Buyer beware. We were not happy and would not hire them again. Wish we had done our usual of talking to three contractors before hiring someone. Won’t make that mistake again!

Lucien did a so so job cleaning up our yard. Placed topsoil over some weeds versus raking and removing the leaves and weeds. He mentioned it would take 4 to 5 days to complete the work, and winded up completing it in 1 day and charged us $ 4,000 which is outrageous. We paid him $ 500 before he began the work, under the impression it would take several days. Recommend you request in writing how long it will take him to complete the yard work and hold him to it. Since then we have had another landscaper do the same exact work in 2 days for $ 1400.

Mercer Island, WA
I have recommended Lucian to many people on Mercer Island and have not gotten any negative feedback. In my yard he has removed a number of big trees and since he has a stump grinder, I can say that within few months after, there is no indication that there ever were trees in those spots.
