I wanted my habanero ranch sauce, which apparently this is the one McDonald’s that doesn’t have it anymore. So I changed my order to a Mcwrap and they said it was unavailable! Frustrating. I left and went to Taco Bell, where they did have what I wanted.

Recently I went to McDonald’s and ordered a meal and my drink tasted moldy. I called into McDonald’s and spoke with the manager I do not recall his name and he said that I would be accommodated with the free meal for my inconvenience. The manager got my information my name and phone number and stated that I can come back at a later date to redeem a free meal. Today I went to redeem my free meal and I gave the manager there my information and he stated that he did not have my name for a free meal. I told him it was the evening manager and he stated that he is the ONLY evening manager. I asked him what his name was and he told me his name was Kyle and I said then it must’ve been you. He stated that it was not him and I needed to produce a receipt of which I did not have. I went in to speak to Kyle a make my purchase and I asked him again are you the only manager in the evening? Kyle stated that he was the evening manager MOST of the time. Initially he stated he was the only manager in the evening which made it difficult for me to prove that I spoke with another manager besides him. I’m terribly disappointed in the service at this McDonald’s specifically with Kyle who was not customer service friendly and who made me to believe that he was the only manager and evening so I had to be lying. I ordered and paid for my food which I will keep this receipt but I am terribly disappointed and I doubt if I will ever come back to this McDonald’s again! However, I will go back for my free meal and speak to the manager who was very nice and was apologetic for my inconvenience!

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. A sign on the door said cash only. The hamburger buns were stale. And the ice cream machine is broken.

DON’T GIVETHISMCDONALDSTHEPLEASUREOFYOURBUSINESSEVER! I have never been so compelled to write this negative yet honest review. This McDonalds is always dirty, under staffed, lack of customer service, and rarely the ability to give you your correct order. I attempted to get a hamburger in a pinch. The drive-thru was stacked with cars and the drive-thru could only handle one car at a time from order to delivery of the food. In the meantime everyone else is waiting at least 10 minutes per car to give their order. I finally gave up and backed out as the cars behind me did too. As I drove thru the parking lot I noticed cars parked on the other side of the bulldog as they were asked to pull forward and continue to wait for their food. There seems to always be something wrong at this McDonalds don’t waste your time. You will regret it.

I’m obviously really invested in this. I can’t believe I gave this place another chance(3 other chances) but I did and they have really stepped their game up. 2 out of 3 orders were correct and the service was fast and friendly. I just went to the drive thru at 1am and the fries were hot and fresh.

Dude, it’s a McDonalds in Westwood across from the transit hub. What exactly are you expecting? A Michelin star experience? If you want a higher end burger go to Burger Boss on Delridge or Zippy’s on 15th. If you need 800 calories and enough salt to sterilize a farm for $ 6 and you’re in a bad hurry, go to McDonalds. When we’re pinched bad for time it’s our default quick meal at this location. They’ve never once screwed up the food, it’s fast, it’s not overtly dirty, the staff deals with our odd extra request with no static, and it tastes like every other McDonalds ever. That’s the entire spectrum of qualifying a McDonalds. One star per factor. Because it’s MCDONALDS, guys.

Why the 3 stars? Why not? It is McD’s after all. Going to this McDonald’s is exactly what I would expect from such an establishment. I mean, expectations people! Sometimes there is fast service, sometimes there is slow service, which has always been my experience at a McD’s. This is my go-to place for when I must have hot, salty, greasy McD’s fries. Yum! You can’t keep me away, their golden, crispy allure will call to me with their siren song and have me back before you know it! Not the best McD, not the worst McD, middle of the road.

One of the worst McDonalds around. I live nearby and visit occasionally due to proximity but I KNOW this is the worst location to visit. They consistently get orders incorrect. Their service is slow and unfriendly, and I will never order any of their coffee options because they are always burnt and disgusting. Our most recent visit left us highly disappointed as the cashier in the drive thru was unable to ring a Big Mac without a meat patty. Honestly, they could have charged us the regular price and just told the cook to leave off the meat(as most fast food restaurants do) but instead she complicated the whole ordeal. I really appreciate the gesture but as the cars started to line up behind us I was just wishing we could get to the rest of our order. Then, to top the whole situation off, the attendant handing out the food accused us of not ordering fries, and refused to complete our order, when fries clearly came with the«feast mode» meal we ordered. He was very untrusting and it was highly embarrassing and frustrating that they couldn’t get our order correct, and we had to «fight» for our fries(which ended up being over cooked anyway) Fortunatly, I try to visit this location as infrequently as possible, I would just like others to know they should do so as well.

It’s McD’s so you know what to expect. In regards to service, they were fast and friendly although a bit forgetful. Sometimes when one has worked 16 hours in a day and has no food in her house, she resorts to fast food. Unfortunately, it’s like eating a slab of salt.

The term«fast food» and«service with a smile» need to be permanently abolished from this place of business. We pulled into the parking lot at midnight and were headed to the drive through when the car in front of us parked there, utterly blocking the drive through. The driver then got out and walked into the building. When we went in we discovered the man driving was The Manager! His explanation… «I don’t know how to do the drive through». How did he make it up to us? By taking 40 minutes to fill our order with COLDFOOD!!! Do NOT eat here!

The staff here is always miserable no matter how pleasant I try to be. Cold food, homeless people sleeping in restaurant and restroom.

Went there around 5:30am… The only customer in the drive-thru at the time. Seemed like only two people were working. I was given the wrong drink, and no straw to boot. So I had to pull in around front and go in to correct both those issues. Then when I unwrap BOTH my breakfast burritos on the way down the road, I find the absolute *worst* burritos I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s, and admittedly, I’ve been to a lot of them. So thin and void of substantive material, I could pinch them slightly and feel my finger on the other side. Almost nothing inside either one except soft runny egg, and little to no sausage. So flat they looked like they’d been stepped on after they were wrapped up. I won’t be coming back here.

It’s 12:25am and I sit writing this with no dinner. I pulled into the drive-thru after a LONG day of work just after 12am hoping to get a quick dinner before bed. I’m told by the 18 year old on the microphone that they are cash only – it will be 10 minutes before they can take cards again – «Will that work for you?» he says. «No, it doesn’t work. So… do I sit here for 10 minutes?» I replied. «I’d prefer you didn’t» is the response that came throught the speaker. «I can’t back up… there’s someone behind me» I say. «There’s nobody waiting. You should be able to drive through» he replies. I pull up to sit behind a Suburban for over 4 minutes(I timed it) before I can get out of the line… with no food! While it’s the closest McDonald’s to me, I won’t be giving them my business again. I’d rather go to bed hungry, which apparently I am tonight.

This has to be the WORST McDonald’s in Seattle — It’s in my neighborhood and I’ve gone there too many times in the last four years. I’ve had a large number of wrong orders, lost orders, super slow orders and orders I’ve been overcharged for, and too many employees who are«sorry» about it even though they do nothing to fix the problem. Tonight is my last visit there. I ordered two McFlurry’s. The young guy puts the stuff in the cup, then starts to stir it with a spoon as he tells me they don’t have a manager and nobody ordered the spoons for the machine. He hands them to me, ice cream and toppings running all over the lids and cups. I say«Dude, are you really gonna serve those to me with crap all over them?» He looks at me and says«Well, I guess I could wipe them off.» Really? I say«Maybe you should tell people you can’t make a McFlurry when they order them.» His response«Sorry.» I’m really more annoyed with the kid’s supervisor who obviously never said«Stop selling McFlurry’s.» I can’t expect good service/quality at McDonald’s, but I should be able to expect consistency with the food. Whatever, it’s McDonald’s, right? But that’s the beauty of it — there are two more within a mile or so of this one, so I don’t have to spend my money any longer at this one. Wish I’d wised up about 3.5 years ago.

They took almost 20 min for my meal and my nuggets were cold. The staff was rude and ignored me when I tried asking them for my cup. The restaurant was dirty and not presentable at all. If I was a blunt person I would have told them straight up. Never going inside the restaurant again only going through drive thru. I know this is only a fast food restaurant but this one is just… Ridiculous.

Just when I thought I would never eat at a McDonald’s again they go and put up these billboards all around town with gigantic bright pictures of healthy healthy oatmeal, looking verrrry tasty. So I’m running late for work and super hungry and I decide to give ‘em another try. And everything was just like the shiny billboards and actually pretty tasty – the fresh apple pieces, the dried fruit, the maple syrup. Everything, that is, except the OATMEAL which was icky icky instant. I can boil my own water and dump it on a packet of processed oat crumbs thank you very much. I will never be fooled by these corporate tricksters again!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. This place is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! I didnt even finish my order and they had my food ready. The fries were dry and cold. The burger tasted like it sat there for a while. AVOIDATALLCOSTS! Wish I would’ve read some reviews before I ate here.

It’s McD’s. What is there to say? I don’t eat at them often, but sometimes my kid just wants a Happy Meal and I’m too tired from a long day, and I give in. So kill me. This location is definitely not the best of the three here in West Seattle. Just so you’re aware of that fact going in. But they are the closest to my house, so they win on convenience. Other than that… The quick and the short of it: they have consistently screwed up my orders, so be sure to check your bag BEFORE you leave the drive through line. Service is friendly enough. They’re also very quick on getting the food into your hands. The food is(usually) hot when you get it. That’s all there is folks.

I know– I’m the Duchess of both 24 Hour Fitness and McDonald’s. It doesn’t make sense. In my defense, the dollar iced tea is really good and four little nuggets on occasion won’t hurt my daughter; neither will the apple dippers. The iced coffee is convenient and decent. Besides, I can get it through the drive-thru– which means a lot to a mom with a toddler. The service is always quick and always friendly. You do have to check your bags for accuracy, which you should be doing anyways. All in all, as far as fast food goes, this place is pretty okay.
