When I first began working with Alexis I was unsure of exactly what my body needed. She was clear and insightful as to where we should start. After two sessions in her capable hands I feel a significant improvement in my physical, emotional and energetic balance. Her gentle, wise and respectful approach are that of a true healer.

Alexis is totally in the flow. I didn’t know what to expect from my session with her but afterwards I felt so changed for the better. I had some epiphanies about my life and felt like it was walking around on a cloud the rest of the day. She is all about subtle shifts and working with her intuition. I remember how nervous I was, when I first walked into Ousia. I was sure that Alexis was going to put me on a strict calorically-​restricted diet. Bye-​bye bread and chocolate, I thought.
