The best tasting pies I have had! They are perfectly sized and packed with flavor. The best thing is you can get multiple flavored pies and not fill up your fridge. Owners are very nice and personal when explaining how and what are put into these little pies from heaven.

I absolutely love these homemade little pies! You can tell they are handcrafted with love and care, and taste absolutely perfect. Not to mention the carful detail they put into each pie to truly make it something special. Thank you so much Alvin and Tina for the little piece of heaven you bake!

Perfect sized portions if you can manage to only eat one. You can taste the fresh fruit used to make these amazing pies. The bakers are a friendly young couple who were very courteous when I couldn’t decide which flavor a I wanted to try out. These mini pies are perfect for small parties or weddings!

I stopped by the Bellevue Farmer’s Market(by Barnes&Noble), and bought several of their pies. I just finished the last one, and they were delicious! It’s a perfect size for a personal pie. I love how the pies are not overly sweet, so that you can taste the fruit. My favorites are the blueberry lattice and the pumpkin pecan pie. After eating those two flavors, I wish that they had been bigger! I’m sad that they’ll only be at the farmer’s market once a month(next one August 8th I believe), but they do deliver on Sundays. I spoke with Alvin, Tina and Peter/Paul(?) and they were all very friendly, and genuinely nice people. It’s great how they want to use fresh and local ingredients. I hope At Pie is here to stay!

I had a chance to sample the pumpkin pecan, matcha custard and peach cobbler at a Unilocal event. All of them were simply delicious. Spoke to the owner, a husband-wife team that bake these on saturdays and deliver sunday. Would highly recommend their sampler box — you have to try all the flavors. The peach cobbler and pumpkin pecans were my personal favorites. They go $ 5 a piece and you wouldn’t want to share!

ATpies offers mini pies that are not only adorable and picture worthy, but also sinfully delicious! How did ATpies get its name? Alvin and Tina are the owners and so the first letters of their names make AT(@) and then pie of course! I had the privilege to meet them both tonight. They are the most adorable couple ever and are so, so friendly. We chatted, had some good laughs and of course, ate pie. Currently you can order their mini delicacies online! Every pie is handmade and a lot of love is put into each one. Each one is crafted to look good. I was able to sample three kinds of pie and then take home one whole pie. Matcha green tea — Green tea lovers, I would get on this. This is not bitter like matcha green tea and it’s not overly sweet either. The consistency almost reminds me of pumpkin pie but it’s obviously green tea. I’ve never even heard of green tea pie until tonight and I am definitely a believer for this dessert! Pumpkin pecan — You know that moment during Thanksgiving when you can’t decide between pumpkin pie and pecan pie? Why not both?! This is an unique and creative creation that puts the classic Thanksgiving treat into a delightful combination. It has the pumpkin spices and nutty goodness that a pumpkin pie should have along with these crunchy, sweet pecans on top. It’s like texture explosion. Peach cobbler crumble — Peach cobbler in pie form? Yes please! You can’t pass up having a delicious pie crust filled with peachy goodness and some streusel topping. It has the right amount of peach in it and the consistency is perfect! Not goopy and sloppy, but firm and easy to break off to eat! Strawberry dark chocolate — Alvin said this was his favorite, and this is definitely my favorite too. I took a whole mini pie home and it was gone within minutes. It has a gorgeous, smooth strawberry filling and then little pieces of dark chocolate just sneak up on you. Chocolate dipped strawberries are delicious, but chocolate strawberry pie is even better! The crust on these pies are not your typical crisp crusts. They are soft, flaky, and you can just taste the buttery goodness. I adore how the crust isn’t too think or thin, great portion size! All in all, these mini pies will win you over!

These miniature gourmet pies are absolutely delectable. Each and every pie has such wonderful flavors and a beautiful presence. I have sampled most every flavor they make and I can say they are all down right delicious. Some of the variety include apple, peach, cranberry, pumpkin, and green tea matcha. These pies would make a great gift or to have as a food item at a classy event such as a wedding. The care and attention to detail that the bakers use really shines through in the end product, right down to the littlest detail. Each type of pie has it’s own intricate presentation and they owners are full of ideas when it comes to presentation options to really enhance value.
