Great customer service and an extensive selection of parts.
They helped me find exactly what I needed to fix an old florescent light and told me how to do it. Exactly what you don’t get from places like Lowes and Home Depot.

I came to the store to find a fuse that was very rare, and I must say I was not disappointed. They have an extensive selection of fuses, but even when they could not find my specific fuse locally, Ed helped by searching other vendors that might carry the fuse. He was able to find a vendor in NY that carried the fuse I needed. A while later, I got the fuse and for a very good price too.
All in all, big selection and even better customer service.
