Kung Fu instructor Anjanette is amazing. But be warned, she will push you to the limit. In the end though you’ll totally appreciate her for just that. It’s true that you might feel like you’re about to pass out, or possibly die, during the first few weeks but you won’t. Trust me. And then you have free bragging rights to not only surviving but pushing yourself further than you ever thought you could go, and the strength to match. And some awesome muscles might start to show up in places you didn’t even know you had muscles. Bonus! Also, it’s just cool to be able to tell people that you have to run or you’ll be late for your kung fu class. Kah pow!
