This location is usually my default for carry out pizza whenever have to cater a quick lunch for my staff and have had no problems up until my last last staff meeting. I placed the orders online for future pick up for two separate times on 1÷20÷16. The pizzas were ready at the stated time however my problem lies with the staff and shady practice of taking advantage of customers by self tipping. Today I go to complete my expense report and look at the credit card charges and they do not match the online receipt. Each order was four dollars more than the receipt I had from the time I placed the order online; a funny coincidence. I talked to my staff members that picked up the pizzas and confirmed that they did not add any additional gratuity when they picked it up. I have been two weeks since we placed the order so it’s too late for me to go back to the store and complain about it. I’d like to use this experience more as a Public Service Announcement to others to be cognizant of your transactions and always line though the tip line if you are not leaving one to prevent this. As mentioned in the beginning of this review, we have used this location many times(at once a month) in the past however after this incident we will no longer be using this location to cater our staff meetings. I hope that the owner/franchisee will read this and take appropriate action with the staff. $ 8 is a trivial cost to pay in comparison to the value lost from the missing business. You don’t need a master is business to understand that; its Business 101.

I typically carry out pizza from this Domino’s a couple times a month. The pizzas are usually ready on time and the checkout line is reasonably fast, even when staff is fielding phone-in orders. Even though I order the same pizza regularly, the general weight and appearance varies from loaded with extras to skimpy coverings, especially out to the sides. All in all, this pizza is good and location is convenient for the price(when using online coupons.) If I were to pay full price, or when there are no coupons available for my favorite pizza, I choose another alternative.

This place blows. The employees get treated like shit. The owner hires these ass kissing power-tripping kids that know nothing to run shit. No wonder they have high turnover and are practically begging people to work there. Avoid this place like the plague.

I have been using this Domino’s for 6 years. Occasional mistakes here and there, but no big deal. nothing to make me stop using them. A few weeks ago, I had ordered the feta and spinach cheesy bread and it was not edible, I had to throw it out. So they put down for me to get free one. I called today to redeem that and ordered a couple of things, but because the bread was free, it didn’t meet the minimum… well I’m not going to order food that I don’t want or need, and the free item should still count… well, rather than explain to me the guy on the phone became EXTREMELY rude. I was talking, and the entire time he kept going«Ma’am, Ma’am, Ma;am» Over me the entire time. Well I’m not going put up with that, so I asked for the manager and the guy got all rude again«Yea whatever, sure, have a good one» I have never been treated so rudely by a company that I give PLENTY of business to. The manager did send me my order. But this will be my last Domino’s order, at least from this store. Pizza hut thanks you.

I am a regular customer at this location and I have to say that I absolutely love this place! Pizza and Parmesan bites always tastes fresh. I usually order online for convenience. The delivery person is always very friendly and courteous.

My husband has been a patron at Domino’s in SeaTac for many years(even has the phone number memorized) — me, I had never really been a fan. Until they made changes a few years ago and I actually found myself liking them. We found ordering online was not only convenient, but fast. We had never had a problem with delivery timing — maybe because we only live a few blocks away. However, the last few times we have ordered from them, we noticed they were very skimpy on the toppings, and the crust(Brooklyn-style) has been undercooked and very limp. I always ask for light on the sauce, and end up having to scrape it off because they have put way too much on it. I also noticed, the last two times we ordered(the same thing — extravaganza) it was missing the sausage and beef. And of course very light on the other toppings. As well as very greasy. I contacted Dominos customer service, letting them know about my experiences. And, although I was contacted from Domino’s, they said the SeaTac location is locally owned and they would have the owner contact me regarding my concerns. I have never heard back. I would be willing to give them a second chance if they made things right and improved their quality, but at this point, I won’t hold my breath.

Not only they have bad service but the price charged was not what I saw on their menu

I’ve never, ever had a problem with this location. My office is in a notoriously difficult spot, and never, not once, has a driver gotten lost. My food always arrives on time and warm. It’s a well run store. It’s not five stars, because, it’s still Domino’s, you know?

Worst Dominos ever. My hotel claimed this location would deliver. and it took over an hour for them to deliver a pizza that was stuck to the box, not edible at all. No joke. GPS said they were 8 minutes away from my location. that’s not far is it? I called back, the guy was very very nice to give a refund to me back for the awful pizza. I’d give another star but, nah. I mean, don’t ask for delivery whatever you do.

I ordered via my phone which has vastly improved. Everything was ready in 20 minutes! Special pizzas(2 or more for $ 5.99) seem to lack toppings.

Ordered the mango habanero wings and artisan spinach feta pizza and a soda. Got my order in less than 20 minutes. Food was nice and hot and tasted great. Will order from them again.

Use domino’s quite alot locally at home, tried to order delivery from this location to a hotel close by and the staff couldnt even figure out how to take my order. Staff had no idea what their main promo was– after 10 mins of trying to explain what I wanted(a very simple 2 item order thats currently the first thing that pops up when you go online) they just couldn’t get it. I finally gave up. Bruuuuutal service.

Since hotel foods were expensive, we ended up ordering from here. By far the best dominoes pizza I’ve had ever. Maybe it was just that night but it was an amazing veggie pizza. Fast and didn’t take two hours. Can e a little pricey however considering location. Near airport and what not.

The delivery pizza I received was AWESOME. Just as we asked! Maybe this is an Oregonian thing, but I stopped eating at Dominos some years back(before the big revamp and ads) as Dominos was always terrible. But the pizza was really really really good: like as good as the none chains/gourmet/expensive delivery in this area!(Step it up guys!) But why 3 stars you ask? They charge for EVERYTHING online! The company is nickel and diming people for parm cheese, ANY dip sauce at all with your bread sticks is .70 cents. Also, our cheesy breadsticks where pretty good, but a little dark on top from the oven. Not burnt, but cutting it close. Dominos: you won a whole crowd of fans back by revamping your pizza and keeping prices low. Don’t betray us twice!

Domino’s has changed. They charge for EVERYTHING now. $ 1 for parm and hot peppers? What’s worse — nobody in the restaurant could take cash! Nobody in the restaurant had a ’till’ ??? My pizza was still good — but the staff manning the front counter need some training on customer service.

Love that pan pizza & cheese bread. but illl be honest and say that the rest of the menu taste like it was fRozen for 6 months before it was served. And the service? Dont even get me started. Every time I go in there are new people working & half of them seem like they’re still training. Ill walk in the door &3 different people call out the scripted«welcome to dominoes» but yet it takes 5 minutes for anyone to come to the counter. I would like if they were a bit more consistent both in their food as well as service.

Being a loyal customer of Dominos Pizza since I was a kid, it was most disheartening for me to have to make the decision to no longer give them my business. If I ever move out of this particular spot’s delivery range, maybe I’ll change my mind and give them another shot… but basically my experience is as follows… The last 3 times my pizza has been late. and I’m not talking just by 10 – 15 minutes, I’m talking nearly 2 hours. The first time, I ordered a pizza and it came an hour and a half late and the delivery driver told me it was because I ordered it during a football game. So what? I had to wait until the game was done before I got my pizza? That’s absolutely ridiculous. He made no attempt to make good on the fact that it was late, the store made no attempt to make good on it and I was thoroughly upset. It’s one thing to say ‘oh be patient, it’ll get there’ but when it arrives and it’s cold because it took so long to get to you and you only live 5 blocks away? No freaking way man. The second time, my wife asked me to order pizza… I ordered again and it showed up an hour and a half late… we were ordering pizza to have while we watched a movie at home and by the time the pizza arrived, the movie was over. The final time, the pizza showed up 2 hours late and we were sick of waiting so my wife went to bed. I called the place and they told me it was set to carry out. Now why in the world would I order a pizza for carryout and still pay a delivery driver fee? I demanded my money back, which they provided to me, and they made a new pizza and sent it over for free… but at this point it was too late. My decision was already made. If this dominos location can get their act together and maybe make good on the bad experiences I’ve had with them, MAYBE I’ll consider being a customer again. But until then, I’m gonna use pizza hut, which I freaking hate… but at least they don’t take 2 hours to deliver a pizza that takes 10 minutes to bake and 5 minutes to drive over.

Ordered pizza to the airport(got there super early because of car rental). I specifically asked for plates, napkins, extra forks, and Parmesan. It only came with one fork for the pasta even after they told me they would bring it all. I ordered online and followed up with a phone call. Booooooo!

Most of the time we get great pizza here, just this last visit was not so great, the hawaiian pizza we ordered had a weird stiff textured crust and it was kind of cold, and the other pepperoni/mush pizza was fresh and hot, and I ordered them the same time. But the people that work there are generally friendly, although this last time I called in to order the lady wasn’t very friendly or energetic, her tone of voice drained me and thats probably why I didnt enjoy the pizza as much. But overall, we like this place a lot for its price and freshness.
