Summary: Fantastic food; incredible service! Absolutely must try! My fiancée has a sweet tooth so we always try to satisfy that with breakfast. The Jetson Bros weren’t technically open but were gracious enough to give us an address to meet them at. We ordered the red velvet, chicken and waffles, and Beer batter with jalapeños. To preface this: we LOVEFOOD. When we are on trips, we try to decide on food first and then worry about sight seeing. With that said, it was delicious! Our first bite of the red velvet was heaven, and that’s because it was the first one we got our hands on. Everything we had so good; before we were done with our first little cake we knew we had to be back. I can’t describe how delicious it was, it is something you have to try for yourself. We are from the East Coast and wish we could get their food regularly. We did return the very next day and ordered the red velvet and chicken and waffles; just as delicious as the day before. We’ve eaten at some places that have great food but crap service. These guys are phenomenal. His customers mean a lot to him and it shows through his service. They could have just said No we’re closed, they could have treated us like crap because we aren’t from the town and would probably not see us again. Instead they made us want to find them whenever we find ourselves in this city. We love their food and love their service even more. We can’t sing them praises any more than we already have. You have to try it for yourself. If you love the food, go back; if you never had it, try it; if you are unsure for any reason, don’t be and visit them!

I adore this truck. Great, friendly staff, a good selection of sweet and savory options. The look is really dialed in– from the staff uniforms, décor on the box, even the retro stools they had set out. A very classic look! I’ve been at a few events where they were set up, and have to get my chicken waffle fix each time!

Love this super adorable truck and the people who run it! The chicken and waffles packed so much more flavor than I expected, with that savory peppery breading, and almost gravy-like taste, which pairs so well with the buttery waffles and syrup. I really hope that they come out to do more events around Seattle, because I seriously need to stuff my face with more chicken and waffles. Amazing stuff.

I had My Sweet Lil Cakes cater a breakfast event at my company(about 220 people are in the office). I cannot say enough good things about them! The cakes were absolutely delicious, the customer service was top notch and the crew was really fun. Overall it was a really wonderful and successful event. I did not hear a single complaint from anyone in the office. People kept telling me how great the food was and how nice they were. We will definitely be bringing them back in the office soon! I would highly recommend them if you are looking for something different, fun and delicious!

Friendly staff but not so great food. I got the chicken and waffle for 8 dollars at the SLU street fair and it was over priced and not worth it. I wouldn’t have minded the fact that it was over priced as a lot of the food at these street fairs are over priced if but the chicken inside the waffle was really bland, tasteless and dry. I would have preferred just a plain waffle on a stick but the waffle itself was nothing special either. I thought it was a unique idea but overall really disappointed with the taste.

Just wanted to give a quick update that the owner, Jesse reached out to me regarding my experience. He was very professional and offered to credit me back but I declined because that’s not what I was looking for. I do appreciate the gesture. :)

This place is a sweet little treat! I had the red velvet with cherries and a sweet cream sauce and honestly it was a little bite of heaven in your mouth! The Arnold Palmer was the best I have had yet, I told Jesse the owner that it was Arnold Palmer on crack!!! I would recommend going here if you enjoy chicken and waffles and waffles with a different spin. Love, love, love! The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable and his staff was awesome too!

My Sweet Lil Cakes knocks it out of the park again! Today I had the cornbread cheese and jalapeño and the blueberry lemon ricotta. Both stellar! The cornbread and jalapeño had a nice kick but wasn’t too spicy. The blueberry one was so moist and just the right amount of sweet!

As my first time visiting them and making a previous connection with Jesse, I decided to try them out. Supporting local community & business is very important and reaching out to business owners I network with to show my support is how this industry thrives & survives! I tried the red velvet and it was so amazing with hidden ruby gems of cherries inside. I can’t wait to try their other cakes out. It’s also a plus they are in Terry Avenue Saturday Market in South Lake Union. More opportunities to try all of their creations!

So wonderful! This is such a great little food truck that uses high quality ingredients such as free range chicken and organic fruits and vegetables. I tried the Red Velvet Cherries with a drizzle of sweet cream cheese, the free range chicken waffle with maple butter, and the red potato salad with celery, pickles, bell peppers, and cayenne. No joke… This was the best potato salad I have EVER eaten! I went back for seconds lol. Lastly, the customer service was exceptional. If you ever get the chance to try it out-do it! You will not be disappointed!

Absolutely stellar food. Sometimes I dream about these sweet cakes. Encompassed with freshly made batter and filled to capacity with fresh ingredients like free range chicken, juicy cherries, or savory bacon and cheddar cheese, these organic waffles on a stick are sure to please your palette! I was astounded by the flavor and I was amazed at how juicy each ingredient was! I’ve tried every sweet cake, from the beer batter with hickory smoked bacon and sharp cheddar cheese, to the delicacy of the sweet organic cherries with red velvet batter. Overall I will stalk this little food cart until I find it again, follow their Instagram and make sure you buy them whenever they’re available! Take full advantage of great food carts!

These are just glorified corn dogs. Yeah they sorta look like waffles, but nope. Delicious buttermilk waffles on a stick they are NOT. The food was OK, but it was way, way overpriced. $ 9 for a specialty, $ 8 for chicken corn dog, and $ 7 for dessert corn dog. Sorry, the food wasn’t THAT amazing to justify those prices. I’d pay those prices for good food. They are just overcharging because of its novelty. I regret not getting real waffles. I don’t like corn dogs.

This truck is at the lake Union side of the Seattle boat show today and the man and his two employees that are here today are INCREDIBLY nice!!! I got to try their chicken and waffle lil cake and their beer and hickory smoked bacon with cheddar cheese and jalapeños lil cake and for dessert Red velvet buttermilk with dark cherries and sweet cream cheese! They all taste sooooo amazing!!! Everything about them is super awesome! It even has a 50’s vibe to it! These guys love what they do and you can tell! It’s a really cute truck too! You won’t be disappointed!!! Keep being awesome guys! And I’m sorry this is late but I forgot to hit send… Hehe

After one bite of their scrumtrulescent waffle and chicky on a stick you’ll swear it was made by unicorns and the tears of a Phoenix, delivered on the wings of a Pegasus. If you have a predisposition to addiction, you’ll be jonesing for this tasty little treat after one nibble like Lindsay Lohan needs a comeback.

Loved the chicken and waffles! It was so good went back and got two more! The chicken was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Loved the maple butter! Also tried the red velvet with cherries! Super yummy and sweet! The staff was so nice and let us sample both before we ordered. Love their style! Like others have said kinda pricey for the size but the flavor is so worth it! I will be on the look out for them!

The chicken/waffle thing is by far the best effort on that front in Seattle. I’m tired of getting a piece of chicken thrown on a waffle. I only regret that I didn’t try the whole menu. Their truck and presentation took the«best design» prize(in my opinion) at the International District street fair, with a well thought out«look,» and over-all design. A perfect presentation for the product served.

This place is a gem! First tried it this past weekend at the Fremont food truck fair. I got the red-velvet waffle on a stick with organic cherries inside and a sweet cream cheese that you can slather on top. I absolutely loved it! The waffle was more like red-velvet cake on a stick but it was so yummy and the organic cherries were embedded inside. So good. A stick was about $ 6, but I’d say its worth it. Not only is it a family run and owned food truck, but they are also just the sweetest people. So nice and very humble. I definitely recommend them!
