I was looking for a coffee made by people who care about the freshness and finer tastes of their coffee while in the Seattle area. I drove to the warehouse not knowing what to expect and found Matt just about to leave. He invited me in and found two coffees to fit my flavor. (Matts Breakaway medium/​bold) (Tough as Nails bold) Two of the best coffees I’ve had. Love their coffee and I’ll make online orders from here in California.

This is NOT a RETAIL location! As usual with a Unilocal sponsored business, there are the many ‘0 friends’ and very low # of review, newly registered Unilocalers giving it 5⁄5 stars with misleading ads.
This is a very industrial location, where they process orders. They do not sell retail, and despite how it comes up on a Unilocal search result, is not a café.

Really poor quality beans, The roasts tend to be overdone to hide awful bean quality. Damaged and small beans tend to be what you are going to get. I would not buy again although I think this is more of a tourist trap product as they frequent farmers markets and places people are buying gifts that will be thrown away.

I got a sample of Middle Fork coffee at the Bothell Farmers Market yesterday and I bought two bags. It’s so good! Clean, fresh and not acidic. Excellent!

My man and I made a French Press of the Middle Fork we purchased at the
event.
The man selling the good stuff told us all about the blends and directed us to the perfect low acidity blend. Amazing… and still amazing at home.
The barista trainer was so sweet, we had a nice chat and it was so appreciated to have these beans this morning. My man had them in the press when I arrived and I could smell the beans from the hallway. Mornings.

Their coffee is so good and fresh! I love the five pound bags for my espresso machine at home! I found them at the summer farmers markets in mercer island when they have free cups of coffee and delicious cold brewed iced coffee for sale!
