Northwest Sewer Repair

Called Ed and his crew after a heavy rain produced a backup in our driveway drainage and our garage had slowly taken on water. He came out a couple of hours later same day and spent several hours diagnosing the issue. Next day they came back and finished the job, professionally and quickly. Ed said that we could pay more to do have them do additional work and tie the drainage line to the sewer like it should have been done at the time of construction but he didn’t think the extra expense would be worth it after the repair they did to get things back up and running. The cost was VERY low considering what I figured what we’d be paying for a job like this and the fact that he was the one recommending we don’t pay him for more work made me feel like he’s a guy I want to recommend to others. Glad to know a firm in town (we’re in Loyal Heights) I can count on!
