The ugly behaviour of the owner of this shop cancels out any potential cuteness of the items inside. She is just plain mean. Good luck with that.

The stuff they have is really cute, but the sales lady. I believe it was the owner was quite pushy. It made me pretty uncomfortable. I ended up buying a few things, but when i went online the prices at the designer’s own websites were consistently $ 20 cheaper than what i paid at this boutique. In my experience with designer clothing (granted it isn’t a ton) the price at the designer’s website is usually the same price as in store. Sometimes in the store is a little cheaper. I don’t think i got $ 20 extra dollars per clothing item worth of service. If i had known it was so much more to buy it in the store. I would have just waited and bought everything online direct from the designer later. I feel taken advantage of.

one of my all time worst customer service experiences. It’s so sad because they have some seriously adorable stuff. I walked with with my mother to inquire about a gorgeous handbag they currently have on display and the person working did not bother to greet us right away.
Now, this is a tiny boutique so there’s no way you should not greet someone as they walk in. I worked retail back in college and the golden rule is «Greet each customer as they enter the store.» It’s one of the most effective methods for reducing shoplifting and it only takes a smile and hello, to start your customers’ experience off on the right foot. But for some reason, this was not the case here.
Once I was able to get the lady’s attention, she was bothered by the fact I asked her to show us the handbag on display. She mentioned that they had them in the back and then walked away to get it. While we waited, I decided to look at other handbags and when she came back she literally snatched it out of my hands. According to her, I was opening it the wrong way. I was so upset by how she was treating us that I asked my mom to just go. She simply could’ve gone about it a different way!
Maybe I’m being harsh with a 1 star review, but in my opinion all people entering a store are potential sales. It’s up to the person in charge to close the deal. In my case, I was actually going to buy that handbag and possibly more items. I definitely won’t be going back and I don’t recommend this place.
