Nibbles

Carmen and Robert Breckenridge operate a food truck named Nibbles and where ever they are parked, seek them out because this food is amazing. We found them on the web as we were looking for a food truck to cater our wedding and from the very first bite of my taco I knew «this is IT!» From our initial inquiry and subsequent meetings Carmen and Robert were as personable and as professional as can be and they elevated our party to epic status. Southwestern smokey flavors are what we wanted for 200 people and they delivered our guests a completely unique and delicious combo in record time. I work in the service industry and know what kind of work goes into food prep. Carmen and Robert made it look easy. Nibbles is a diamond and I could not be more impressed. Thank you!

I was working the Kirkland Oktoberfest this weekend and ran into the Nibbles food truck; the Meatloaf Sandwich is the BEST sandwich of any kind that I can remember eating! Period.

Hanging out at the King County Metro tent with my dude Jake at the Des Moines Farmers Market and we get the munchies! Homeboy next to us has the Nibbles truck and he’s slinging food out the window as fast as he can cause he has a line up. People look happy with the food so Jake and I split the Sunnyside Hash and the Three Tacos and it’s not too long before we are good to go! Fried egg on top of the turkey hash and the tacos are Mexico City style. Worth a look when they are out!

I was so excited to see a food truck at the burien farmers markets! So I had to give them a try.
I got the Santa Fe tacos and sparkling watermelon juice. The tacos were really yummy! Loved the flavor. Who doesn’t loved fried peppers!!! The watermelon juice wasn’t that great.
Decently priced, only take cash. Food came out quickly.
If I see them again would totally try them again!!!

We went to a concert in the Des Moines Park last night and decided to eat at one of the food trucks there… WOW, WOW, WOW!!! Soooooooooooo glad we picked Nibbles!!! Can you say AMAZING!!! My husband and I both had the Smokey Meatloaf Sandwich! OMGosh!!! It was to die for!!! It came on some awesome roll that we had never had before! It also came with some fantastic potato salad that had like cilantro and corn and many things I’d never had in a potato salad! We also got the homemade lemonade!!! I YUM!!! Looked like a husband and wife team, in which we love supporting folks like that! Sure hope they are there next time because we will be craving their food until then!!!

Has food truck at Des Moines Marina Saturday Farmers Market. Gives people famous names after they order instead of using there real name when the order is done. I ordered by the menu item name exactly as stated. I ordered the Slider (smokey meatloaf) which states it comes with potatoe salad. The other one that he kept on asking if I wanted was called Only Slider which as the name suggests does not come with potato salad. I ordered what I wanted by the correct name. Sandwich was good. Potato salad was not my cup of tea. Has corn and tomato chunks in it. I have not had this style of potato salad before so it could be fantastic in the world of that style of potato salad.
