Moose and Audrey made the selling of our home as efficient and easy as possible. Both of them were very accessible and responsive to all of our questions and needs. In the beginning of the process Moose and I sat down to level set expectations and develop a plan for all of us to follow. This was very helpful since this was our first home sale. Even though we were force to make a couple changes to the plan due to market changes Moose delivered on everything he committed including the final sale price. I recently went thought the (initially) daunting process of buying my first home. The process ended up being enjoyable and smooth thanks in part to my agent Audrey Tomlinson (member of Moose Math group). Audrey was knowledgable and more than willing to answer my questions and explain steps in the home buying process. She was in constant communication with me via phone, text, and email. As we toured homes, it was evident that she was very knowledgable about the Renton area and had toured hundreds of homes with clients. As we entered a home, Audrey would let me form an opinion about a property while answering my questions and pointing out details that I may not have thought of otherwise as a first time homebuyer. She’d help me think through the process of determining if the property was a good fit for me. Eventually I found a home that I loved and Audrey helped me come to the decision to inspect the home prior to the date that the seller was to accept bids. Audrey facilitated coordinating the inspection and our next steps for formulating an appropriate and knowledgable bid. Audrey made sure paperwork was complete and submitted in a timely manner. I would recommend Audrey and Moose with confidence to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

Moose Math is a very hard working agent and will help make the transaction possible and smooth. My son bought his first house thru Moose who was the listing agent and he used him also as the buyers agent. Some people says don’t do that but it was a piece of cake for us. Made offer at thanksgiving time and signed papers on Christmas eve. wham bam thank you mam.

Moose and his team especially Audrey made the sale of my property a smooth transaction with their advanced knowledge of the market. I gave them a strict deadline and they had no issues getting the job done ahead of schedule all while dealing with very difficult buyers. I can’t recommend Moose and his team enough.

Moose did an outstanding job getting my house sold. His team staged the inside beautifully. He was responsive, knowledgeable and efficient. I had relocated to CA, was in a hurry to get the house sold, Moose got it done from listing to closing in about 6 weeks. All the long distance correspondence was done without a hitch. Highly recommended.

I first came to Moose when I was considering buying a house because of a recommendation from long time friends of mine. When I met with Mustapha he sat down an d took note of what I was looking for and explained to me a bit about diffident neighborhoods I was interested in.
I am afraid Mustapha didn’t know quite what he was asking for when he started working for me as ended up dragging him from the Lake Stevens/​Everett area all the way down to Kent/​Covington area (including a few stops in between). During the whole time he was patient with me and helped me understand what I was looking at and for.
The interesting part about this is that after I decided on a home my financing fell through and out of frustration I decided to give up. After all the time he spent with me he did not end up making a dime off of it, but he was never anything but nice about it and wanted to help me anyway he could.
I contacted Mustapha periodically over the next year or two asking questions about houses, and he always would get back to me with his opinions. Finally I decided to buy a home again and I contacted Moose and not only was he happy to help me again, offered me information on lenders he worked with at my request.
In the end I bought a nice little home in South Seattle and Mustapha was with me the whole time; he has stayed in contact with me to follow up even after his job was done. I would (and have) recommend Mustapha to anyone I know. I am very happy with the house and the help Mustapha gave me.

Moose Math is an incredible real estate agent and person. I chose to work with Moose despite knowing many other real estate agent because he was a local family guy with heart and integrity. Moose helped me and my husband through a very stressful buying process and now we have our forever home. He was extremely responsive and flexible with our busy work schedules. He listened closely to our desires and concerns and supported us through each step of the process. He even held our baby during home tours. We worked with Moose Math, who was referred to me by Keith Akada at the Mortgage Reel. Moose helped us buy our first home in Bellevue, and if it weren’t for the simple fact that he is so quick to respond either via text, email, or telephone, I don’t know if we would have been able to beat the multiple offers on the house we wanted on the first day it came on the market. As a proactive home buyer, I had been checking redfin like a hawk for any new listings within a certain price range in Bellevue (few and far between by the way), I found a home I wanted to see on the first day it was listed. Moose was going away that same day for a quick weekend trip, but he made himself available and we got in right away. Moose is likable, can occupy your little ones while you view a house, and he communicates well. It definitely helps to have a personable and likable realtor, especially if a seller’s agent thinks so as well. Anyway, Moose is a trustworthy realtor and we readily recommend him to anyone. We will be sure to use him again in the future.

Bottom Line — Moose Math was fantastic. Excellent communication, very knowledgeable and very personable. Highly recommended.
Moose Math was a pleasure to work with. My 6 month pregnant wife and I had were looking for our first VA home purchase and found it with Moose. Prior to meeting Mr. Math, we worked with another agent that I felt was sub par. After we fired her, interest rates were fluctuating, we were getting burned out on the home search and my wife wasn’t getting any less pregnant! Needless to say we were getting a bit discouraged.
Enter Moose Math. I cold called him because he was selling a house that I was interested in and I just got rid of my previous agent. I was skeptical about what services he could provide after my previous experience but then he said, «Let me EARN your business.» I knew right away that he was someone I could work with and that was willing to put in the appropriate time to make sure my wife and I got what we wanted.
Our initial meeting was fantastic. He met us at a house that both my wife and I were interested in and then pulled out his Ipad to give an overview of the market, the Seattle area, financing, how the short sale process works and the home buying process in general. Great use of technology to convey his ideas not to mention it set us at ease knowing the process.
Moose worked with us in scouting out locations, finding homes that just got on the market and in grasping what the term «fixer upper» truly entailed. He took time to understand what our idea of fixing up meant (tightening a couple screws and putting up paint not ripping down walls!) which helped focus us too. He clearly outlined pros and cons of each house and location and helped us discover areas of Seattle that we were previously unfamiliar with.
Understands his audience — I am an accountant and my wife is a nurse. I am very numbers oriented and she is more emotional. Moose spent considerable time talking negotiation and finance strategy with me but also broke complex theory down simply for my wife as well. We were both happy to have Moose bridge the gap between us resulting in a house that was satisfying both emotionally and financially prudent.
Knows the market — while other agents avoid short sales and foreclosures Moose was not afraid of the additional work. He outlined what the short sale process entailed, how long it could take and the risk involved. He’s experienced and was able to contact banks and cut through a lot of red tape that other agents feared. Although we eventually bought a non-​foreclosure it was great to not be limited in our selection.

This saved us a quarter point on our initial financing and set me up with a great contact for our refinance. Keith works very well with Moose and this makes the process smooth for everyone.
Cares that you’re in the right house. My wife fell in love with our house first, but I thought she may have been jumping in a little quickly (she fell in love with a few houses before too!). Moose took time to meet with me separately to discuss my concerns, tour a couple more houses without my wife for comparison and to really discuss the pros and cons of the house without emotion.
A year later we are very happy to be in our home with our little daughter. We got an excellent rate on our house and would gladly recommend Moose and his associates to our friends and family.
