Mike’s Community Cup

It’s been a couple years since then and I have tried a variety of things in their menu. First off, I love their fresh breakfast sandwiches — the turkey patty with egg and cheese is the best, in my personal opinion. They always have seasonal flavor combinations for drinks and coffee. Mike is fantastic and always make blended drinks perfectly, and since he first introduced me to «The Chunky Monkey», I order it almost every time (coffee, fresh banana, peanut butter, blended in ice).
The service here is friendly. The café inside is clean and relaxing. And there’s WiFi! It’s even better knowing that he and his family are so conscious about giving back to the community as well. I hope they have continued success and great business.

We are in Seattle for the first time and were lugging our bags from our motel when I looked up a place for us to stop and eat. Mike’s is quaint and quiet. The girls behind the counter were lovely and helped us right away. We each got sandwiches which were delicious and j got the chai which is one of the best I’ve ever had! Definitely recommend Mike’s if you’re looking for a nice quiet spot in town!

Best coffee, Best Baristas, Best Prices. Will go over any other stand around. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Mike knows my order and everyone is ready to greet you with a smile and friendly conversation. They have a great selection of non dairy milk options, full tilt ice cream in the summer and yummy bagel breakfast sandwiches. They have dog treats for small and big dogs. Our Great Dane sometimes even gets 2 when we opt for the drive thru. They have punch cards for regular customers for a free drink after 10 purchases. Inside there are comfy chairs and free wifi. Mike is big on giving back to the community and supporting local schools. I hope this place sticks around for years to come!

I have loved this place since it opened. The coffee, the food and the service are all top notch. I work nights now or i would stop by more often.

The best coffee shop in SeaTac! I love the variety of offerings, from coffee and espresso drinks to pastries, breakfast sandwiches, and lunch sandwiches. Indoor seating is very comfortable and wifi runs smoothly. The owner is planning to sell the place and move in the next year, so come here before it’s gone!

This is what a great coffee shop can be if you are looking for a minimalism approach.

Clean café and decent coffee. This rating is purely on the customer service. Have spent money here numerous times but one day I decide to bring in my own snacks a hard boiled egg and nuts along with 4 others purchasing coffee and goods and was told the owner would not be ok with me bringing in my own snacks. I wasn’t bringing food in from another restaurant just trying to be a little healthier this day, thought it was an unkind request. Hubby and I were really disappointed and prob won’t be back. Customer service makes it or breaks it for me

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! This place is absolutely fantastic, I cannot say enough about Mike and his awesomeness! If you’re looking for a great coffee shop with a purpose, then you’ve come to the right place… their coffee and breakfast sandwiches are wonderful as well as their cold drinks for the upcoming summer! He works with kids in this community which speaks volumes to his integrity. I’d give this place ten stars if I could!!!

Super cute quaint coffee shop with delish breakfast sandwiches. Very price efficient and the couple working are super sweet. Highly recommend for a quick bite to eat. It also has a drive through!

I worked out of this cute coffee shop for a few hours while I waited to pickup a friend from the airport. Great free wifi, super sweet staff, Umbria coffee beans, lots of light, and both table and sofa seating options. From now on I will skip the cell phone waiting lot and spend my time waiting here for airport pickups (hint: it is 6 minutes door to door!). Thank you!!!

The name of this coffeeshop really speaks volumes. Mike makes wonderful contributions to our community, particularly our schools and it’s been a pleasure always coming in and seeing friendly faces every time. I like supporting local businesses but it’s even better when your local business is as good as this place is! In terms of the selection, their almond croissant is my go to pastry. Coffee wise I can’t even say because everything is absolutely amazing. I believe they use Umbria coffee and the espresso is always smooth and never burnt, like many coffee shops I’ve tried. I also really like their Italian sodas!

Great place for out of towner looking for local cup of Joe with local flavor. Awesome coffee, and great food. Very nice baristas that were very welcoming, and free Wi-​Fi.

Great coffee drinks, good sandwiches but a little pricy. Nice service, close to the airport so when you are starving go there for the caffeine fix! Yum!

A regular place for me to stop by and get some work done on the laptop while enjoy a cup of coffee. Mike and his team are always smiling which makes ordering coffee or a sandwich (which are delicious!) that much more enjoyable.
My only con is the music is a little too loud sometimes but the couple times I asked for it to be turned down if no one else was inside they were more than happy to do so.
Oh yea, they got a drive through as well!

Such a lovely place!
The coffee served it is much better than the chain coffee shops and better than most other cafes. It’s smooth and effective.
I also got a bradley sandwich with sausage, egg, and swiss cheese. I likedit, but next time I’ll ask for butter on it. The rest of the small menu looks great, too.
I just like this place. Meet your friends here, take a date, or bring avook, it’s a little space that feels very welcoming.
I’ll be back.

I love the hemp milk lattes and that they have pints of Full Tilt ice cream for sale. I also think it’s great that Mike donates a portion of profits to community youth programs.

I conveniently live around the corner so I love going here. The coffee is great! My favorite drink is the caramel macchiato and this place makes it the best. The blended white mochas are also the best in the summer time – or when you are craving a blended drink. The staff here are very friendly – especially Mike! You will see him often as he is very passionate about what he does. I even did I presentation on this coffee shop because I just love it so much.
What I love most about this place is right in the name – community. Mike donates some of his profits (I think 10 cents a cup) to the local community. So awesome. He has even donated to the elementary school my little sister attended. If anyone knows about the Sea-​Tac or Tukwila community, you will know how much love it needs. I’ve lived in Tukwila and Sea-​Tac all my life and nothing brings me more hope in this community then people trying to make a difference.
