had five star service, but I was a little surprised at the price in the end. Although, you do get what you pay for!

I was getting my car fixed at Bill Pierre across the road and needed to print a report off for work. They gave me an email address to send the report to and had it printed off in less than 5 minutes.
The staff was extremely attentive and efficient and prices were reasonable.

The staff is incredible. If you ever have any complicated prints, let them know! They can handle it! The cost is very reasonable compared to many many print shops.

I love these guys — I recently moved to Tacoma and had a major emergency when my printer broke and a job was due that day. I am not familiar with any local printers in Tacoma so I called evil lazy Kinko’s and they wanted over $ 400 to complete the job so I emailed Print Fusion (my old neighborhood go to in Seattle) and they called me immediately and I drove all the way to Seattle to look at the proof because they are worth it, although I would’ve trusted them to print without a proof and it was super fast (less than 24 hours) and came in under $ 150. KUDOS to this small business! I will be spreading the word. Thank you thank you thank you!

I love these guys. They really work with you to understand the print needs you have. I emailed them on Friday with a pretty good size project (multiple flyers, multiple sizes, different types of paper). I was hoping to pick it up on Saturday neglecting to notice that they are not open on Saturdays.
Murtaza contacted me right away and said he could have the project done in 3 hours. I wasn’t going to make it to them by closing, but since I lived up the street he dropped it off at my door for this one special occasion. How is that for service? I will always go to them for any copy needs.
When I went to Fedex Kinkos the guy got all huffy about one simple project taking up his whole day. Mind you, there were no customers and I know it wouldn’t take the day. Not Print Fusion, they are professional and friendly.

They helped us create a full-​color 2’X7’ banner for our new business (OnSite BAC) in only 2 days (some other shops wanted a week).
We are extremely satisfied with the results. The price was good (approx $ 100) and the color printed in the correct neon-​green (which is sometimes difficult to achieve).
