Great pianists and a very intimate spot. I absolutely love visiting this place. Warning, it can get crowded on weekends so get there early if you have a big group! If you’re having a bachelorette party or birthday celebration call ahead and reserve. If you are looking for a more lowkey ambiance, go on a Wednesday or Thursday evening. Zach practices when it’s not busy on weeknights and you can get all of your requests in without competition on those nights. These guys are very talented and can pretty much sing and play anything you request. If they don’t know it by heart already, they can easily look it up on their computer they have handy and figure out chords and lyrics. When I saw anything, I mean anything! One time I believe it was Ben, sang the korean lyrics to Gangnum Style… that was legit! This location is nice, safe, and close to tons of other great bars and restaurants. The drinks are stiff and delicious. Highly recommend!

Super fun, the piano players are amazing and know a variety of songs! However the sound equipment was not great and the seat setup was only OK. Recommended to go for happy hour, quite expensive drinks otherwise. Also if you want your songs played, $ 5 just won’t do.

White people music, drunk white people spilling their beers all over you, terrible seating arrangements. My husband and I don’t drink and came for our anniversary. I put in a song request dedicated to him for $ 20 and it wasn’t even acknowledged. The class level here is zero. Not going ever again. Pretty sure the amount of people last night was a fire safety hazard.

I love this place and the piano players are so talented! The piano players are very good with the audience and keep you engaged the whole time. The drinks are also great, and the staff is excellent. I highly recommend for a birthday party or bachelorette party. WILL be coming back here to have a good time again! cant wait to bring more people out!

I was so excited to go to a piano bar! I went there for a friend’s birthday and had a blast! It was Friday at 8PM and the place was packed. Good thing we made a reservation. This is a super awesome piano bar! The pianists are great and they can play and sing lots of popular songs. Remember to bring cash in $ 10 and $ 20 for tips if you have songs you want the pianists to play!

What an amazing experience. It was my first time in a piano bar and I was impressed by the performances. It was a dueling piano performance and the performers were also dueling over audience’s money; You can ask either of them to play your favorite song by putting a tip on your favorite singer/pianist’s piano. Performers are very talented and not only they can play all sorts of music and sing beautifully, but also they can entertain the audience. One thing is for sure, they can play whatever you want. There is a fee of 5 $ to get in the night we went in, but it was definitely worth every penny. To request a song, you need to tip the performer(10 – 20 $). There is an ATM inside, but just remember to have cash on you to avoid the transaction fee. No food, they only have drinks, I just sat and listened to the songs as they played and had a lot of fun, so I cannot comment on the quality of the drinks. Will definitely be back for more.

Totally not what I was expecting when I heard«it’s a piano bar». The place is a little rowdy; very fun, pretty loud, with a lot of energy. The room was packed with what seemed to be mostly birthday and bachelorette parties. There were two guys playing piano/keyboard and singing. They would take requests on cards with tips attached to them and would order the songs based on the tips. People were requesting all kinds of songs and the guys seemed to handle it well. The number of folks packed in, and everyone’s good mood, made it a pretty fun and energetic room. I was expecting a hard time getting a drink but my server(I think her name was Trina) was able to squeeze past the adjacent bachelorette party to get me my beer. Don’t come here if you want nice, quiet piano music. Do come if you want to sing or even dance along with a raucous room of folks to some fun, bumpin music.

Seriously so much fun. Came here to celebrate a couple birthdays and had a blast. Great customer service. The greeting staff and servers are both very professional and attentive. The pianists are all hilarious and incredibly talented; they can pretty much play any song you request. Tip: To request a song you need to provide a cash tip(amount is completely up to you) so come prepared! Worst case scenario there is an ATM inside the venue but there’s a $ 2.25 transaction fee but it’s totally worth it. :)

Good entertainment. We have gone twice and I guess my all around impression is you never know what the night will bring. First time the piano talent was exceptional, this time just good. Played a lot of the same songs. Has never played one of mine. I put five, ten, and eleven dollars down. They say they play in order of what you play but five dollar songs played before my eleven dollar song so I give up. Not going back. Was fun for a first time. Also, the website is deceptive, they do not have food there.

I love few places the way I love Keys on Main. I typically come on Thursdays which I find to be completely underrated. I have spent the past couple birthdays at Keys sitting… oh wait who am I kidding… DANCING to the tunes! Aaron and Jordan are amazing, the nights they play together are everything. Travis behind the bar– my man. He’s the best! What amazes me about the staff is that if you give them a request they don’t know, they will try to learn it– if not on the spot, by the next week for sure! PLEASE visit them. You won’t be disappointed. Also, they recently redid the bar area and it makes the space SO much more open and welcoming. I hate that there is now a cover to get in on Friday and Saturday but it’s WORTHIT! It’s the type of place you go and don’t need any other bar stops throughout your night– 1 stop shop. What more could you want?! **Bring your bills if you want to hear your fave song. They don’t play for free! Also expect to have no voice by the end of the night from singing along!

I’ve been to Seattle a few times, but am far from a local. So when our friends suggested a piano bar as our Saturday night entertainment, I thought this was a joke at first. I mean, come on, I travel all the way out here and this is our idea of fun? I didn’t want to be rude, so I just agreed and tagged along. plus, I mean, booze. so it can’t be that bad right? We were told to arrive early and then we get stuck waiting outside anyway(had a reservation, which you MUST do). I pay $ 5 cover, meh, and then get seated between a 10 year high school reunion and a bachelorette party. OMG. Just kill me now. I’m old, crotchety and almost 29. I was not having it. Not to mention the bar menu has no prices on it. I at least want to be aware how much my «T Pain Bombs» are costing me(seriously, that’s a real thing). But then the music started. I thought the opening monologue was a little pushy for tips when I feel like its pretty obvious you need money to request a song to begin with, but the show quickly jumps to upbeat music and within minutes even the stuffiest old crone would be tapping their foot. And holy cow, these guys are GOOD. I’ve been to piano bars before, but I’ll admit I was absolutely blown away by Zach and Aaron(with Kalen swapping in and out). We stayed over 4.5 hours(when I originally prayed we would be able to leave after 1). I loved the entire show. Great music, great talent, and the guys know how to work the crowd. Even the typically tedious shtick of pulling the birthday/bachelorette girl up on stage was always entertaining and unique. I’m sure over time these get repeated, but the reactions were always TOO good. These guys work hard and are absolutely deserving of your tip: while I feel like some piano bars simply play some filler songs for cheap or during breaks, these guys make every song an event that the entire crowd gets behind. I will absolutely demand we come back here when I’m back in Seattle in January. I’ll also admit that this review might be a little biased based on my mega crush on Zach. I kinda fell in love with him before he even started playing, but«Billie Jean» sealed the deal.

Who doesn’t love a dueling piano bar? Especially when you’re celebrating something? It’s always packed here so definitely reserve a table! We had a good time here celebrating our friend’s engagement with a big group of people. They staff was friendly and helpful, and the pianists weren’t total asses which you can sometimes find at these type of joints. Drinks were reasonably priced and it’s easy to catch an über or cab! There is a cover charge.

I’m new to Seattle, so I haven’t yet experienced much nightlife in the city. I come from a college town, where we were able to barhop around 4 – 5 bars in a night. In Seattle, I am still getting used to picking 1 or 2 bars for the night to stick at as everything is so spread out. So glad I chose Keys on Main last weekend! What a FANTASTIC time. I had a ball. The bartender was quick to serve up drinks, and the entertainment was so on point.

Meh. Major snoozefest for me. The pianists are extremely talented, so I must give credit where it’s due… but I don’t know, something about the place just was very plain and boring to me. I went for a friend’s birthday celebration, and originally went to the wrong venue — 88 Keys. By the time I made it into Keys on Main, I was surprised how different the vibe felt. 88 Keys felt more lively and looked more like what I’d consider to be a dueling piano bar. Keys on Main felt stuffy and conservative, and it looked like someone had simply converted an old warehouse into a piano bar. At one point during the performances, I looked around at my table and the majority of our party looked bored. To be honest, dueling piano bars just aren’t my thing. I’ve tried to like them, I just can’t. People were paying $ 10-$ 15 to hear a song that wasn’t even played in it’s entirety. I’d much prefer to keep my money and listen to a DJ spin music where I can hear the actual song. Again, just my personal preferences. If dueling piano bars are your thing, this might be a decent spot. Mandatory positives: As mentioned above, pianists are extremely talented Cocktail waitress was attentive and timely Watching drunk Bachelorettes’ dance moves that look like they’re having seizures is always fun, too

So let me preface this review by saying, we came on the wrong night. There were no less than 6 bride-to-be parties happening at this dueling piano bar at 10pm on a Saturday night. While they were having what seemed like a good time, and I’m sure they would say the night was amazing, I was not a fan. The entire place reminded me of the«Woo Girls» episode from HIMYM. On to the review! The drinks were weaker than usual, but the servers were super attentive and your glass(made out of plastic. Yes, plasticware) can be refilled the moment you are done. I appreciated the level of service, especially since there was barely room to move in that place. The real talent of this place is exactly what you would think: the dueling pianists! Oh man, these guys(there was a rotation of three) were phenomenal. I was so impressed by the sheer level of talent and ability to improvise. While I wasn’t a fan of most of the song selections(see above for crowd demographics), the musicians were amazing! They are the only reason we stayed as long as we did. Bravo, fellas.

I love Keys on Main and used to come here when it was called Chopstix also. It’s a wonderful little piano bar and the Musicians are awesome. It’s a great place for Birthday parties, Bachelor/ette parties, Divorce parties(why be sad when you can be drunk belting Bennie and The Jets with your besties?), basically anynight is a great night for singing and drinks. If you’re coming with a large group(especially weekends) and want a table, you’ll definitely want to make a reservation. I also always bring cash for songs, but there’s an ATM if you need. They don’t serve food but have menus so you can order delivery!
