Called this company and asked what they charged for a service call. The person on the phone said $ 40 … plus (unintelligible). I simply needed to have a broken key removed from a lock. He arrived when he said he would and quickly completed the job – accomplished it in less than two minutes, which was great. That is until he wrote out the $ 152 invoice! I still don’t know what the additional charge was for. This experience left me feeling very much the victim of a bait-​and-​switch scam. Buyer beware.
