Key Bank has two ATM machines in the West Seattle Area. The White Center is the closest to my home. About 30% of the time it is not working, receiving maintenance or repairs or out of supplies. This means I have to drive four miles to the nearest cash machine or pay 3 dollars to withdraw money from another bank.
The tellers seem poorly, trained, they are understaffed and the last time I went to cash a check I had to wait 10 minutes.
It is clear that Key Bank cares only about maximizing profit and not good customer service.
If you complain, you will receive a nice corporate apology and a smile.
