You don’t always want to work with a perfectionist in everything. They often take longer and I find myself asking if it really matters. In dentistry it does! You can count on Dr. Larry Adatto and his team to get it right. It doesn’t even really take much longer as he is so good at what he does. The other thing that I like is he is willing to invest in learning about new techniques and materials as well as the latest technology. They can produce crowns on site while you wait rather than putting in a temporary and having you come back two weeks later.

I never do reviews, always intend to, but I never get around to it. But this time, I just have to! Had a 2.5 hour procedure to replace an old broken bridge just today. This procedure requires a painful shot to the roof of the mouth — I have had them before and these are so painful for me. But Dr. Adatto has a special technique and it worked!!! That was the intro to my experience. And the rest was just as great. He is attentive, gentle, truly interested in how you are doing, and does amazing work. And his assistants are clearly top notch.
I have one appointment to go, and I am certain I will end up with a high-​quality bridge and a new dentist for life!!!

I’ve had two dentists in 38+ years. My first was a relative who I went to from childhood through high school. After I returned from college I needed a new dentist closer to my new residence and 15 years later I’m still going to Dr. Adatto.
Overall my dental health is good with only a few cavities so the majority of my visits are for regular cleanings. Every few years I go in for a new cavity fill or to repair old work from my previous dentist. The office staff, hygienists, and Dr. Adatto are all very nice and make it a point to remember important personal facts from previous visits. This little detail goes a long way in making you feel a little more at home during your visit.
This week I’ll be going in for my first crown, a process that is completed in house over a few hours instead of the normal two visit process. Before deciding to get a crown Dr. Adatto was happy to discuss the pros and cons and probable maintenance period of each option whether refilling the cavity or installing a crown. Before I left they looked up my insurance coverage and handed me an estimate of what the crown would cost, how much insurance covered, and what I could expect to pay out of pocket.
The office is up to date with the latest tools, training, and procedures making it feel like Dr. Adatto and staff are always seeking out the latest technology and techniques as dentistry materials and processes improve with time. My wife and I both love Dr. Adatto’s practice and will be taking our daughter when it’s time for her first cleaning!

Dr. Adatto’s practice is terrific from the front desk staff to the dental assistants and hygienists to Dr. Adatto himself. What a cheerful place and everyone seems happy to go the extra mile to take care of you — from insurance, to making sure you can plug your ipod in to listen to some tunes while getting a cavity filled, to answering any question you might have. X-​rays and documentation of everything that’s going on are given and everything is really transparent. I wish that Dr. Adatto had been my childhood and early adulthood dentist so I didn’t have to have as many cavities filled as I now do. Yet, I’m glad to have found him at this point. I should add that my sister works in this field and also gives them a thumbs up from afar (she’s in a different state). I still have half a mouth of cavities to fill, so I suppose something crazy could happen, but my experience so far has been so good as to warrant the 5 stars for now. :)

Dr. Adatto has been my dentist ever since I first got teeth. I can never relate to people who are afraid of their dentist because he has ALWAYS made me feel so comfortable.
When I was about 6 years old, I was racing my sister from the YMCA to the car and tripped, skinning my chin and chipping my canine tooth. It was after-​hours but, when my mom called, he immediately met us at the office to make sure my teeth were okay. Years later, that permanently blood stained canine was the last baby tooth to fall out.
Dr. Adatto also helped my mom get back to having white teeth after they were stained by acne medication in her teens.

Dr. Adatto is super competent and just plain adorable! I recommend him to everyone who will listen, including my own husband, who puts up with me calling him «Dr. Cutie» (I mean that in the most respectful way possible!) I had to have my first cavity filled by his assistant and it went off without a hitch. He is serious about prevention and is genuine about getting to know his patients. The staff is equally professional and friendly. When I first came to Seattle I was only 24 and hadn’t lived for long outside my home state, and so my healthcare providers were always tried and true recommendations from my family. Navigating the system myself was a bit daunting, but fortunately I found good reviews for Dr Adatto and went with him, and I’m pretty darn smug about it! Finding great providers, like Dr. Adatto and his staff, makes Seattle feel more like home.

When i used to work for him in 2001, he put the patients before anything else. He personally handcrafts the shade of his crowns, this is an artistic brilliance that he has. His staff were great and very caring. He’s the most ethical dentist that I have ever had the pleasure of working for.

I went to this dentist years ago and I wish I’d thought to review him on Unilocal back then! I still have pain in the teeth that he supposedly fixed «hairline cracks» on. First off, I’ve never had a hairline crack in my life till I went to his office, then, low and behold, I had two. Prior to this, I had not had a cavity in over ten years. I had to go back after a month because I still couldn’t chew without pain. He filed the fillings down some more and it helped, but it still hurts a little to this day (about ten years now?). The thing that really irked me was that he told my dad that he needed two crowns replaced. (Please note the magic number two.) My dad was doubtful and went to another dentist who told him that no, he didn’t need to have his crowns replaced at all. So, that just pissed me off!!! I knew then that my «hairline cracks» were a bunch of bullsh*t. I wish there was a way to sue this guy, but I don’t have the energy or the money and it probably wouldn’t win in court. I feel so ripped off, cheated, and physically hurt by this guy. Now I’m totally paranoid of dentists, realizing how down and dirty they can be.

Dr. Adatto has been our family dentist for 7 years. I think he is an excellent dentist. He is really good with me because I am terrified of going to the dentist. Dr. Adatto’s staff is wonderful also. The hygienists are so gentle and professional. The office people are always willing to find out how much the insurance company will pay before I have the work done. I had so much work done, and everything has been almost pain free and looks so nice.

Dr. Adatto has been my dentist for a few years now. I struggled with finding a dentist I liked in Seattle. I have finally found one! The staff are all very friendly and the dentist takes the time to talk to you about how you and your teeth are doing.
