rating is 3⁄5 just to be safe. Good place to eat pizza and just watch the people walking by.

So I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and a drink. The pizza was good, not amazing and it was very small for the price of a slice. The thing that was just ridiculous? The guy behind the counter was a total jerk! Joking around with the other guy back there(actually about what an asshole different customers are… lovely…), totally ignored me and when he finally did pay attention to me he made fun of me. Uh seriously??? Find a different industry to be in because you clearly don’t like people you jerk. Didn’t go to a restaurant to pay to be treated poorly. Have never had that experience to that level int life and I lived in New York and currently love In LA so that’s saying something. Also the place is NOT clean. The soda machine just is packed with dirt. Hey jerk, instead of crapping on your customers maybe you should clean instead and be productive!!! Thanks! Won’t be back!

This bottom floor location is tucked away and hard to notice. Once I did, I gave it a shot though and wasn’t impressed. There is no effort put into making this look like a legit business. Layers of dirt cover the tip jar and soda machine levers(ewe!). Signs are handwritten on plain paper and tapped to the wall. The pizza as others mentioned is mostly crust. The crust is fairly bland too, which is a bummer when there’s a ton of it. The caesar salad was large(only positive) but it was plain romaine lettuce, plain croutons, and plain caesar dressing. I also experienced the gruff, unfriendly attitude. All this bland mixed with the unclean soda machine and lack of any attempt at professionalism gives me a solid no for ever returning.

I go to this place all the time since I my company moved into an office close by, but I think yesterday may have been my final time. The pizza is good. Not great, but good enough for me to make the walk a couple of times per month. The slices are decent, but the crust at the end is large and tasteless. Generous toppings though. If I was just rating the pizza I’d still keep going. My main beef is the service. Every. Single. Time I go there I feel like I’m bothering the older short man(owner?). His helper isn’t much better. They both seem to have a lot of attitude towards the walk-in customers. Yesterday the old guy was especially testy because they just received a phone order he apparently did not care for, which unfortunately injected some extra«spice» into our confrontation at the counter, since I was next in line. I don’t get it. I go in all the time. I tip really well. I keep my order short and to the point, and still get the ‘tude. I feel bad when I leave the place every time. What is it about making pizza that is making them so crotchety? Not worth it for what it is. Oh, and they are charging for drinks now too. So, no more 2 slices w/drink combo.

I work a few blocks up and for some reason, this seems like the other side of the universe and I always forget there are eateries in this building(Wells Fargo). Today, I had a craving for pizza but was on limited time. I had forgotten about this place until someone else in my building reminded me. As we rounded the corner, the heavenly scent of pizza met us. It was around 12pm and I was surprised to see that it wasn’t busy at all. In fact, there are only 2 people there. You basically order from the counter and move along. My friend ordered and I obsessed over my current Bejeweled score, failing to make eye contact with anyone. Not to be ignored, the man working the counter decided that he would strike up conversation with me and proceeded to make a barrage of short jokes which actually got pretty old after the first one. As he continued to cause me irritation, he apparently forgave himself since he is also short. Ummmm… no. I had the pepperoni bacon for $ 3.25. My co-worker had Canadian bacon and pineapple for $ 3.75. Aside from a rather large, doughy crust, the pizza was good. I liked the sweet sauce and thought it had a nice balance of pepperoni and bacon. After this visit, I’m not surprised this place isn’t busy. After my own experience, I read some of the reviews and it’s clear that someone needs a few lessons in business etiquette. While the places near my office have lines out the door, this place is a ghost town. I won’t be returning.

Amazing. People who give this place 2 – 3 stars simply aren’t looking for this type of pizza. I always order 2 pepperoni’s and you get a free drink with an order of two slices. Superb. The crust is like a pretzel and I can’t even describe how good the sauce and everything else is. Hand’s down the best pizza of its kind in Seattle and I’ve eaten everywhere else. Plus, this place is right near my work so I always hit it for lunch, at least once a week.

I tried this because of reviews that said it was thin crust. Unfortunately, the slice I got was extremely doughy. It’s also quite bland, with a sugary sauce that reminds me of a Tesco frozen pizza, and a layer of rubber atop that I hesitate to call«cheese». I got the tomato basil, but honestly, it’s so flavourless my mouth felt numb, as if my slice was doused in novocain. Avoid at all costs, unless you like doughy, bland, sweet pizza.

I have picked up slices to go, and they have delivered to the office on multiple occasions. Yes the sauce is Sweet, but it is also spicy! The meat they use is super good quality as is the cheese. The slices are super big and super filling. When we have Pizza delivered, they deliver right on time, and the drivers are always super nice. Best pizza in walking distance from the Dark Towers. I really miss the old stores they used to have with the bigger menus.

Terrible, cold pizza, surly attitude, hard to find location. You could do so much better in Seattle

The only reason I gave them 2 stars was that the delivery service was sterling. The pizza toppings slid off the pies to the right side of the box. The sauce was way too sweet. The BBQ chicken was inedible. I will never order from them again.

So, I’m actually a fan of their pizza as mentioned in my initial review, but the dude that runs the counter is a jerk. Not sure if he’s trying to go for the whole«NY attitude thing,» but there’s a difference between having a little ‘tude vs. not being helpful. Unfortunately, this really dampers my experience here and I’ll probably be taking my business elsewhere. «What kinds of pizzas do you guys have today?» His response? «Look at the menu, it’s right there.» So I proceed to order a slice of what’s on the menu and his response? «We don’t have that one.» All while looking at me with a death stare. Uh, no thanks.

Had two slices of the Basil and Tomato pizza at 2:30PM, so it wasn’t totally fresh. Probably would have been better at 11AM, but 2:30 isn’t a ridiculous hour to eat lunch. Wasn’t that great. Slices were large though, and if you buy two you get a free soda. Value is OK but with other places to eat in the area, probably not worth going to.

Good value. Lots of pizza for a little dough(pun intended). The sauce is on the sweet side. The pizza is the thick crust and heavy toppings style. A single slice can make a meal, but two gets you a free drink. Also, don’t overlook the lunch specials that include a slice and a salad for ~$ 7. Outdoor seating only… nowhere to sit inside, so check the weather first!

Pizza is thick and doughy by the slice, just as I like it. But the tomato sauce was super-sweet, just like I don’t. It tasted like bottled Prego, which shouldn’t contain sugar but it somehow does. Also, I needed a little more cheese to fully satisfy my pizza craving. Overall a decent lunch choice, but I wouldn’t go here with any regularity even if I worked in the business center this place is located in.

Not just a good little pizza place, but one of the most affordable lunch places you’ll find in downtown if you need to eat more than a soup or a Quizno’s sub. The slices are quite large and the the sauce has a uniquely sweet taste to it. You can get two slices for around $ 6, which is perfect for those who already get free soft drinks where they work. It’s slightly hard to find if you are coming from 4th Ave. You can cut through the Wells Fargo building to the escalators and it’s right behind it on 3rd.

A solid pizza snack/meal option downtown. The old fart is meh, but the dude in back totally cool and friendly. I had a phichest and a slice of margherita(tomato basil). Good stuff; the pizza wasn’t too heavy/greasy, either. Awesome in that I didn’t know it came with a drink. Cool, filled ‘er up with raspberry(?) iced tea. As an odd side note: strange how the receipt shows Marion Street Pizza at address 18317 Bedford Ct NW… which is some random house up north near Carkeek Park. o.0

This place was very disappointing. Went there again today, just in case the first time was a fluke, but it wasn’t. The pizza is sub-par. The sauce is too sweet, the crust is too sweet. The pizza wasn’t fresh at all(the heat-lamps aren’t even set hot enough). The toppings were uninspired. The atmosphere is nonexistant. There are no indoor seats, and the location is hard to find(the address is 3rd Ave, but it’s on the 2nd Ave side of the building). The guy behind the counter seemed desperate for someone to talk to, and I was not in the mood for conversation, but ended up walking out on him mid-sentence because he wouldn’t stop talking. There are many better alternatives within walking distance of this establishment, I don’t recommend it.

Yum! – simple, straightforward, great-tasting pizza, nice friendly service, good portions, very reasonable prices. Note that there is no indoor seating, only outside on the patio.

I guess I could put it this way: my coworker and I will sit outside in the wind and misty-rain to eat Atlantic Street Pizza. Granted, we hate our office and this place is close and cheap… However, I’ve been here plenty of times and I’ve never been let down. The guys who work here are really great, especially once you get to know them.(Meaning I was intimidated by the guy at the counter at first, but I’ve come to understand his sense of humor.) Granted, this isn’t the best pizza I’ve ever had. But if you’re downtown and looking for a good, cheap place to eat, I’d highly recommend!
