Terry S Smith

This is a copy of my review of Rain Dance Realty but felt it should be shared here because Terry is a critical part of the business.
As a Canadian purchasing a second home in the U.S., we were a little apprehensive about the whole procedure dealing with a foreign country. As luck would have it, we met Terry S Smith and Mark Ellingson at a open house one weekend and a strong bond was forged. Together they create a team that looks after every aspect of obtaining and closing on a property in the Scottsdale area.
Because of the handicap of distance, Terry sent us possible leads on homes and took «You Tube» videos of the homes we were interested in and kept us in the loop with weekly reports on any current market changes. Marks expertise was shown when dealing with other Realtors, title companies and financial organizations. We felt that there was no better representation when it came to negotiations.
They are both very grounded and honest and when all the dust settled there was no doubt in our minds that we made the best choice in Rain Dance Realty. If your looking for bling, blowing smoke, and a fancy ride, you should look elsewhere, but if you are serious about purchasing property in the Phoenix /​Scottsdale area with true representation and no games, these are your guys.

Terry is the best real estate agent — hands down! My family and I have worked with Terry for over 15 years and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Terry will give you the personalized service you need through the entire process. He is very knowledgable about Phoenix and all the surrounding areas since he is local.
