I’ve had a Good ‘ol Glazed and a Cocoloco. Wish I could try them alllll.

Really wanted to like this place, because I don’t think Top Pot is that amazing and I love donuts. My first experience was a chocolate donut my wife bought for me after work. I think it was just their plain chocolate cake — the texture was enjoyable but the donut itself was super bland. Hardly any chocolate taste(or taste at all). We stopped by today in the afternoon to give them another try. My wife had the«nutty French toast» and I had a cinnamon sugar donut. My donut was fine. It’s hard to go wrong when coated with sugar. The texture was good, again, but something seemed a little unusual about the taste of the donut itself. Not bad, just… unusual. I wonder if this is the vegan bit that the other reviews are talking about? My wife’s French toast was colossally disappointing. I love French toast and was expecting cinnamon and maple flavors, maybe some nutmeg, who knows? Instead the only discernable taste was ginger in the glaze. The website claims it’s a maple glaze, but it seriously just tasted like raw ginger, which is not a flavor I expect in French toast. the cake itself(«spiced cake», on the website) was bland and didn’t taste like much to me at all. We did not finish that one because of the glaze. I took a few more bites of just the cake before giving up. Staff was friendly, at least!

Been here twice. First time at 6:15 am and it wasn’t close to open when they advertise a 6 a.m. opening. Second time on a Saturday at 10:30 and they were out of doughnuts(literally 7 doughnuts). I frequent the Greenlake location often and they ‘have their shit together’. Hope this changes on the Hill.

Vegan and organic doughnuts??? Yes! I bought a dozen doughnuts at only $ 22. I had the cinnamon sugar one and it was delicious. It was super cakey and well sugared. It was probably the lamest of the 12 doughnuts but I wanted to leave the rest for my clients. I was deciding between top pot doughnuts and mighty o, and I’ve been to top pot multiple times so I figured I give mighty I a try. Top pot has humongous doughnuts and they’re pretty good, but Mighty O doughnuts are a perfect circle size and tastes just s amazing without making u feel like a bag of garbage afterwards. Usually doughnuts like top pot gives me a severe case of heartburn and stomach bubbles, but mighty o doughnuts didn’t do that to me. I think this is my new favorite doughnut place. Sorry, Top Pot!

I am a huge donut fan, and Mighty-O was mighty yummy. My friend has been on a sort of Vegan craze lately and recommended this donut shop while I was visiting in Seattle. We went in early on a Sunday morning and had no problem finding parking. There was a good variety of flavors and they even had mini donuts available too. I felt bad for the employee though, because he had to list each flavor for us. It would be great if they could have a list or tags posted for the customers. The ambience of the shop was cool too, with lots of seating, high ceilings, and a huge communal table. The most memorable flavors were the lemon poppy and grasshopper(chocolate mint) flavors.

I love these donuts. But online mighty o says they open at 6am. When you get to their location there is a sign up that says they don’t open til 7am for November — FYI you should advertise that. People look online for hours of places, I’ve now since been here since 640am. It is now 7:10am. I knocked on the door, saw a girl inside who noticed I knocked, and went back to doing whatever she is doing. When I first arrived here I was the only one here, there are now 3 of us and I’ve knocked a second time only to get no response. So much for doing something nice and getting donuts for the office. Thanks mighty o. And thank you female employee that instead of letting customers wait inside while you continue to get ready, you ignore us and let us wait outside in the freezing cold.

Yum. Solid good donuts. Haven’t had a flavor that I didn’t like. Also they use sustainable palm oil.

Ever since rediscovering my love for donuts, I’ve been on a quest to find the best vegan donuts, as allergies, diets and the like had wrenched me from my pastry of choice in the years before the vegan /organic foods boom. I thought I had found perfection in LA, but traveling to the Pacific Northwest, specifically Seattle, made me realize that everything I knew was wrong. Mighty-O, you take the cake; these donuts are mighty fine! Mighty-O offers a wide selection of donuts that will please the pickiest of people. That being said, don’t expect crazy flavors featuring fruit loops and bacon. Donuts are either cake(chocolate or vanilla) or raised. I stuck to the cake donuts, and thought the cake as heavy or dry as some vegan desserts I’ve encountered. While it wasn’t the moistest vegan cake donut I’ve had, the texture and flavor were good enough to fool my non-vegan/allergy-free friend. Of the donuts I ordered, I particularly liked the seasonal pumpkin, glazed chocolate, and the cuckoo for coconut. Though the donuts were on the smaller size, they were priced lower than other gourmet vegan donuts: $ 1.75 for classic and $ 2.50 for decadent/supreme. Cool fact: I even saw Mighty-O donuts being sold at PCC, so that must mean they’ve gotten the trendy, organic, up-market seal of approval. Although I had originally planned on visiting the main branch, this recently opened branch — clean, modern, open — was situated closer to where I was staying. The workers here were immensely friendly and patient. While this location didn’t have the placards printed for their flavors yet, the workers kindly walked me through all the available flavors and answered all my questions. Hours are currently limited through the month of November, but will probably expand in the coming weeks. Street parking is available on any of the adjacent streets. Cash/credit are accepted. My only regret in leaving Seattle was not having the chance to grab a box for the plane ride home! The next time I make the trek north, I’ll definitely stop by again!

Got the lemon poppy, french toast and pumpkin spice — all delicious. Caffè vita coffee to pair was perfect. Courteous servers and great neighborhood spot!
