Brian Chambers – State Farm Insurance Agent

Don’t go with brian chamber’s agency. I was a long term policy holder with no tickets or accidents. I’ve always been able to get the lowest insurance rates possible. I left state farm after multiple years when I experienced car troubles and was no longer using the vehicle.
Despite my perfect driving record and long term commitment to them, aparently my insurance rates have doubled? Not only that, state farm won’t even offer me car insurance. Does this sound like the type of people you would like to deal with?
Avoid state farm and specifically brian chambers.
They’re a group of scam artists. (Imagine that)

I am so disappointed! canceling with them has been a nightmare. First of all no one ever answers! I always end up having to call the 24 hour line, then they try to call and they are surprised they aren’t open too! It took 2 calls to talk to someone who would cancel for me, I canceled, then I got another call the next day confirming my insurance… NO I just canceled. Then I get charged 2 weeks later because they still didn’t cancel it?! I never approved this transaction on my card and I canceled insurance with them! Why aren’t they ever available to help me?! State Farm, good 24 hour line. This OFFICE, complete headache.

We had to switch insurance companies when we moved across the country, and after reading some Unilocal reviews we settled on Brian.
We worked with Ryan Doherty. He got us a competitive quote compared to what we could find elsewhere, and got our cards to us fast. My only complaint is that the next steps weren’t always clear and had to be coaxed out with questions in a separate email every time. However, Ryan was always very responsive, even getting us the information we needed for our renter’s insurance that allowed us to move into our apartment on time right at the end of the business day.

Very happy with our switch. We were getting new unnecessary charged every month from our old company and when I spoke with Ryan Doherty He was able to not only save me money but I was able to get renters insurance added for a great deal. I receive my new insurance cards early, I’m never without which is nice. I would highly recommend talking to Ryan to see what kind of money he can save you.

Brian was very helpful in getting my Renters insurance switched when I moved places. He also helped me to add an additional person to my Renters insurance free of charge. Additionally, he offered some free insurance advice (without trying to get me to purchase anything extra).

Switched to them from USSA Insurance, which, most of you know is TOPS.
I have not disappointed and when my wife got into an accident, they got us MUCH more than we were expecting and made the whole ordeal so easy, all of it, rental car to a check in 3 – 4 days, my wife didn’t miss a day of work.

I’ve been a customer at this location since 2007 and couldn’t be more pleased with the staff. They are always extremely helpful, kind and patient. They have helped me save money on my policies since the day I signed up and answer all my knit picky details.
A couple years ago when my house was broken into, they took no time at all to start renters insurance claim and get me my money back for the items that were stolen. They made sure I didn’t forget to list any items that were missing as well and made the process easy and stress free for me.
I recently leased a new car and got my insurance policy from Jessica. She was extremely patient, knowledgable and helped me get a better rate on my policy plus it includes life insurance.
I would highly recommend this office to all my friends and family looking for a provider and would say the same for you as well.

I’ve dealt with three different staff members in Brian’s office — none of whom were Brian himself — since we transferred our policies to him in March of this year. When I finally had the chance to speak to Brian at a meeting with him a few weeks ago, he seemed surprised I was there, and treated my husband as though he were the one making all of the financial decisions for our household, even though several of our policies are in my name only, and even though I had been the only one to communicate with his office regarding our policies. I felt incredibly disrespected. Brian makes a good chunk of change off our policies, and for him to treat me as though I’m not the, or even a, primary decision maker regarding our policies is absolutely unacceptable.

Got an auto policy with State Farm in late May 2013, because their rates were cheaper.
In October 2013, someone threw a large rock threw my sunroof in the middle of the night. My sunroof and windshield had to be replaced. The damage was over $ 1,500. I was hesitant making a large claim so soon after opening a policy… but there were no hassles at all in filing a claim. Brian and Frank were very helpful. All I had to do was pay the $ 250 deductable.

I spoke with someone named Laura and they said they looked at a police report saying I was accused of vehicular assault. I tried to object but they swore they were correct regardless of the court’s final ruling and the President of Transtech’s expert statement saying the fender bender occurred at 5MPH. Some info you can’t get if you just look at the accusations ignoring the complete due process of law and using ignorance as a business practice. I offered that Laura speak directly with the prosecutor or my lawyer to clear up her ignorance and she said wait 6 months to do so. Well this is the real world Laura, to add insult to injury you blocked me off false grounds and told me to wait for that attitude for 6 months. I told my mom to drop her policy with y’all and I will tell my many friends on Facebook to do the same and everyone I ever encounter.

Personable, knowledgeable staff: Anytime I’ve had an insurance question, I’ve received a fast, friendly, and informed response. People answer the phone when you call the office. Brian will personally meet with you to discuss your policies. He is friendly and professional.
Value: Did I mention Brian increased my insurance coverage and saved me money?

Well, maybe not… have to say more good things about Brian and his crew. I used to only buy the online cheapo’s thinking that Geico or Progressive were just as good as the rest, especially after I got burned with Pemco… but what I didnt know is that although the Insurance Company does count, what really counts is the Agent you have representing both them AND you… I switched from Allstate and for the same policy I actually PAID LESS! Brian takes great care of me… and his team knows me when I call…
