We purchased a flagpole from MN. The flagpole company arranged shipping via Old Dominion Freight. The delivery was video taped (as it required a loading dock that we were unaware of when we purchased) so I did not think that we would have an issue when the pole was unwrapped and found to have suspected forklift damage. Both the flag company and the freight company will not assist with repairs. We are now having to pay to repair the pole. Very frustrating.

It’s great. Great customer service. Great company. The dock workers really take the time with the freight and make sure each customers pieces of freight receive the up most care. The drivers are always on time and are safe. Very great company!!!
