Creases

I have used Creases for my dry cleaning for several years. We used to walk over to their shop but now they have moved from the down town location I have their delivery service. Never had a problem with their work. I wear a lot of natural fibres and have never had anything spoiled, particularly silk. I had used another cleaners when I first moved here but was never satisfied, a few things were «lost» and one coat I had bought ast Saks was mangled. So, here’s my review, good service, good cleaning and no problems.

HORRIBLE customer experience. I went for the first and last time to this shop this week. They shrunk a recently purchased, seldom worn child’s sweater at least 2 sizes. When I brought it back the next day, they disputed that it could have shrunk during their cleaning. The owner was friendly enough, but she declined to give any credit or refund. When I mentioned that I wouldn’t be returning to their shop, one of the younger male employees began to mumble under his breath toward me and stated that he didn’t care if I left. I responded that I’d be sure to post a review after this visit. He then told me to «suck a c*#!». Good times. The owner scolded him and apologized for his action, but still offered no credit or refund. Yeah, I won’t be back.
