Pierre Chevrolet

I took my 2003 Tahoe to their service department after they had supposedly repaired a 4 wheel drive issue wherein the car was pulling harshly to the left, whining, and vibrating severely.
They replaced some module that showed up on the computer scan that had to do with shifting in and out of 4 wheel drive. They did not address the other issued mentioned above, which were the primary reason the car was sent over there from Roosevelt Auto Body, who could not repair or properly diagnose the problem themselves.
I took some kid from their service department for a test drive to demonstrate the issue.
While he acknowledged the pulling and vibrating he proceeded to school me on how properly shift into 4 hi in a Tahoe.
We then went back where he brought out their lead mechanic who along with the youngster proceeded to attempt to re– educate me on 4 wheel drive tendencies and procedures in a Chevy Tahoe.
I have owned two Suburbans and a Tahoe, so I knew they were blowing smoke and trying to spin the fact that they made the wrong repair and could not diagnose the problem.
The information they gave me was WRONG and DANGEROUS. To imply that the car was just fine when it pulled violently to the left when shifting into 4 HI or 4 AUTO could literally get me killed.
I left Bill Pierre and went immediately to a private mechanic who at considerable time and expense discovered that Roosevelt Auto Body had replaced the left front tire with:
A TOO SMALL TIRE!!! IT WAS THE WRONG SIZE!!!
They not only missed the boat but then tried to cover their posterior by schooling me on how to drive a 4 wheel drive vehicle and insisting the car was just fine.
I do not trust their service department in the least. Liars and con-​artists.

Today really was as good as it gets. Everything went perfectly. Such a tough choice: the Corvette or the Camaro. Ultimately, I cannot resist Crystal Red tint, aka Candy Apple Red Metalflake, aka Ruby Red Metalflake. Wow! I had to buy the Camaro. Matt, Nate and the entire team went out of their way to make a deal happen, and I could not be happier. That’s TWO perfect deals in two years, the perfect upgrade to my Cruze.
Now, I truly have my dream car. These guys are the best. Seriously. They really know what they’re doing and now I can have a car I can keep for many years. They gave me a discount on the extended warranty, now I can relax with seven years or 70,000 miles of protection.
No, cynics, I do not work for the dealership. I just love Chevy’s that’s all. Best Chevy, Chevrolet Dealers Seattle, Pierre Group Seattle, Lynnwood.

I had an amazing experience shopping at this car place. I didn’t go in expecting that though. You know how car places are supposed to be… ZERO expectation! Not this place. I met a great salesman named Michael that was eager and friendly. I was a bit nervous because I had never purchased a new truck/​car and was a bit hesitant. Michael was patient, nice and warm. He explained the process real well to me and recommended a test drive. I was not sure of what to expect but was pleasantly surprised by the no pressure way I was sold.
I had educated myself pretty good about what I was expecting to pay for a new truck and was actually pretty surprised how willing Bill Pierre Chevy was to get me to my goal. They had some killer lease rates on new trucks too.
I ended up buying a great new Silverado 4X4 in the color I wanted (they found one at another store and quickly had it brought to their dealership) at a price I liked! BIG KUDOS to this store. I actually had fun in buying this new truck, met some nice people, terrific follow up and EXCELLENT service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great service and a great price! This will give you and idea of the kind of people you will deal with at Bill Pierre.
I wrote a review (below) of my experiences with Bill Pierre during the last 4 years. To wake up the next morning and find that their current sales manager who I have never dealt with, took a personal retaliation on me and my family.
Matt who I have never dealt with took it upon himself to figure out that I am an owner of a business in the area. He then wrote a bad review for my business that he has never been to in retaliation.
He 100% should be let go for thinking that, that’s acceptable behavior as an employee representing Bill Pierre.
As a customer I have ever right to share my experience especially after 4 years of dealing with this nonsense.
These actions further prove my statements in my review on just how horrible these people treat others.
I have flagged his review but rest assured took screen shots to send along in my letter to corporate.
If anyone at Bill Pierre tried in the slightest to make right was done wrong, to give great customer service, to reach out after all the phone calls etc. In the 4+ years iv been dealing with this… I wouldn’t have anything negative to share but unfortunately this is my experience and this is how we have been treated.

We have had 4 years of bad experiences with our purchase from Bill Pierre.
After a ton of research we had purchased a Chevrolet Cruze. For a gas vehicle it was top on mileage and Eco friendliness. We had a Chevy trade in and therefore wanted to go with a Chevy dealer.
Our purchasing experience was horrible and after a few days with the vehicle and its constant jerking we returned it. In only a few short days all the original people we had dealt with were no longer working there. Including the manager.
They made a huge deal out of the return, though we were completely within our legal rights. After speaking with the new manager and doing additional research about our issues with the vehicle, we ended up with a different model (the Eco Cruze)
The difference being even better gas millage and a turbo engine that didn’t cause you to feel the shifting (jerking like you stalled)
They acted as though they did us a favor and that they shouldn’t have returned the vehicle. I’m pretty sure at the end of the day we did them a favor because we some how spent more than the original purchase.
We continued to have issues with our purchase and wanted to return the vehicle all together. Again this became a problem and an on going fight with yet another set of employees and manager.
The turn over is crazy at this place!
One manager begging us not to write any bad feedback even though he knew we had been through a terrible ordeal. Asking if we could get their reviews up he would pay us $ 500. How ridiculous?!
Every other month we have had issues with this car. Including a ridiculous amount of recalls for the last 4 years. Taking the vehicle in and having them fix the recall to drive off and have the car break down on us immediately after.
This has happened several times! Including with our new born baby in the car and again just yesterday.
We have continued the battle with Bill Pierre and their horrible customer service, horrible management, ridiculous turn over, terrible mechanics etc. for over 4 years.
Obviously Chevy as the manufacture is also to blame and for this make, model, year they should have just recalled the entire vehicle. I know newer models do not have the same issues.
But I would never in a million years recommend doing business with Bill Pierre. On the business end they have been horrific to deal with. I will make sure that I make that known as often as I possibly can. And in our professions that’s all we do, talk to people all day long.

Had a great experience here. I called to inquire about a used vehicle. Theo from the sales department assisted me and was very knowledgable. When I went to the dealership to look at the vehicle there was no pressure. And they answered all of my questions and even let me take the car to my mechanic to get it checked. Also the price was very reasonable. I definitely recommend Pierre Chevrolet and will for sure Come back for my next car. Thanks guys.

Jeff at service department was very rude and I would refuse to talk to him if I would do service at Bill Pierre again. I have done a couple of services at Bill Pierre. Jeff never greeted and never smiled. Today he showed a black face again when I walked up to him. He said nothing except something like «Where is the key? Mileage?» It was like I beg him to do the maintenance. I have never seen this kind of service at dealership.

I saw a used car I wanted online, and called in to make sure it would be available that day and later (around 7) since I work in Federal Way. When I showed up the car was right by the front waiting, took it for a test drive and worked out the details. At that time, 2 other people were buying cars and they were short staffed that day (people called in sick, I don’t blame them).
The salesman I had been working with had been there since 8am, and by the time my purchase was through finance it was almost 11pm. The finance manager and the salesman both stayed the entire time, well after closing (9pm). I appreciated this a lot, and got what I wanted! The finance manager was very thorough during all the paperwork, which was a good thing, even though it was pretty late. I had a good experience here and have no hesitation going back when I’m looking again.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! Saw a car on the website, called them, asked if the car was certified pre-​owned. After the salesman on the phone checked with his manager he called me back and said it is not gm certified but what they include is a bill Pierre power train warranty. My husband called down and checked on the warranty (which we now know is substandard), and he was under the impression the warranty was included in the purchase price of the vehicle as well. Ok it’s not bumper to bumper but it’s a lifetime power train, better than nothing. So we drive all the way down there from Sultan, test drive the car and sit down to talk to them about it. Now the manager comes out and tells us oh no that warranty is not included and it will be an extra $ 700. So, we tell them that’s not what we were told on the phone and if it was we would not have driven all the way down here. We asked to talk to the manager that we had the phone conversation with, he comes over and very rudely tells us that he never said this warranty was included what he said was that they offer a warranty. So I ask him, do you not understand how wording it that way you have made it sound like it is included. Again, VERY rudely he says to me «so you just assumed that the warranty was free» When you go to a place of business ready to spend $ 20,000 or more you would think they would be more respectful to you. At no point did any of the 3 people we were talking to ever apologize for the miscommunication.
We could easily afford the additional $ 700 but the feeling we got after being bait and switched, and then treated like we were idiots for «assuming» a pre owned Chevy less than a year old with 8k miles would have a warranty as stated on the phone left a bad taste in our mouth. Go elsewhere if you don’t want buyers remorse.
Btw this is the second time we have left their lot angry without doing a deal due to being misled or lied to. The first deal, well, we’ll leave that story for another time…

This is the place to go! I purchased a 2015 Chevy Silverado HD 2500. I walked into the dealership knowing that they would not have exactly what I was looking for. Monty the sales manager quickly found the my truck at another dealership. Working with Mike, Jeff, Monty and Andy the new car manager was a great experience. I’ve being buying vehicles for years and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. I was able to get the truck I wanted and the price, that as Jeff promised, «would be too good to say no to!».
When I picked up my truck in a few days Galen McKay had my truck ready to go and walked me through the truck and its options. Monty was even able to find me additional Chevrolet incentive savings when I picked up my truck. A great place to buy a new vehicle!

I was looking to purchase a Chevy Volt. I started looking for a Volt at Burien Chevrolet. Burien Chevrolet didn’t have the color of vehicle I wanted and all the options I was looking for in the car. Burien didn’t do a poor job, they just didn’t do an excellent job like what I received from Salesman Galen McKay, Sales Manager Matt Goldstein, Finance Manager Stuart Turck and Matt Davis in service at Bill Pierre Chevrolet. Galen presented me with the color of car and the options that I wanted. I didn’t like the rims on the car, but Galen and Matt jumped in and got me the rims that I wanted for my Volt. I had a few door dings and some bumper scratches that they agreed to fix as part of the sale. I was in and out of Bill Pierre Chevrolet with my new car in 2 hours. Stuart did a great job at getting the financing completed. He found me a better rate than I was getting and he truly was looking out for me as a customer. When I brought my car back to Matt in Service, he blew me away at getting the car fixed up and looking like new again. I can’t say enough about Bill Pierre Chevrolet and their crew. I applaud their teamwork, follow through and professionalism. Great job guys!

Thanks to Mike Finch, this was hands down the BEST car buying experience I’ve ever had. Fastest, smoothest, most enjoyable. My husband and I just opened a business and have not purchased a car or home since being self-​employed. It can be much trickier, we’ve come to learn! I tried to work with another dealer about 4 months prior to working with Mike and the team at Pierre Chevy Lake City and was told we needed to wait until we had more time under our belt with the company. Discouraged, I have the car shopping a rest. I was then referred to Mike a few months later and figured I’d give it one more shot. I told him the exact truck we were looking for and that we weren’t wiling to compromise on what we needed. Not only did he listen (not just try and bring me something with «most» of what I had asked for), but he brought me the EXACT truck I requested. It was as simple as that! About two hours later we were through financing and driving off in our vehicle. Everyone was so down to earth and friendly, I never once felt cheated, schmoozed or lied to. I didn’t know car buying could go like this. Huge thank you you to Mike Finch and his incredible team! We couldn’t be happier.

Stay away from this place!
I had terrible experience for several reasons :
— They didn’t actually have the car in-​stock as promised on the phone.
— The car salesman was unenthusiastic and not knowledgable at all.
— The sales manager was very aggressive in pushing the deal. He refused to accept that the MSRP he was quoting was much above the average. Despite my having excellent credit, he was offering a sky high interest rate on the finance and making it sound like a great deal.
Don’t they know that people have much better knowledge about a fair price in the internet age?
There are enough dealerships in Seattle area where I can take my business instead.

I came in the other day to look at a 2011 Kia Optima sx fully loaded. I thought it was a sweet deal. Upon arriving I noticed there was a huge dent in the side of the car and one of the tail lights was sticking out. They didn’t disclose this information on their website and I was really skeptical of it. We ended up looking at a couple of other cars instead after that. I saw 2 beautiful Lexus is250’s that were a little out of my price range, but the salesman showed them to me and was really adamant about the «sticker price being negotiable.» So we went and sat down with him after a couple of hours of looking to draw up some numbers. At this point I was really excited. They’re also very adamant about their guaranteed approval and financing. I knew my credit score wasn’t amazing going in there, not horrible, but after hours spent sitting there with the sales manager and salesman they weren’t able to get me approved for anything. To top it all off, they offered me basically nothing for my trade in, a 2003 Honda Accord, (way lower than kbb.) They made me feel as if I was going to walk away with a car, but they couldn’t make that happen. The manager even spoke to us and basically told us that I will never be able to get a car of any kind under my circumstances. I think Pierre Chevrolet should really rethink their advertising. It is untrue and unrealistic. I walked out of there empty handed and disheartened from the whole experience. Which actually worked out well for me, because the very next day I went to Lexus of Bellevue and walked out of there with my dream car. Our salesman (Michael) and the sales manager (Jeff) were both very friendly, which is why I’m giving this review 2 stars instead of 1.

First of all they didn’t have the trucks that are on there website. Call before you go.
While I was sitting in the dealership, the other sales people and sales managers were going off on a customer who wasn’t there saying how dumb he was and swearing about it.
I had a bad feeling about this place after seeing that and left.

So I returned to the scene of the crime to «upgrade» my cute Traverse to a full size SUV. I saw something online that I was interested in and when we arrived at the dealership, I was fortunate enough to have Keith help me. He’s the ideal salesman… helpful, knowledgeable, respectful and not about the hard sell (which I appreciate SO MUCH after visiting other dealerships). I got exactly what I wanted and my husband ended up buying something too! When it comes to car buying, the salesperson makes or breaks the experience and I have to give it to Bill Pierre for hiring people like Keith who make an often stressful event much less so. The finance guys were great and worked hard to get us the best rate and make our payments what we wanted them to be, and they were very fair with our trade ins. Can’t ask for more when it comes to buying a car.

Mike (sales) and Stuart (finance) were both knowledgable, honest and a pleasure to do business with. I did a lot of research before making up my mind and coming in for a test drive but boy was I rewarded with a fabulous car financed at an unbeatable APR and price tag! I couldn’t be more thankful and satisfied. Sometimes if it seems too good to be true it’s just true — pure and simple. Thanks guys!!!

I leased a Volt from Pierre in late 2012. The sales experience was okay– the salesperson didn’t know anything about the car or GM lease deals at the time, but was polite. Service/​maintenance was great, one of the best dealers around.
My main problem happened after returning the lease. I dropped off the car free of damage (with a signed form stating as such). A few weeks later, Ally Financial sent me a bill with an excess wear charge for damage to the front bumper. Looking at the inspection photos, it was clear that someone backed into the car with a trailer hitch and left a 2″ hole in the front bumper.
I immediately called Pierre to work out the issue. I was told their lease guy was on vacation for a week and a half and I pushed back since the Ally bill was due immediately. After being bounced around to different voicemails with no calls back for a couple days, I finally spoke to a manager. He promised to take care of it, but needed to check something out. I was promised a call back a week ago, and haven’t been able to get in touch with him since.
I am now trying to work something out with Ally and am seriously disappointed in how this dealership handled the situation.

They sent me an ad of Scratch and Win; so I did; I won «7,500»; notice something missing??? Yes, no «$» (dollar signs) … the super polite lady over the phone explain that the number is to match SOMETHING on their wall + claim my $ 5.00 + and Enter to a chance to win any of their actual 4 prices (the ones advertised in the ad)!!!
With grad school work, a concert and a out-​of-​town trip! PEOPLE ARE BUSY! Imagine if I would have gone! I would have been arrested for causing a scene!
