I’ve been a coworker with Sean for many years, and I’ve seen him train hundreds of clients. What I admire is that he genuinely cares for each and every client of his. He not only guides you to your fitness goals, but also gives his professional opinion of what you actually need. I am a trainer myself, and I hired him to train me for these reasons. Even though I’ve been working out for years, I still needed that extra motivation and accountability. Sean is well worth the investment for your health. Your health should be priceless, and for what he offers… You’re almost stealing his time. I highly recommend just meeting with him. I know when you do, that’ll be your last day of your old self, and the beginning of your new self.

Sean was my personal trainer postpartum. He was considerate and thoughtful of my changed body. He worked on strengthening my core and doing total body movements rather than having me focus on a specific body part. He really helped my body bounce back, lose weight, get fit, and tighten my stretched out abdominals. His motivation and education got me going to the gym 5+ times a week on my own. He’s passionate about what he does, incredibly strong, but also very tuned into specific body movements and postures that can make or break your practice. I would recommend him highly to anyone looking to get fit!

Incredible results and a great support system! I did a 30 day challenge with Sean where he provided me with meal plans, work outs for home and at the gym with him, along with a private group to talk with other participants and encourage each other. I have since continued to workout with him and I’ve seen great results in not only my look but my overall health!
He takes into account all of my restrictions I have and isable to modify workouts that would push me and also support my injuries. He’s very positive and extremely encouraging, exactly what I need in a trainer! I have enjoyed working out with him and am excited to continue my workout journey with him!
