Always fast delivery and never had a problem. Pizza is always made right! I like ordering online so you can see them make it

I’m in shock over all the 1– and 2-star reviews. This place makes awesome pan pizza. Very delicious. One time they brought me they wrong crust, but promptly brought a replacement. The regular crust is fair, but the hand-tossed pan pizza is beyond delicious. Seriously. Slower service on Friday and Saturday payday nights but that’s to be expected. When I was in Alaska, two pizzas like I order would run you over $ 40, but for half that – it’s a given, especially when it’s delivered hot and fresh to my door.

The food is normally good and all, and I never complained when they showed up with the wrong drink and said they ran out. But today all I ordered was a few salads and a brownie. They showed up with different salads saying they ran out of the one I ordered. When I said I didn’t want those and I wanted a refund for the salads they said it wasn’t possible to refund me and I could only get credit next time I ordered. They showed up with the wrong food and I can’t get a refund? I took the wrong food they had because I have no intention of ever ordering from there again. Select a different location. This is a joke.

1 star based on how long it took for our food to be delivered. I was watching the tracking page and it said the driver left the store at 5:38pm and it got here at 6:21pm. It took about 40 minutes for it to be driven from northgate to lake city when it takes me about 10 – 13 minutes to drive from my work at the northgate mall to my house in lake city. It said on the page that the driving time would be 15 – 20 minutes. When are food arrived it was barely warm. Very disappointed. I’m also confused how it took so long to drive from point a to point b.

I’ve picked up here a few times and the service is pretty poor. The food is fine for what it is(if you’re looking for a gourmet pie you’re actually in the wrong place) but the staff is either stretched too thin or simply doesn’t care. Tonight I called an order in at 7:30 and mentioned I’d pick up at 8:00. Plenty of time, right? When I arrive at 8:05 my order wasn’t done and I was told«5 to 7 minutes». That was 10 minutes ago. So it takes a chain pizza company over 45 minutes to fill an order? And as I write this review still waiting I accept this will be the last time I bring business here.

Hot food, cold service. When the employee took our order he wasn’t very friendly, and didn’t even offer if we would like something to drink. Day shift employee was more preoccupied with flirting with a girl who looked like she lived at the Dominos. The employee didn’t seem to care about our service, didn’t ever provide us with plates for dine-in. About half way through our meal, the the employee and the 20 year old were playing football with pepperoni. Meanwhile, another employee showed up from delivery. The main employee that we have been talking about is now yelling at the delivery boy, and telling him what do do, in a non-work tone. Only giving 2 stars because the food was delicious! Won’t be going back here anytime soon. Maybe delivery or pickup.

Normally my experience here is just fine. But last night I ordered two pizzas and they never came. I called the next morning and my order was never placed and the manager didn’t really care at all and hung up on me. Last time I am ordering here.

Burnt pizza, horrible customer service. … but I did enjoy that you could sit and eat, just wish my experience wasn’t so bad, I wasn’t ever offered a fresh pizza or anything, I just had to demand my money back…

I’ve ordered twice since I posted my review. Both times pizza was over a half hour late… This time there was way too much sauce with hardly any cheese… And soggy. Couldn’t even eat it. 2 stars bc the salad was good. Super disappointed, won’t be ordering from them again.

First time being at the new dominos at northgate… and I ordered online and looked at the tracker the whole time and it said that my pizza was done by the time i arrived at the store. When I got there the guy explained that my pizza would be ready in a few minutes and that it was in the oven. However after 15 minutes of waiting at the store I see the guy make my pizza right in front my face and put it in the oven. I gave 3 stars because the guy was kind enough to not charge me for my pizza and throw in a free lava cake.

My hubby was sooo excited to see this place open and it was such a disappointment! I will ignore the awkward parking situation and get straight to the food. Stuffed cheesy bread order was screwed up they stuffed it with jalapenos, on top of that there was a bunch of jalapeño juice making the bread mushy. A mound of mushy bread wasn’t even edible. Pizza tasted like bland cardboard. The dough tasted like premade stuff you could get at the grocery store to bake yourself at home. Pepperoni tasted like turkey pepperoni or vegan imitation. Pineapple clearly came out of a can. Sauce was so blah it tasted like the 89 cent pizza sauce from the grocery store in a can. Food was so bad I couldn’t even finish one slice of pizza. Screw Dominos delivery I’m sticking with DiGiorno!!!

Take a bow Domino’s Pizza, you lost me as a customer for good. I was in your new Northgate store # 7095 today Feb 14th, 2015 @ 9;04 pm and ordered a pizza and some pasta for a dine in and was told it would about 20 minute… One hour and 20 minutes go by and STILL no pizza and pasta. The manager claims they have no record of me placing an order… thank God I had my receipt as proof. The manager refused to refund my money and claimed that I did not place an order with their store even after I showed him my receipt and to better prove my case… I USEDMYCREDITCARD ! This place is very disorganized and unprofessional. I WILLNOTBECOMINGBACK

I was thrilled when I saw that this location opened up. Now I could have my favorite pizza while stuck at my weekend job! This is my second time ordering(the first time, the driver got lost, which I understand as it’s a large building with many doors, and I’m only able to be at an entrance that is somewhat tucked away) The first problem was that, according to the pizza tracker, my order was being«quality checked» for twenty minutes. That should have been a warning sign. After ordering just after 5, it finally tells me at 5:41 that my order is being sent out for delivery. I wait as patiently as i can, hungry, and by now hoping my order will come promptly so I have time to eat and digest before I leave work for the evening. Twenty minutes later, no food. I work right down the hill from the store, so it shouldn’t take this long. «Maybe they’re busy!», I think. Thirty, forty minutes pass. I decide to call the store. After sitting through an annoying spiel about specials and employment opportunities, someone answers, who puts me on hold(back to the annoying lady reciting specials at me) he answers again and I ask about my order, get put on hold, get asked for my phone number to look up my order, get put on hold again. Finally, the employee on the other end answers and tells me my order has been sitting at the store the whole time, it never went out! He starts to say that they’ll get it out asap, but why would I want pasta and cheese bread that have been sitting for over forty minutes? I told him I’d like to cancel my order, because that was ridiculous(and that I understood it wasn’t his fault, because it likely wasn’t, and you should treat all people with respect). He told me he’d make sure the money went back on my card, and apologized for the mix-up. Overall, I’m slightly disheartened. My family has been frequenting another location for years, and I was hoping a national chain would be up to the same standards no matter where I ordered from. I sincerely hope this was an exception to otherwise great service, or that this locations steps its game up once it’s been open a little longer.

I am giving them 5 stars because I ordered with the app but when I got my pizza delivered it was the wrong one. I was able to call back though and tell them that, and they let me keep the pizza, brought the new one and a free lava cake for the mix up. They were quick and very nice about it. The pizza itself was quite good as well so that was a plus. Glad there is a pizza place close by now.

I understand that most of them are new hire. The service was good. But the pizza topping didn’t enough for large pizza. I was expecting that Domino pizza had better taste than that.

I had to wait 10 whole minute eventhough there was inly two people a head of me. Also, i had to wait another 3 minute because the guy did not know how register the order. I don’t mind waiting until my order is ready, but its a different story if the employees are so slow that the order takes several minutes more to get ready. The food is good but it sometimes get served cold which is so bad. If you want to eat from Dominos go to a different branch. Oh if your petza gets cold they can replace it for you but it will take another 20 minutes to be ready. I give the food 4 star And the service 0 stars
