I have been going here since 2009 and wouldn’t go anywhere else. They give lots of love and attention to every person that walks in… appointments are a must! I have never got so many compliments on my hands/​feet and it lasts forever (three weeks shellac/​pedicure a month) Staff is very friendly and the massages are ohhh to die for!!!

Extremely happy with the services I received! I got a shellac and pedicure and both turned out great. Even without appointments, they were able to accommodate me and two of my friends.
I would have given five stars but the way my previous shellac was removed made me nervous. Instead of a «soak off» my old shellac was scraped away… that cannot be good for nails (though anything to do with shellac never is).
Despite this, I will be back!

French Nail has really good prices, is a very clean nail salon, and they are very friendly here. They will always get me in at a moment’s notice. I like the variety of different procedures they offer and they’re always in a good mood and are ready to serve me. A lot of places in the Metro Seattle area will rush through your appointment and not make you feel taken care of, but French Nail is VERY attentive to your needs. I will always come back again and again to get my nails done here instead of other places. They give professional, pretty and excellent service. Well done!!! A+ rating in my opinion.

Got a pedicure, walked in. I was instantly seated. It didn’t smell chemically like some nail places. They offer manis, pedis, paraffin mani-​pedi, opi mani-​pedi, and detox pedi. Also acrylics, gel, uv gel, and waxing. It’s pretty nice inside, the pedicure chairs are fancy, just be warned they have a ball that pokes you in a strange spot (this is the massage chairs) (could be butt crack, or the no no area depending on your body) pricing is average to slightly higher. They were patient with me while I took my big work boots off, and picked a color.

I went in for a full set of acrylics. The FIRST thing I asked them is not to cut my cuticles. She cut my cuticles, then seemed stunned when she made me bleed. I bleed forever, so after 45 minutes she asked me if I take medication that makes me bleed so much. I do not; I reiterated that I asked for my cuticles not to be cut for a reason.
She also complained (in Korean) about my hands being cold. After I left I realized one of my thumbnails had ugly bubbles on it.
My nails are three days old and are already lifting up. I called to have them fixed and the girl asked me if before I come in to have them fixed if I could take the old set off myself (???). What the hell. You get what you pay for.

I LOVE this place!!! I haven’t had fake nails since probably high school, tried out another salon in the area, and though they were very sweet the quality of the nails were awful. The color was cracked within 2 days and nails were falling off left and right within 3 – 4 days. I almost gave up on getting them re done but decided to give it one more go and I’m so glad I did. I should have just gone here in the first place considering they are about two blocks from my apartment.
Anyway, they applied a gorgeous set of «powder gel» nails that have looked flawless since. I’m actually about a week and a half behind on getting a fill and though the color has finally worn off a bit, the nails are still intact! Yay!
Also-​the customer service was excellent! All of the ladies, including the one who did my nails were super friendly and nice. The place was clean, they got me in and out in a timely manner, the prices were right and they have tons of great colors!

Longtime customer; I’ve tried the other shops in the neighborhood, but settled here because they consistently turn out great work. I’ve had acrylics, shellac on bare nails, silk wraps, and pedicures — all reliably great. (Waxing: not so much. I don’t think they like doing it, and it shows.)
The ladies have all been here a long time, and if you become a regular, one will probably adopt you. From that point on, you’ll be well-​cared for. Enkhee does magnificent shellac and acrylic work, and her foot and hand massages are firm, thorough, and professional.
They speak Mongolian, btw. If you’re going to complain about them speaking their first language, you might at least try to find out what that language is.

This, my friends, is my go to pedicure place… why?
–I live really close
–27 bucks for a whole lot of lovin’ to my tootsies. (they usually give a nice calf/​foot
massage which always makes me go «ahhh»
–decent selection of OPI colors
–nice staff, even if they don’t speak the best English, they are usually attentive, accommodating and nice enough. Give them a break, they’re touching our feet (hands) all day! Ugh.
I watch them clean and sanitize often and that is a PLUS!
The store is not going to wow your stylin’ senses but it’s pleasant enough.
I am glad they are in my hood.

Overall good salon but these folks need to follow a few simple tips on CUSTOMER SERVICE. Please remember that these services are generally a ‘treat’ for someone so try to help them celebrate the event: 1.) Greet and welcome your customers when they arrive; 2.) Don’t make your customer feel rushed when they are trying to choose their color — it takes a couple of minutes to decide between the reds, pinks, etc; 3.) Ask if your customer wants their legs slapped as part of the pedicure service — this technique may not be a good idea for some people who have certain health conditions; 4.) it’s rude for the technicians to speak the entire time to one another in Chinese — your staff should at least try to engage with the customer; 5.) Let your customer’s nails dry thoroughly before they leave — again part of not rushing them — rushing the customer gives them an overall feeling that they are on an assembly line — «in and out».

I used to go to this place all the time with my sister and my mom, but never again. The last time I went in I was there to get a simple manicure. The woman who was working on me made every single one of my cuticles bleed. Not only did they end up scabbing, but after a few days the skin on all of my fingers peeled back from my cuticle to my upper knuckles. It stung so bad that my fingers constantly hurt for over a week. Like I said, never ever again.

I’ve been coming here for a few years and I think the experience really depends on who does your nails. I usually get a pedicure and am overall satisfied, however it can be hit or miss. Last time I was there, it was a quick job, one coat of polish, uneven. but I would still go again because it’s convenient, not too expensive ($ 27 for pedi) and the people are friendly, though most of them don’t speak English.

Read the reviews and thought I would give it a try, since it is just up the road. I got an acrylic fill and the $ 27 pedicure. Both were great! I’m picky about my fills and this one turned out fabu, my roommate thought they were my real nails. The pedicure was tiptop, the big massage chair you sit in was ultra deluxe, lots of speeds and settings. By the time I walked out of there I felt really relaxed, good staff and clean too. I usually make an appt. just in case, even if it is the day of.

I went in for the pedicure, which costs $ 27 and lasted an hour. I made an appointment a day ahead of time. I went in the Friday before Memorial Day, and it was quite warm that weekend, so I wanted my feet to look cute for the summer weather.
Apparently all of the other ladies of Wedgwood did too, because there was a steady stream of ladies stopping by wanting to walk in. And don’t be rude and act like you can’t understand what the girls are saying when they tell you to come back at 3!
The pedicurist did a great job and it was nice and quiet in the shop. It’s not a fancy shop, but it was clean and pleasant enough, and my pedicure still looks good 2 weeks later.

I called and asked to see if I could get an appointment for a manicure in the next couple of hours, and they fit me in. It was a no-​frills manicure, but it was nice and professional. The place is homey and full of local people who are friendly. The manicure was only $ 13! I’m impressed.
