Just plain old pizza with a rubbery crust, chintzy toppings, and hardly any cheese. It’s not what it used to be, or I’ve become accustomed to better pizza(Rocco’s, Italian Family Pizza). Yuck. My dogs didn’t even want the crust. I paid $ 22(included tip) for a two-topping small pizza(ouch!) and only had one piece because it wasn’t calorie worthy. They deliver and the delivery guy was nice, but the pizza sucked, and this wasn’t the first time I’ve felt that way. I’m done with Pagliacci.

I think I have been eating Pagliacci pizza for over 25 years, and when their Madison location opened up it just didn’t taste quite right. So I emailed and I got a prompt response from an owner who asked me if I wanted to meet for coffee to hear about my concerns! I said no, I just wanted the pizza to be right, but the pizza has been great ever since, and I was so impressed by that that I allow myself to indulge even more frequently as a result. And so I pretty much go once a day now…;) And it’s a LEED gold building which I appreciate, and I think it’s the most pleasant Pag’s location ambiance-wise. The only thing I would recommend for improvement is have a beer pouring lesson. I know many of the people who work there are teenagers, but don’t let them serve beers with that are only 2⁄3 full.

I stop in this location from time to time. It’s very nice inside — from the furniture to the kitchen area. The parking lot is rather small and in kind of an awkward area. I recommend parking on the street if there’s anything available since getting out of the lot can be a challenge in even moderately heavy traffic. The staff members are on the younger side but all very polite, efficient, and friendly. Located across the street from a park, this is a great place to grab a bite to have a picnic on a summer day. In terms of slices, every time I’ve been in, they’ve had a pretty good selection(not all locations are like that). The goat cheese is one of my favorites! I’ve never had delivery here so I can’t really say whether they’re good or not.

This was a nice clean modern pizza shop, there pies where a good thin crust, sauce was good and topping tasted fresh. I recommend it.

It pains me to write this review as I like the ordering model and pizza quality at pagliaccis. Things seem to be changing in Madison park. My last two pizza orders took more than 50 minutes for pickup. Both were estimated at 20 – 30 min. Single pizza orders made wrong both times. Not complex either — half cheese half 12th man. The last time the guy claimed they were too busy despite the fact that it was Tuesday night and there was one family in the restaurant. I don’t know what is going on here. Guess it is time to try somewhere else.

Not a huge fan. Pizza was pretty standard, but the actual space inside is far too cramped. I know it’s a small lot for a pizza joint, but when you can barely move around the line and/or find places to sit and eat, it feels like the fast-food approach to pizza. If you take it to go, that’s fine, but you’re still stuck behind a long line of people waiting to order…

This is a conflicting review. On one hand, I LOVE Pagliacci pizza! I have been eating their pizzas for 9 years now and it is by far my favorite. Except that 2 of my last 4 deliveries have been wrong. The first was 30 mins late, cold, and missing one of my added toppings. The second was on time but missing TWO of my toppings– leaving me with a pizza of only goat cheese. I called. They sent me small gift cards. This is another reason I love Pagliacci pizza… their customer service. No questions asked, they just want to keep you happy. What’s my problem then? I am reluctant to keep ordering pizza without knowing it will be made properly. I like what I like and at $ 24/pizza… I want what I order. Yes, the gift cards were great but I don’t know if I can keep ordering when it seems like Russian roulette pizza.

if you like thick crust with a rich sauce, brother, have you found the right place! the pizzas are a masterpiece! you want bacon? no, ain’t no bacon bits, how about whole strips of thick crispy bacon? not to mention the wonderful truly homemade sausage. my only knock is when you ask for veggies, they sometimes overdo it. but hey, no big, so i pick some pieces off of my slice! seattle’s location is the best, never had a bad experience there.

Pagliacci’s makes an amazing pizza exactly like you order it. I spend most nights in hotels eating out and this is the one pizza place in the country that gets the order right and delivers a hot, amazing dinner every time. It’s a little spendy but worth it for the consistancy. Thank you Pagliacci’s crew.

Pag’s is back on my «way good» list. I had a big party, ordered 10 pizzas in advance, and they came through with flying colors. On-time, hot, and tasty — the way Seattle-style pizza should always be. Big props for selling the Mexican version of Coke. Pag’s rocks again.

I called about 5:30& ordered pizza & salad to be delivered. The person who answered the main phone was pleasant and friendly. I was told 45 minutes or so to deliver. My pizza took about an hour to arrive. I still tipped. No biggie but when I opened the box the lid had smashed down on my pizza pulling some topping off. Still not upset but hungry. I dished the salad… wilted, really it shouldn’t be more than an hour old? I grabbed a slice and it was so cold the cheese where it used to be cut just pulled the toppings off my slice. What a BUMMER! A large cold pizza and wilted salad for about $ 40. This is clearly not something I would have ordered had I known what I know now.

Well sometimes you get drunk and order $ 69 worth of pizza. I recently had one of those nights, and Pagliacci was happy to oblige. Ordered a small chicken pizza, a large fresh veggie and some other large veggie pizza(goat cheese primo?). Pizzas were pretty good and substantial. There were 8 of us and nearly a whole large pizza was leftover. They don’t mess around with the cheese. That was some high quality cheese. Driver was relatively on time(between 35 – 40 minutes for an EDT of 35 minutes). Felt like longer, but only because I was neurotically checking my phone to make sure I didn’t miss him in my stupefied state. From my own experience as a pizza delivery expert, I can confidently say he handled his delivery duties with speed and professionalism. Overall, good pizza but maybe slightly overpriced.

Had my first slice of Pagliacci’s pizza last night. Service was excellent, but the pizza was utterly mediocre — akin to cafeteria pizza. The poor quality was obviously in the crust and cheese. Ordered one slice because I was skeptical, ate it, left hungry, and went straight to Hot Mama’s on Capital Hill for a better slice. Pagliacci’s is further confirmation that Seattle doesn’t understand pizza.

Best! I love when I call for my delivery and all I have to say is «yes. Yes. and thank you!» #HassleFree makes pizza night easy peasy!

Pagliaccis is a Seattle staple and has been the proudly perfecting pizza pies long before Al Gore invented the interweb. In my humble grumble opinion they make some of the best pizza on God’s green earth. Definitely top 5 pizza west of Chicago. Double pepperoni is awesome. Brooklyn bridge also a favorite. Highly recommend the Pagliacci salad – a large one could be meal of its own. More details to come soon!

I just had pizza from 3015 on Madison. I would just say a little less toppings, it got a little soggy. The crust and upper part were better because it was crispy. If you could make the pizza crust a little thinner. It was good though, better than Pizza Hut but not better than homemade :)

An old standby. The pizza is reliable and it is nice they are finally down here in Madison park. The special salad is great but get it with the dressing on the side as they really dowse if otherwise. While we’ve tried many varieties we are usually back to the tried and true cheese pizza or pepperoni. The main thing is to get the pizza as hot as possible so it is best if u get a whole pie so it is fresh rather than a reheated slice. Normally we order it for take away and zoom there to get it fresh but getting it and eating there is the best way.

In most pizza reviews I write, I’m busting somebody’s balls about how the pizza is meh– and I’ve not really had a GREAT experience ever from Pagliacci, but this is my fave location. Now, here’s the deal. The pizza here is actually not bad– it’s not great, but it’s not bad, especially when it’s right outta the oven. The staff here are really friendly and courteous, and the décor inside is kinda cool. For a grab-it-by-the-slice type of pizza, you could do worse.

This is nothing close to New York pizza but the pizzas are really good! The toppings all look fresh and they are always pleasing to the eye and smell great! If you want a good west coast pizza then this is place to get something decent! The staff is friendly but it’s hit or miss with that. At least the product always seems to be consistent. The Pesto Primo is one my family likes and it is pretty good… They do not have Gluten Free so it’s not friendly to other peoples needs. I had a salad that was decent and I have to say it was HUGE! Try it out and tell me what you think… You probably won’t be disappointed.
