If I could give this place negative stars I definitely would. I would not wish this food on my worst enemy. I went there this past Sunday and ordered honey seared chicken and the mango chicken salad and my girlfriend got the fried rice. The one at Bella Terra is amazing but, for some reason everytime I go to this one it is extremely slow and for the past 4 times they have screwed up my order and gave me the wrong dish. The salad was awful and shriveled and they gave me the wrong salad by mistake. The chicken was undercooked, and the honey seared chicken tasted funny. That was the last meal I ate before I got super sick and was projectile vomiting and had diarhhea for a week straight, I almost had to go to the hospital and couldn’t even keep liquids down. I’m a healthy guy too eat pretty healthy and go to the gym alot, so for me to get sick means alot. The health department should definitely give this place a run-through I don’t know how it passes inspection honestly it’s so dirty and gross, the bathrooms are dirty, the vending machines, the tables, the floors, and they pour water in the mustard and chili sauces instead of replacing it. That’s just not sanitary.

We visit this Pei Wei once every 3 months since it opened a few years ago and I have to say I’m disappointed in the way the service and food quality has deteriorated over the years. Tonight, I ordered a glass of Chardonnay and the wine glass used was so spotty that it made me not want to drink it. It should still be there on the table of anyone is interested. :). Also, my daughter ordered orange chicken without garnish and the waitress took it back and instead of making a fresh order, the kitchen just removed the garnish. How do we know? Because there were still lots of green onions and peppers lodged between some of the chicken pieces when the waitress returned it. So disappointing.

There are lots of sauce/prep options. It would be better if each had more veggies and you didn’t have to treat the veggies as an add-on($). Their tofu is sliced thin and is rubbery and not tasty. I like that they give you a choice of white or brown rice. Service was friendly and fast, but meals came up at different times. For fast food, it’s a-okay.

First the plusses; good asian fusion menu, great staff at every location I’ve been to, some items are as good or even better than their parent PFChang. I used to eat at another location of Pei Wei for several years and always thought it was just fine. This location, the good is still good. staff etc., but there is one word for most of the food I’ve had here: salt. Salt, salt, Salt, salt. Kung Pao was basically inedible and tasted nothing but soy and salt. The Thai won ton soup at first tasted ok. but ¼ the way through it became the equal of a salt lick… which continued hours after eating. I also wish they would not flood their entrees with sauce, and that the(very nice) vegetables, especially carrot and snap pea, were not served essentially raw. Fresh and crunchy is one thing, but the snap peas especially are, every time, raw but warm.

Picked up our take away order at 6:20pm. We live about 15 minutes away. We were excited about eating Pei Wei since we hadn’t eaten there in quite some time. My 10 year old son ate half of his meal when he pulled out a white glove from his rice! I immediately called the store and they answered after being on hold for 10 minutes. I spoke to the GM named Wan and told him what happened. He apologized and only offered to comp my kids meal and give me a gift card. I told him I wanted to send him the picture because I was concerned that this happened to my minor son. He said he would look at the picture and call me back. I waited 15 minutes then called him back since I hadn’t heard from him. He said he was working in the kitchen and didn’t have a chance to look at my email or picture. I told him I was really upset and expected he review it further. I mean what if my son ate a piece of it or got sick from something that could have been on it like bleach or the powder from the gloves? Sure doesn’t seem like he was too concerned. It’s now been over an hour and no one has contacted me. ******I finally heard back from the GM at 830pm and he comped my entire meal and told me they have insurance in case my son gets sick. How horrible though that our image of Pei Wei is now tarnished because of some careless person.

This was one of the worst meals I’ve ever been served. The food was incredibly salty, and the rice portion was double the portion of the chicken and broccoli I ordered. I’ve eaten at pei wei many times, and have had consistently good food– until tonight. My friend ordered gluten free chicken, and the first cook refused to make the order. Another man did make the food for her. I got the wrong order initially, but then he brought the right order. But, as I said, it was not edible. That team was really off tonight! The other issue I have with this restaurant is that they have push button handles to wash your hands in the women’s restroom. Handles in bathrooms are notoriously dirty, so a female employee cannot get her hands clean, because after scrubbing her hands, she has to push that filthy handle to rinse off the soap. It’s no wonder people get E coli in restaurants…

Reasonably priced Asian fast food. It’s not fine dining, but definitely a step up from Panda Express. Mongolian Beef and Honey Shrimp, both very good, and the large is a good portion size. A pork egg roll on the size, just OK. Ice tea is asian style, which I didn’t care for.

The service was extremely friendly and their traditional chicken lettuce wraps rival the one’s at P.F. Chang’s(dare I say they are slightly better) and at half the price($ 6.99). The portion was large enough for me. My fiancée had their version of orange chicken with brown rice and we weren’t overly impressed. The pork egg rolls were a bit too greasy. Still a solid 3 stars overall, and I’ll be back for them lettuce wraps!

We went to this place a week ago. It was so cold in there, you could hang meat! The girl at the order desk told me to go eat outside if I was cold! Another customer sitting at a table with her husband told me it was always freezing in there and she forgot her sweater as well. We couldn’t even enjoy our food. Last night my sister and her family went there. It took 50 minutes to get their order! They didn’t even give them everything that they ordered. Rude cashier. dirty tables and the food wasn’t that great. I certainly won’t go back.

Fast food meets restraunt!!! The quality of food is amazing. Bar none. And the time it takes for the food to get to you will put fast food workers to shame. I give my word you will love it. BTW get the Mongolian Beef!!!

Horrible customer service, food is blah and very salty. It is like fast food garbage place aka not so Asian fusion. You will wait for it for 20 – 30 min! A crying shame.

Place looks nice but the tables need to be cleaned when the customers finish… I sow 5 tables with dirty plates and glasses. I just ordered won tong soup, was ok. But my husband’s dish had too much sauce, the broccolis where almost swimming. :( I noticed that the cookers are Latinos, Wich is ok for me, just please try following a little bit more the Asian style. I will return. To the owner: please hire someone else for cleaning in the room, I can see that the waiters is not enough for take orders and clean the room and attend the telephone at the same time.

Visited this location on Tuesday, August 25, 2015: We arrived at 7:00pm and the crowd seemed moderate. Waited in line for about 5 – 10 before placing our order. We had two regular plates and a sushi plate. They also told us that they had ran out of white rice and they could only serve brown rice. That was ok with me because I was going to order the brown rice anyways. But that’s kinda odd that they would run out of white rice for dinner. I guess someone didn’t do inventory correctly. We took a seat and it took about 10 – 15 minutes to receive our two regular plates. After 5 – 10 minutes, I asked one of the workers that brought out the food that we had also ordered a sushi plate. The worker said that they ran out of sushi and he did not know why the people at the registers was still taking sushi orders(I’m thinking I came to this location at the same time as the other reviewer«Rick B»). The worker then said that we could go up to the register and that they would refund us the money. After I finished my plate, I went up to the register and told them that I did not receive my sushi order. The person at the register said that they’ll refund us the money and that the kitchen is currently making it. So basically, we were going to receive our order free of charge. After waiting for 10 – 15 minutes for our plate to come out, we just left because it was now just pointless to ask them for it. Their lack of communication with me and with each other just really sucked. I will not be coming back to this location. I was not satisfied with the service. The food, it was ok.

Checked this place out on Saturday night and loved it! It was after 9pm so we did take out since I didn’t want to be ‘that guy’ you know the one who hangs out till the place closes, when you know the staff wants to go home. I am trying to be a bit healthier with my choices so I went with: 4 piece spicy tuna roll cup of hot & sour soup Chicken Lettuce wraps I am a big sushi eater and this spicy tuna roll didn’t do it for me, to much rice and the spicy tuna was just kind of blah. that’s why the 4 stars instead of 5. The hot and sour soup though was amazing! I wish I had ordered a bowl, so I could have taken the leftovers to work since it’s been rainy lately. I also loved the chicken lettuce wraps. I am a huge fan of the vegetarian ones at PF Changs but never liked there chicken ones. These chicken ones are amazing! Plus I love the sauce they gave me to put on top of it. I can’t wait to go back and check out more of there options, plus for those of you are Gluten Free they have lots of options! Great spot for those who are doing Whole 30.

Got chicken pad thai from them. It is pretty decent, but a bit on the salty side. The rolls that I got is ok, not great. The chicken is very tender, to the point that I am doubting what they are using to tenderize the meat… The location is great, plenty of parking. Service is great though, they are very fast in keeping the store clean and always ready to help.

This is hands down one of the worst places I’ve been to. This is the second time I’ve gone and it was worse than the time before! I tried giving it a second shot because I figured why not try something different but I see it was just a bad idea. Their fried rice is overloaded with grease and combine that with their overuse of salty greasy sauce it’s just a mess. Their crispy chicken isn’t even crispy, especially with the overuse of sauce. They use broccoli in their fried rice which doesn’t compliment it at all. I also gave their teriyaki sushi roll a shot and the rice wasn’t even cooked. It was completely disgusting. Icing on the yuck cake was that when I walked in, the workers didn’t even acknowledge my existence at the take out register for 5 minutes. They literally walked away or kept helping other people that showed up after me. What a waste of money.

I’ve been walking the shopping center around this place for years and never once gave it a shot until I decided to surprise my husband with a visit to try something new and I must say, we are so happy we did. Everything is fresh and let me tell you, the flavors all play very well together. If you want to seriously do some magic tricks with your food, get one of the two teas, you will NOT be mad about it. The teas play so perfectly with the food and seriously enhance one another. They put so much thought into the flavors and how to mingle them all together. Perfection and I’ve been craving it since we left. I look forward to our next visit and I really hope it is soon because those are seriously flavors I cannot get off my mind. This place is the way of life, no joke!

I ordered shrimp fried rice and two pork egg rolls and both of my items were horrible. The egg rolls were full of grease and my rice was undercooked and missing some of the vegetables. I usually go there and this is the second time they messed up on my food. Guess I’m going without dinner tonight! Ugh…
