After years and years of thinking about it, I finally took the plunge to sell my Issaquah townhome and used Lucas as my agent. Overall the sale was even easier than I expected. He walked me through the feasibility of selling my home for the price I needed, the steps necessary to list and — the kicker for me — sunk his heart into preparing the home for a successful open house. Using his photographer, he helped ensure every beautiful element of my home was captured, he created beautiful flyers and put some really personalized finishing touches on our open house experience. It paid off — we had several offers that first weekend. I’m now happily moved into my new home in the city I’d longed been dreaming to relocate to. Thanks Lucas for the incredible service!
