Food was decently priced and ok. I ordered 20 wings and a side of garlic bread. MYBIGGESTCOMPLAINT: Is it took an hour and a half to receive my order. Then when the delivery driver arrived he called my cell phone to inform me he was in the parking lot and didn’t even offer to come in to drop off my food.

Incredibly fast delivery every time we order through eat24, even when we order a large pizza. Our orders have always come out correct, the pizzas and breadsticks are satisfying, and this is one of the few places where I feel confident enough to order a little something different from the menu every time. My husband loves the calzones as well.

The need to make sure the descriptions of their menu items are correct. I ordered through GrubHub and requested the Cobb salad that was supposed to have Gorgonzola in it with blue cheese dressing. It came with no cheese and a vinaigrette. I also asked to add red onion and they didn’t do that either. Pretty disappointing.

The other night I had a guest in town. We decided to order pizza and Padrino’s was the only pizza place open. We ordered a pizza, asked for extra sauce, sundried tomatoes, zucchini, and kalamata olives. What we got was a pizza with very little sauce and no sundried tomatoes, it was so overdone, it was almost burnt and rubbery. It was a step worse than pizza hut. I am done ordering with this place! Worst pizza I ever had and that’s saying a lot. Since I ordered from eat 24, I contacted them. they only offered 10.00 to make it right. So less than half my pizza cost. This is unbelievably bad customer service.

Pizza tasted good. The people working there were cool. It’s open pretty late. A great contrast to the local dominos and pizza hut.

The pizza is good but this rating is because of a major credit card snafu. I was able to order two specials online but when the order showed up for delivery the restaurant charged an extra $ 10+ without alerting me. First, honor your online system. If not, at least CALL. It is totally unethical to charge my card differently than what I agreed to.

Very inconsistent, varying delivery times. Standard kind of crappy pizza, nothing special. Main issue: I just spoke with someone about the fact that my order was incorrect. I was hoping for an apology, and an offer to remake my incorrectly made order(which I would have refused). Instead someone really asked me if I knew was prosciutto was and then when I was pretty confident on my knowledge of what I ordered this girl just said«OK», not sorry, not how can me make it right, not we’ll send you another pizza. Never again.

We’ve only eaten at their restaurant once and that was because we were nearby. It was all right, but nothing to really write home about. Most of our time with Padrino’s, we’ve ordered. In the two years we’ve been ordering from them, the quality has gone downhill, and a lot of things have been very uneven. For example, the mozzarella sticks have been of different quality: sometimes like they’re battered, sometimes like bread crumbs; the dipping marinara that came with it has been sometimes warm, and sometimes ice cold like it came out of a refrigerator. The wings that we get have steadily become smaller, and the most recent set was almost burned. We’ve ordered pasta of various kinds, as well. One order for the tortellini special(tortellini with peas, bacon and mushrooms) instead came with peas, mushrooms and more mushrooms, and no bacon at all. The first time we ordered from Padrino’s, my wife-to-be got the spaghetti, and raved about the sauce; lately, the sauce has been bland and lifeless. Just to add insult to injury, I have called in to complain after these errors, been told to mention them if I call to order again, and they don’t remember this. One spectacular time, I ordered from them, had a screwup, was given a $ 25 credit, and then the people upstairs from me ordered from Padrinos and was given my credit, which I only found out about when I next ordered and was told it was used. This used to be a great place to order from. It’s one of the few places that delivers where I live without using something like Postmates or 2Go Services with their ridiculously large fees. But now, there’s no reason to order there: the food has gone downhill, and why else order from somewhere?

Decent pizza. Long delivery time(hour and 20). Hawaiian add tomato=$ 2 up charge for 1 microscopic tomato slice per slice. Delivery guy was nice.

the pizza was pretty good. not easy on the wallet for size. quality was about what I expected, a step above the normal chains with regards to fresh ingredients and less grease. tried the padrino special, meat lovers, garlic chicken, and bbq chicken. none of them really stood out as a must try. got free delivery but took at least an hour from time of order until delivery on a Sunday night…

This is pretty bad… nothing was as described in t he menu. I got salmon fetuccini, and it was the consistency of snot, no capers, and very few and small bit of salmon. Cake was store bought… bland

I haven’t eaten here in a while and while the food is good when you’re drunk, not so great when you’re sober and hungry. The staff is great, and I love that they don’t charge for delivery, However the food… well that’s a bit of a different department. The mozzarella sticks were soggy, and freaked me out. The chicken tasted like it came from the frozen food section. It was lacking sauce. My pasta was edible but so I won’t complain too much. The salad was great though. Pizza here is ok, I’m not mad about the strombolli. Although the staff is awesome the food doesn’t match the great staff. I think next time I’ll order somewhere else.

I really enjoy going here for their lunch specials. Large salads for cheap and their pizza is actually quite good. After all I eat pizza all the time and they are just as good as many other well known places.

Food has gone down hill since we first ordered from here months ago… The fresh pizza dough has now gone to frozen, premade, bland dough. The salads tend to be very watery, the pasta sauce too… We still order from here because there are limited choices in the hood, but if there were more choices, Padrinos would be last on our list.

This place is a tasty alternative to big chains. The salads are generous and fresh and there are lot of choices when it comes to pizza toppings. The thin crust puttanesca and the foirentina are my favorites. The delivery people are always on time or early and super pleasant. It’s everything I could want in pizza delivery.

I ordered a pizza from this location to a friend’s house about a month ago. We got the pizza, it was mediocre as usual, and I didn’t think anything of it. Until today when I checked my bank account and there was an additional charge on my card. It turns out that they store your credit card information for future purchases. This is stored by the address you order to, and not by name. So when my friend ordered pizza last night they just charged my card because it was the one on file. I tried to call and resolve the issue and spoke with the least friendly and most unhelpful employee they have who informed me, «the manager you need to talk to won’t be in today.» Umm. Can’t any manager on shift refund my card for the purchase I didn’t make? Shady. Don’t order from this restaurant and pay with a card unless you want them to store your information indefinitely.

Ordered the pepperoni bread for appetizer and chicken pesto sandwich and it was really good. I see myself coming here again and will try other things

Imagine the crappy pizza you get in the airport or if you were to order from Domino’s. That is this pizza. Cheap weird cheese(it’s not the real kind, it melts super weird and tastes fake), cheap nasty ingredients, soft«doughy» crust that makes me want to gag just thinking about it – probably a semi pre-made dough. I’m sorry, but I think Little Caesar’s is probably better, and that doesn’t say much. Gross. Never again.

This review is for my one –and so far– only experience with padrino’s pizza. I noticed the reviews are pretty low, I’m not sure if there is an inconsistency in padrino’s because I have one eating experience to judge by. We had delivery. I have no clue to how cleanly/friendly/trendy the place itself may be. The pizzas took about 30 minutes from placing our order to reaching our door. Pretty fair timing in my book. When the food arrived, it was hot and in very good shape.(Ever order a pizza and it arrived folded up and marinara sauce splattered everywhere? I have.) The pizza was typical. Crust was crisp and a bit on the thick side. It was not burnt or raw. Sauce was on the skimpy side portion wise. Tasted good, not great. I wasn’t blown away, though not disappointed, either. I’d eat it again. Thing is, I didn’t pay for it, my brother treated. I don’t know if the prices are fair for the product or not. This factor could sway my rating lower or higher based on the value/quality. The logo freaked me out… !
