I came across this fine chocolate outlet by accident. I was in the neighbourhood waiting for the Purple Store to open at 11:00 am. I got there fifteen minutes early. I decided to walk around the area and found this place. Chocolates are cheap here. I spent under $ 9 on a bag of chocolate and s’mores on a stick. I ate the latter after I was done shopping. So yummy! I didn’t eat any of the chocolates in the bag until today. They were perfect. You tasted the dark chocolate with a hint of mint. My colleagues loved them. The chocolatier at the store was helpful telling me what various chocolates were. I even signed the guestbook. A Canadian must represent, after all! She gave me a few free chocolates. I loved that kind gesture. It was 20 °C outside, so I had to take my chocolate everywhere so that it wouldn’t melt. Great chocolate store with dirt-cheap prices. Such a gem! (50)

A chocolate lover’s dream. It’s always fun checking these places out, better appreciation than say, a Purdy’s. And not sure if this is a good thing for your body, but they also offer bulk buys too. So good for the wallet ;) Good selection.

I forgot to mention that Chocolati makes awesome favors for weddings! I was in a wedding and they use elements of Chocolati in their wedding! For the bridesmaids gifts, the bride had customized chocolate dipped fortune cookies that had quirky and funny sayings in them. Not only were they super cute but they were yummy! For the wedding itself, they had an entire bar set up of different chocolate truffles and candy from Chocolati! Seriously the best candy bar I’ve seen to date. They also made these chocolate trees/bushes that the wedding party could take home! I’ll post a picture of these elements! They also had their wedding rehearsal at Chocolati. We were able to eat a lot of candy and try their delicious drinks before the wedding. Even if you’re not getting married, you should pop by one of their stores for some tasty drinks and chocolates. Now that I’m planning my own wedding, I immediately thought of Chocolati for my own wedding favors and dessert bar. They ship outside of Seattle, too! I highly recommend them! Love the owners — they are the best!

I thought this store was pretty cute. It isn’t like the other Chocolati cafes because it is much darker and smaller in terms of its shop space. However, you can totally find some good deals here. The lady who was working here was the mother of the Chocolati owner. She was sitting at the desk making some chocolate lollipops. She recommended that we buy the side pieces/scraps from other bars if didn’t care about how it looked and were more interested in the taste. I bought about quarter pound of their mint chocolate and it was so so good. The lady was also very pleasant where she tried to give us tips on what to buy.

Not really a big fan of chocolate, but after getting a good deal on an online voucher, I couldn’t resist. This was the outlet store for this company, but the prices were still pretty expensive. The lady was talking to me about how her son was the owner and how she got into an argument about posting the voucher online. Which is not the type of conversation most people want to have when they walk into a chocolate store. Anyways, the chocolate was very delicious but I feel like it was a little expensive. And the owner should replace his mom with someone else.

Surprised this place hasn’t been reviewed as its right on Green Lake. I strolled in hear after deciding to head to Green Lake to enjoy the beautiful weather. I needed a coffee stat and Starbucks line was waaay too long on such a gorgeous day. Walked around Greenlake a bit and found Chocolati. The place is smallish and cute, with chocolate being the theme of the day. Don’t go in hungry, as I did, or you will end up with a huge cream cheese brownie that was oh so soft and delectable, though the clerk said they didn’t make them there. My mocha was good and my triple shot turned into a quad because he didn’t want to waste and asked if I wanted the extra, and who am I to say no to free coffee.
