Holmes Law Group

Holmes Law Group is the law-​only side of WaLaw Realty for when you don’t need a real estate agent’s service at all but still would like an attorney’s help reviewing documents. They provide the same excellent service as WaLaw Realty’s glowing reviews will show, and for a lot less money than a traditional realtor.
In our case, we had a buyer’s agent approach us with a generous offer, so we used Marc and Holmes Law Group to review documents but handled the sale as a For Sale By Owner (FSBO). For a reasonable flat fee, Marc did document review, negotiation, and helped coordinate, saving us tens of thousands over a list agent’s traditional percentage when we were bringing the buyer to them.
