Noma Owners Association

Noma is a condo building in Ballard.
I came here to visit a friend and attend a rooftop party. The roof is beautiful with feeding troughs turned into vegetable, fruit and flower gardens, a couple patio tables and a BBQ. The view of the surrounding city is nice, even with the crane. The view to the east is the nicest, with the library and the grass growing on their roof.
The lobby of the building is minimalistic with a good color scheme and is kept clean.
The hallways were clean, and I didn’t hear her neighbors through the walls nor while in the common areas.
Visitor parking in the garage is available although the parking spaces are too small for anything from a midsize car or larger.
My friend told me the elevator sticks often as we were in it, as it jerked along. Didn’t feel very safe.
