My wife and I first met David when he was showing one of our neighbors homes. As we were considering on buying our first home we decided to meet with him to learn about the real estate market. His ability to understand where we were in our real estate knowledge was phenomenal. He spent quite a bit of time meeting with us to understand our lifestyle and wish list (even though we told him we weren’t ready to buy a home). He coached us and even assigned us homework and really made us interested in buying our first home.
Unfortunately after a few months of working with David, a new job moved our search to the Renton area… At this point we asked if he would continue to be our agent. He replied that he would not be be able to serve us to the level we deserved and respectfully referred us to an agent he knew that is familiar with the area that we were looking.
We ended up buying a home with the agent he referred us to and were very happy with his referral. He met with me multiple times even after the referral and continued to ask me questions about things I had never considered. What impressed me most about working with David Rush was his enthusiasm and ability with working with first time home buyers.
I would definitely choose David Rush again.

David is a fantastic agent! He’s always super quick to respond to you, he has tons of recommendations for great people to work with when buying a home (inspector, contractor, etc, etc). We highly recommend him.
