Decor N Design

I would give them a 0 if i could. Lena was recommended so I gave her a chance. Her phone never works. She informed me she read my email and will contact me back. She never contacted me or reply back to my emails. She doesn’t respond to the Facebook messages even though she was updating her Facebook page. I repeatedly call her and she informs me she is busy at a family function. It was unprofessional, If she didn’t want my business she should have informed me rather than tell me she would contact me back. Wasted two months playing phone tag with her.

I would give them ZERO stars if I could… I had a terrible experience with Décor-​N-​Design. I spoke with Veronica and scheduled a meeting at her Seattle office. She’s only available Mon-​Thurs, so I made a special trip after work (in the rain with heavy traffic). When I got her to «office» it was extremely difficult to find. It is in the China Harbor building on the «3^rd floor». Except that it’s really on the 4^th floor. When I got to the 3^rd floor all the lights were off. It was completely dark. I found a light switch and turned on a few lights. When I discovered that her office wasn’t really on the 3^rd floor, I look around for the stairs. There was a old spiral staircase that went up to a dark 4^th floor. Feeling like I was in a horror movie, I went upstairs. It was completely dark (yet again). I turned on some lights and finally found an office door that said «Décor-​N-​Design». I exhaled a sigh of relief and waited until our 7:00pm appointment time. Problem is, she never showed up. I called her and she said she was busy and couldn’t talk right now but that she wanted to reschedule. She asked me if I had gotten her e-​mail 30 minutes ago (saying that she was canceling out meeting). I told her that 30 minutes ago I was stuck in traffic, driving from Lynnwood to Seattle. She said that she would get back to me to schedule another meeting but she never did. I do NOT suggest this vendor. They are (or at least Veronica is) extremely unprofessional.
